Garage parking, very nice. Very friendly staff!! Room was very clean and comfortable.

The only bad thing is…they have 24 hour shuttle service, but it’s very unreliable…both times we had to to Uber or taxi to get back and forth to airport.

Bathroom (shower) wasn’t clean, fitness center equipment was broken, minimal breakfast - much less than other Hamptons.

We chose this property for the breakfast and pool as we were traveling with 6 kids. Breakfast kept running out and wasn’t restocked. The trash was always full. The kids barely got to use the pool. The next morning we got up early to let the kids swim. First it was closed for cleaning. We went back down 30 minutes later and it was closed two hours for chemicals. It wouldn’t be ready until after check out. What is the point of a pool for kids when we can’t even use it? Disappointed.

The shuttle to and from the airport was great!

Pool floor was disgusting. Chair in my room was soiled. Towels had rust color stains on one. No conditioner in shower. Breakfast ran out of all the milk so my daughter couldn't have a bowl of cereal.

Loved this hotel. Below-hotel-Garage parking kept me out of the snow. Appeared to be a very NEW facility, and if not - it was extremely clean and nice. Felt like I was at a fancier hotel than what I was paying for. Great value - great location for my early trip to the airport. Easy access. Easy check-in. 5Stars.

This hotel is a scam. Called to make sure they had a 24 hour shuttle like advertised and they said “oh yes of course”. We stayed there one night so we could park for the week and be closer to the airport. We booked the shuttle when we checked in at 7 PM and needed picked up at 3 AM. Shuttle driver did not show and nobody was at the front desk to let me back in the building since the doors were locked and we had left the key to check out. Luckily, we found a maid who said to just call an uber and email the receipt for reimbursement. We got a paper with the email address and nobody answered the email. We arrive back a week later and guess what, the “24 hour” shuttle had ended for the day. The front desk instructed to get an uber or taxi so we took the taxi, and we were told by the driver that this hotel lies about their shuttle all the time. Front desk tells us to email the receipt to the same email address we got no response from before. No response in 2 weeks again. Call the front desk and they say they will contact the person that handles this and get it fixed. No response. Call corporate customer service and they say they cannot reimburse from promises made by a hotel but they will contact the person in charge for a resolution. Another week goes by now, and nobody has done anything or responded. Place is a joke. Hope everyone else does themselves a favor and stays somewhere else, I wouldn’t trust anything this place says or does.

The smell when we entered the room was of homeless homes and it hit hard and there was roach in the washroom and no kettle for tea when machine and tea. Products were there other than that it was Great

Overall good but the hotel room had dirty garbage in the bathroom and a used towel & no shampoo in the shower. Check out staff did not bother to ask how the room was.

The rooms were all very unclean and the shower had hair left in it from the previous occupant. Desk staff was excellent when we checked in

The room was not properly cleaned with used needles and alcohol bottles. We were moved to another room but had kids exposed to this. The new room we got was smaller than the extended room we needed and paid extra for. It was a major inconvenience and unsafe for our group. Other areas of the hotel had dirty bandaids and trash scattered about. I was told housekeeping was gone for the night but didn’t trust the room with possible drug residue or paraphernalia.

Housekeeping was marginal at best. Three days no service. Hallway not vacuumed whole week there. Trash buildup in common areas uncommon. Staff needs more supervision and instruction to keep facility clean.

The bathroom was very dirty. Floors were sticky. Room had a musty smell to it. Lovely place but definitely in need of some TLC.

The hotel claimed I only paid for 1 room when I booked and paid for 2 rooms. I showed my booking which was for 2 rooms and they said Hotel.com only sent them one room. The property was barely clean enough to stay in. The sheets and covers were soiled and the bathroom looked like it could use a good cleaning. I will never use this property again

Front desk agent was wonderful. Room seemed small, not real clean, and the bath linens were almost see-through. Not the quality of most Hampton Inns. Would not stay again.

Got a room (318) it had a loud sound in the walls about every 10 seconds...may have been from the elevator near by....it was loud enough that I had to move...not the best after a long travel day... Went to the front, They were accomodating, and put me in an upgraded room on the other side of the hotel that was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was easy to locate and had plenty of dining & shopping options nearby. My room was up-to-date and very spacious. The property overall was very clean and nice. However, the rooms have very thin walls, and you could hear the people above you.

The room was updated, comfortable and clean. Breakfast included quite a few options so that no one should leave hungry. The coffee was perfect. Our only issue was when we arrived; it was tricky figuring out how to get into the parking lot from the opposite side of the highway.

In town for a night to attend a Steelers game. The room was outstanding. Very clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows. They were way to soft and flat.

Everything was great. We didn’t hear road noise and our room was facing the highway. Only negative is the barn door on the bathroom doesn’t provide privacy.

The road noise was way too loud to get any sleep, and the breakfast did not open on time. Hungry customers, wandering around the lobby.

My husband and I stayed here for a night after a show downtown. The hotel was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. The place was modern and mostly clean, but the walls must be thin as paper. Our room was on the side of the highway and the road noise could be heard all night long. Plus, we were on the third floor and the noise from the floor above us could be heard all night in addition to the happenings in the hall and rooms nearby. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Little sleep was had. Breakfast was solid though! In short, for the price, I would have hoped to have gotten more than a few, constantly interrupted hours of sleep.

Very spacious room.

I had prepaid my stay but when I got there to check in they insisted I needed to pay again even though I had the receipt and went as far to show them the charge on my card. And they charged me an additional 10.00 for incidentals which neither has been refunded. Then at 830am housekeeping knocked at the door when I crawled out of bed to answer it she insisted on knowing what time we were checking out. Extremely disappointed and angry with the service and the stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before, so I’m familiar with how the airport shuttle works. After I completed check-in, I got to the elevators and then remembered the staff member never gave me a form to fill out with info about my car that I would be leaving there. What if I wouldn’t have filled out this form? Would my car have been towed? Also, the staff member did not give me info about instructions on what number to call and what process to go through for an airport pickup upon my return. When I went to take a shower at 3am, I discovered there was no shampoo. When I say there was no shampoo, I don’t mean it was low. There literally was absolutely no shampoo in the bottle. This made me wonder if other details were overlooked when the room was being cleaned. At checkout, they tried to charge me more money and stated I had a balance. I then reminded the staff member that I had already paid weeks ago through Expedia. After about five minutes, she told me to never mind….she made a mistake. This was a bit odd. Overall, the stay was decent, but there was a lot of these blunders that made it a bit disappointing. And the trash can by the ice machine was completely overflowing and trash on the floor as well. It has been like this on other stays as well. Not sure why the trash can at the ice machine is neglected.

Wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and our shuttle driver was fantastic!

The room and property were very clean and nice. Food was typical buffet affair (dry and utilitarian). Trying to correct billing card was extremely difficult and slow. Three days after numerous attempts, it still has yet to be satisfactorily resolved. This is not on my end because another Hilton Hotel in Chicago the very next day processed everything correctly.

The staff was very pleasant and attentive.

First and last for this hotel. The staff have no business working in these positions if they cannot be friendly. When you took a look at the front desk, it was like a scene from the movie wrong turn….this is the worst Hampton property I have stayed at. Went for a cup of coffee and it was cold….went for another cup in the morning, as I had an early flight…and the machines weren’t there. They had to call me a ride to airport because there was nobody there to take me (even though I called ahead of time before booking to make sure I could get the shuttle at 4:30am.

Excellent! Front desk was great!

Waited for 15 minutes at check-in desk and it was absolutely deserted. There was no bell or anything at the counter to alert staff that someone was at counter. I decided to try calling the hotel with the thought that possibly someone would hear the ringing phone. I let the phone ring at least 20 times and still no one came. The office door was unlocked and open, so I took a peek inside and still did not see anyone. After then looking through back rooms and employee areas, I finally found Phillip in a back room and he stated he was taking inventory of some stuff. (??) I found this concerning for the front desk of a hotel as I assume one of the main duties is to greet and welcome guests upon arrival. I’ve never had to search out employees at a hotel before…especially at the front desk. To be honest, I found it to be surprising and quite odd.

I have never met a more rude and dismissive completely unqualified person un the hospitality world than the attendant for this property. Mind blown at what passes for customer service. This last trip has turned me off to Hilton properties after years of loyalty.

Hotel is in a very convenient area, just off the freeway, very close to local malls, plazas and outlets. Downtown, and sites like Kennywood and the Zoo are just commuter distances away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My wife and two boys loved the hotel as this was our second stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a girls trip to checkout Pittsburgh, it is about a 15/20 min distance to downtown but it was extremely cheaper to stay here & receive airport shuttle service! Most of the staff was amazing and went out of their way to provide food service the others weren’t rude but just kind of there

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located with easy access to Downtown Pittsburgh. It is right across from an excellent supermarket and surrounded by many dining options, which made the stay very convenient. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt somewhat limited, especially during busy times when multiple guests were eating at once. It seemed the staff was not fully prepared to handle the rush.

The hotel was clean, staff was polite and friendly, the breakfast was diverse. The airport shuttle was such a bonus, though the hotel is not as close to the airport as anticipated.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars. The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was breakfast. It was a busy weekend. Breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m., but by 9:00 they had run out of fruit and by 9:30 they were out of pretty much everything except cereal.

The front desk girl was very nice on check in. Sundays breakfast was out of everything in the morning and you had to wait in line for a half hour until they refilled stuff. It looked like they only had one young man doing everything and he tried his best to make everyone happy! He definitely deserves a raise!

Delicious breakfast Near shopping and dining STAFF service is excellent

We drove from Buffalo for the Pitt Panthers/Notre Dame game. The price was steep, especially when I can stay for half the price on a non football weekend. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very nice. The beds were comfortable but the pillows made us laugh. Flat and or bumpy. The sofa sleeper wasn't what was shown when I booked the rooms and the lock was broken on the bathroom door. Didn't matter to the adults, but my granddaughter had a fit. All in all, it was good and not so good. If it wasn't almost $300 a night, I'd have no complaints. Thank you

I only stayed for one night. Let me provide some context here: The hotel was clean, check-in was a breeze, and surrounding area was quiet. Unfortunately, the following morning after my arrival I went downstairs for breakfast and enjoyed a western omelette, maple sausages, and a self-made waffle. After completing my meal I was appalled to find a kitchen staff member do several things that turned my stomach: A. After handling the garbage can with bare hands he went into the kitchen and returned within seconds - again with bare hands - with a tray of muffins and proceeded to take each one out and place in the designated compartment. I know he had not washed his hands. Even so, he should have had gloves on when handling food. B. He proceeded to retrieve a bottle with a blue solution inside and a rag, sprayed the countertop vigorously- where exposed food sat - and wiped it down with the rag. C. He then picked up the utensils I had just used to make my waffle, walked over to the garbage can, and sprayed said utensils with the same solution and wipe those down with the same rag he wiped the table down with! To his credit, he was a talented kitchen worker because he completed many of these tasks while holding his phone in one hand, periodically watching something on it. I immediately went to the manager to express my concerns and share what I witnessed. The takeaway - eat the breakfast at your own risk! I will now be very cautious when at this hotel.

Breakfast service was managed by limited hands therefore, ppl had to wait a ling for foods to be refilled. Not at all adequate, and staff didn't seem bothered about it. Furniture are of very average standard.

The breakfast food was not good. My coffee creamer half and half was spoiled and separated in my coffee. I could not drink it. The eggs consisted of some sort of spongy material that was not appealing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly.
