Room was spotlessly clean and new. Hotel is newer and decor is nice. The pool area was not maintained well. The door entering the pool would not open, the ladder exciting the pool was broken and could cut someone, and the hottub was green.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Checking in was fast and easy with no issues. Only thing that i was disappointed with was the hot tub was out of service but that was not.a big issue. Ive always enjoyed our stay there.

For the price, I thought the room and service would be exceptional. The room was dirty and musty smelling and Netflix didn’t work. Although we tried a different room, it was musty also. When I asked about Netflix, the person said they didn’t know about it. If you need a quick, convenient, expensive stay, book it.

This hotel is modern, fresh and clean. I loved the South Western modern decor. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The breakfast options were plentiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Meh…. A few issues. HVAC unit wouldn’t ever get warm enough & sounded like a diesel truck running. Cleanliness was average; definitely needed a detailed cleaning. Front desk clerks were all very nice. I will try another hotel next time I visit Cheyenne.

We stayed in a suite for the pull out couch; however, the pull out couch wasn’t sleep-able. The mattress was so bad you get the hard springs. My oldest slept on the couch and not the pull out bed due to this. We did say something to the front wall and they gave us a discount. But the pull out couch isn’t usable at all.

Great property. We have stayed here before on our way through town. Excellent breakfast and clean facility. The only complaint I have is the sofa sleeper. It is terribly uncomfortable and you feel like you’re sleeping on a fence.

It’s an okay hotel. Nothing special. The pool didn’t have towels and the water was too cold to swim. There is a train that goes by and is extremely loud.

One of the tv’s didn’t work in the suite I stayed in so that wasn’t great. I didn’t say anything till I was leaving due to getting up early and coming back in late each day but really wanted to relax on the couch for a bit and watch tv but wasn’t able to do that.

The hotel overall was good. Room was clean, pool was small but clean and nice. The lady that checked us in seemed irritated that we were there. Although the lady at checkout was kind and pleasant. The breakfast was decent other than the cartons of milk put out that had an expiration date of the same day we consumed them and were spoiled. Some of the other guests we traveled with complained of the train noise but we felt it was not an issue for our family. We were also not told that the hotel does not provide housekeeping services unless it is requested and the duration of your stay needs to be greater than 3 days to request service. We ran out of towels and had to request them. The front desk staff basically scolded us for doing so. Overall, it was a decent stay. Would stay here again if need be.

Wonderful property, impressed by the room asthetic and cleanliness. The only negative is the man at the front desk stated our reservation had been cancelled. When I informed him I had never cancelled it and had booked over a month ago, he kept repeating himself about the cancellation. I finally told him that’s unhelpful, what do we do now? We still need a room. He finally stopped repeating himself and assisted us in correcting the error, I suspect a system error. Then overnight I got an email saying thanks for checking out…at 3am! We had NOT checked out and were asleep. Then went to our car to get toiletries for a shower, and were locked out of our room. Made the entire experience super stressful but the property is gorgeous!

The check in wasn’t so great but everything else was. There was no one at the desk and four people were standing there waiting to check in for at least ten minutes. The staff was alright once he got back to the desk. Breakfast was not great either. The egg white frittatas were not good and the bacon must have been the precooked kind. Not good either. Choices for breakfast pretty skimpy compared to other hotel stays. Beds were comfy though so had a good rest.

Easy on/off access to I-25. Very friendly front desk staff (Ashley). Fabulous restaurants and downtown area 3 minutes away. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable. Win win!

The front desk receptionist and housekeeping staff were super!! The breakfast was just okay- the bacon was limp and the omelet was warm with cold spots. The coffee was good, though.

The property was fine and our room was clean, as expected for Fairfield. However, breakfast options were poor. Moreover, staff responsible for restocking the food was out of their depth. There were no cups for drinks, no waffle batter, no bagels, no yoghurt, no milk, no eggs, just empty dishes. Our worst breakfast experience in Fairfield ever.
