I would highly recommend! We spent our 2nd anniversary there for the Steelers game and when we arrived to our room they were so kind to leave us some goodies and a little note to congratulate us! It was a very clean hotel and room! Staffing very kind! Will be staying again for sure!

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from CMU. While a little further from the school than we normally stay, we needed an accessible room for my father in law, and this property had the best option. Very well appointed and he was thrilled with the ease of access in the bathroom. We were able to get two rooms on the same floor as I requested which made things easy for all of us. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at Bills Bar. All staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid

It’s a nice hotel with friendly staff. I think you should give a discount or free parking for people staying at the hotel. The cost to parks adds up quick.
