Lovely place and it was clean. I really didn’t get good sleep because the room was too warm. Which I believe they had no control of. Plus the lift was out of service so I had to be climbing stairs and my child felt at on point. Otherwise, it was an experience. Thank you

Location was great, right across from the Bath station. Can walk to all the sites in Bath. The bathroom was very small, but I had booked a single room, other rooms may have larger bathrooms. There was an elevator, no A/C

The hotel was overall nice and in a very old historic building. It was an excellent location for walking through the old town. The weather was very hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a fan that offered limited help. The elevator was out of service that we were told that was due to the hot weather. Also, on our second morning there, there was no hot water in our room, even after letting both the shower and sink faucet run steady for 15 minutes. The breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor originally however the whole floor smelt musty/damp and we had to request another room. The replacement room on the 2nd floor was a lot better, bright and fresh. You have to bear in mind that this is an old building but it is crying out for a full reburbishment. The staff are very friendly and helpfull.

Overall great stay and location was perfect! It took a while for the water in the shower to get hot, and the steam in the bathroom took a long time to dissipate. Air movement even with a window open was pretty stale, but the fan in the room helped. Very comfortable beds, and comfortable stay otherwise! Staff was fantastic, quick to help and answer questions!!
