The property was very good. Staff was nice. Breakfast item choice were good. The coffee needs alittle work. Coffee is to bitter. The pool area was still closed. Its been closed for about two years now. Other than that the hotel stay was very good.

I had a great over all experience, one thing I was a little disappointed in was that the pool area closed so early, I jad a hard time making it back before it closed.

Conveniently located to the downtown Farmington, NM Staff were very friendly, beds comfortable and amenities were great. Shower was spacious and new. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was hot and tasty. The only negative was that the lobby and dining area smelled musty like there had been water left standing although it was very clean and there was no obvious signs of this.

Everything was fine. Only issue was this hotel didn't list their pool or hot tub as an amenity on the hotel.com website. Would have brought a swim suit if i knew in advance.

The hotel is rarely new so it’s nice, clean, safe and overall pretty nice. But, do not stay here if you are wanting to relax in the pool. The pool is the smallest I have ever seen at a hotel. 4.5 feet and not completely filled. Dingy and looked dirty. Breakfast was not great. Watery scrambled eggs and greasy bacon. Not much options for bread. Coffee didn’t have options for creamer. The area was just unkept in general. So don’t stay if you expect much from breakfast either.

We stayed a few nights and looked forward for the kids to go swimming. Unfortunately, the pool was not available due to renovations. Wish the site listed that the pool was unavailable and would have stayed at a hotel for kids to swim. I was hot and a nice swim would have cooled the kids down. The walls are thin and we heard other occupants in the morning when trying to sleep in. The area of the hotel was in a nice location and convenient to walk to restaurants and Starbucks in the area.

Look, all Fairfields are the same, right down to the concrete courtyard out back. This hotel is clean, well located next to a gas station and several fast food franchises and everything you expect on a service strip of town. There's coffee in the lobby and a standard breakfast every morning. There's nothing exciting here -- just a reliable, slightly above average chain for an overnight stay while you are on the road.

The room had a stinch that smelled pretty reek. I'm not sure what it was exactly, but it wasn't easy to go to sleep after a late check in. Otherwise, the check-in process went smooth. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Went down to notify clerk and no semblance of an apology made for what could've been an embarrassing or even dangerous error. Literally can hear EVERY step from room above - not ideal when trying to relax and get some rest. Overall, will not stay here again.

Arrived and was greeted with an attitude and an off putting attitude. She wasn’t friendly at all. The room we stayed in smelled like a skunk every time the ac kicked on. We also found a dirty sock in our room. Beds were comfy and slept ok.

Room was nice, the closet very small. Bed was comfortable & receptionist pleasant. Housekeeping did not leave clean bath towels, did not make our bed and did not leave us coffee packs nor cups. They did empty our trash can though. I had to go to the front desk to collect the items that were not replaced.

Friendly staff but the wi does are not sound proof enough to stop the road sounds. It seems that at night most drivers speed up and make tremendous noise that can be clearly heard in the room. It sound as if the cars and motorcycles were just outside our window. Could not sleep all night.

This is the best Fairfield Inn we have ever been in. Feels new. Large shower and modern feel. Only issue was shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The Inn and Suites served as 'icing on the cake' to our NW corner visit. Sadly we have gotten use to thinking that service industry was an oxymoron. Not here - we felt like family during our three day stay - starting with the amazing night manager "Eugenia" to the property manager Cody to the lovely lady that took care of breakfast.

Our stay had to be cut short one day, due to my wife not feeling well. When I went to check out I was told there is a mandatory fee for checking out early. So I ended up paying for 4 nights (which is what our original booking was for. I was disappointed to say the least. At least give us a credit for a future date. Maybe you can do something for us.
