Its a very clean & modern hotel. The staff are efficient, friendly& helpful. Only negative is room doors are pretty noisy from inside room. Bed was a little too soft for me. Ate in restaurant & service & food were good.

Just passing thru, so it was only a one night stay. The hotel was clean, roomy and bed comfortable. Glad for the restaurant downstairs as well as breakfast options. Wish all Holiday Inns were this good!

Friendly staff, nice clean room. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was closed, said it would not open until after Memorial Day, that is huge bummer since it was 100 degrees outside. Would stay here again when returning to the area.

The lobby and exterior were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The room we were given was quite lacking. The door to the bathroom was extremely hard to open and close. It kept getting stuck on the floor. The bathtub was quite grimy around the edges and the faucet was stuck in shower mode and would not switch to bath. There was no non-slip texture in the bath tub and my wife and I both almost fell because it was so slippery. The air conditioner squealed when it ran, so it woke us up off and on all night long. We pass through this area once or twice a year and this is usually the town we stop in to rest. We will definitely will find an alternative the next time we are passing through.

The bathroom had hair all over the counter and shower tub. There were stains in the curtains. There were also stains in the shower tub. The pillows were terrible! Definitely needs to be cleaned better. And new pillows.

The baseboards and floor in the bathroom were nasty. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The shower was just as bad with hair at the corners of the shower. I will never stay there again.

The first room was not clean. The bed sheets had food pieces on them. After letting the front desk know was moved to a new room that was clean.

The Television did not work. By the time we discovered it , it was too late to fix. Also, there was not a phone in the room. Had to go down to the lobby to report the issues and was told that some of the rooms did not have phones because they did not work. Not very safe if you have an emergency in the room and you could not call the front desk.

Overall the Hotel is nice and very clean! The main issue we had both times we have stayed at this location was the TV. The first time a new remote solved the problem after 1 night. Unfortunately this stay's TV experience was Terrible as we were unable to watch anything on the second night and morning following even after someone had come up to the room on the first night and worked on the connection. I feel after spending 509.00 for a 2 night stay in a 2 queen room with my family that the TV should never be an issue. I have traveled for years, own 2 time shares and have stayed at may resorts and Holiday Inn establishments and I feel that IHG Corporate should be aware that this property has issues. I travel from the Dallas area often due to the college being in close proximity when I visit my child and will strongly consider another hotel in the 3 weeks when I plan to return again. Thank you. The shower had barely enough water flow to rinse off and the hit water temp was very warm but wouldn’t get hot; the AC/heating equipment was very noisy every time it came on during the night; the towels seemed thin very well used; and the exterior sound proofing was poor ( I heard the wind all night). Should have been much better for the price. I would not return.

Everything was great! The only negative issue was the lack of USB charging outlets. I did not bring a plug-in charger because so many hotels have USB charging ports built into lamp bases etc... Not a particularly big deal but it was an inconvenience I didn't anticipate.

New building and was clean. Staff was very unfriendly and seemed very disinterested in answering questions or concerns. Very dismissive of patrons and hospitality was beyond horrible. This was the rule rather than the exception. There was only one staff member in the restaurant that was friendly. The hotel was full of penalties and miscellaneous charges for everything including use of the luggage cart. Signs throughout the property was filled with financial penalties and disciplinary verbiage as if we were in grade school or a prison environment. It feels as if you are not welcome at all. The appearance is that separating patrons from their cash is the priority here. We will NOT be captives at this property again.

My son goes to college at HSU thats close to this hotel! Price is $220.00 per night an no food included, an on top a $50.00 dollar deposit,in witch i think is out radges, shes smelled clean but had spots on them at least this time the AC worked! The staf is not friendly at all

The experience was awful! We weren't allowed to check in to the hotel. They told us they wouldn't have rooms available for the day because they had a football team who just checked out. We ended up staying across the street at the Hampton inn. The front desk staff was terrible. The property looked old, disgusting trash around the front

Everything about this property is great. The only problem is the motel in front is sketchy as hell. Just be aware, I had no issues. But, just be aware of neighboring motel customers

The staff were helpful and the room was clean. My only complaint would be that the bathtub had some putty, it looked like, in the drain and the plug was not in it and it looked very puttied (?), too. Kinda gross when you're wanting to take a bath... But, the breakfast was AWESOME!! er line a little, but it could be the water

We tried to order breakfast in the morning, and they said it would take over 20 minutes to prepare eggs. Really?? We had to leave without breakfast to get to our grandson's graduation in Keller, TX. The hotel was comfortable, no other complaints.

Not a terrible place to stay. Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean. However, for the price per night, we expected complimentary breakfast (which was not included. Breakfasts were $10 and up per person with a long wait for food), and overall nicer rooms than we got. Rooms were fairly new, but just had an overly cheap feel to them, especially in the bathroom. Some staff were very nice, while others were not. Housekeeping began knocking on doors at 8:30 AM wanting to clean. Overall, this is the kind of room/property I would expect from a "lesser" hotel brand, but not from Holiday Inn. Would not stay here again.
