DO NOT STAY HERE. Disgusting and dirty. Floors in room filthy. Chipped paint in halls - scruffy! No restaurants close enough to walk Have to ‘jimmy’ lock to get into gym. Seriously. How much to fix a lock?

5 day stay, only 1 day of housekeeping. Had to empty our own garbages. Also had to ask everyday for towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was small and limited. Fitness room lock didnt work. Had to use a key card to shimmy lock to open. Air conditioning wasnt great

2nd stay and they did not disappoint. It was great for a weekend softball tournament. Room was Clean, beds were comfortable, and they have decent breakfast. Staff was friendly. Parking is tight, but will stay there again.

Could not park at the hotel. They had tractor trailers taking multiple spots. The solution offered by management was to park in a field on the other side of a different hotel or park in an apartment complex behind the hotel. The management also was instructing customers to park in fire lanes. None of these options seem safe or logical. Poor customer service.

I booked this the day before we needed the room. We specifically booked this hotel because it was pet friendly. Wrong. I was traveling from Oregon and got in at 9pm only to learn at the front desk that there are no cats allowed! Information that would have been helpful while booking. The clerk at the front desk was completely apathetic and told me that they can’t indicate which pets they accept. Apparently I have to contact Expedia directly to receive a refund. I was told by the front desk that I needed to call individual hotels directly. When I suggested that he should ask his manager to complain to Expedia about the issue he was apathetic.

I made my reservation for Day's Inn for Spring Break week.I spend it with my Gkids and Family while I'm in Lubbock... I'm from San Antonio,TX..I asked if there was swimming pool and the customer representative said No...😞...3-10-2024...but the customer rep did her magic ✨💫..and got Us in at the Super8 Hotel with a pool it made my Gkids very happy....😂🤣😂🤣🤣 Everyone at Super8 Hotel they are the Best..I will book again...Very Satisfied...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯💯💯💯

I stayed in a beautiful suite and it was really like a one bedroom apartment. I was there to work for the week and it was a perfect location. No pool and it is on a frontage road with no outdoor seating but the suites on the fourth floor are awesome and the price was unbeatable.. there’s a pretty nice free breakfast as well. I’ll definitely be staying there again when I return.

Hotel was designated as pet friendly. Additional information provided was “a welcoming and accommodating destination for pet owners, allowing pets and a comfortable stay”. However upon our arrival, we were told that cats are not allowed and were turned away. In addition to that, we were refused a refund on the prepaid reservation. Very poor way to run a business.

Our room was in need of maintenance. The shower faucet did not work. The sink did not drain and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The room smelled musty and dirty although the carpets and linens appeared to be clean the bathroom needed a makeover and the worst way. The shower did not appear to be clean and like I said the faucet did not work. I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past at the $85 a night rate and my room was in better condition than this room that we recently stayed in this room the rate was 349 a night due to it being parents weekend. This is an obscene amount to pay for such a shabby room.

Bathroom was filthy upon check out and i let the lady know up front since we checked in around 1140ish pm on 07/24. I also told her i was a member and she said i didnt get points for my stay. Didnt explain why and she aksed me to send her the images i took which i did. She sidnt even apologize for it being dirty and said your good to go.

The hotel is nice & clean. The cleaning staff cleans the rooms every day, without your request like lost hotels post covid. Feels classy & the rooms are big. The hotel staff are friendly & professional. Plenty of parking & in a good area.

The rooms need to be repaired, ceiling paint and wall paint peeling. Headboards on bed peeling. Lack of furniture in room, no couch big empty space. Staff was very nice and accommodating . Loved the double king size beds!

Good location. Great room size. Bathroom needed major work. Upgraded faucet was hard to turn on and off. Shower looked like it had been tiled in a hurry and lots of grout was on the walls. Have a dirty look to the shower. Toilet handle was broken when we came in, but thankfully my husband was able to screw it back on so it would flush. Was semi clean.

Hotel is very clean. Room is on the smaller side but very clean with laminate floors. I slept well but my wife is a light sleeper and could the highway noise adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast is very limited..

We have stayed at this location multiple times, but will not be back after the past 2 stays. People above were LOUD, we stay in multiple hotels and this hotel has by far been the worst when it comes to noise. They also either pump in a strong smell or clean with a strong smell in the rooms and it's way too much. We have loved this location but ended up staying in a different place on our return trip through Lubbock and will not return to Days Inn.

The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpfull....my vehicle was involved in a crash the day i finished the move of my daughter from california to lubbock texas....i ended staying 5 days in lubbock ...the staff went far and above helping me to stay and get my situation handled....i will be staying at the days inn lubbock medical center location everytime i visit lubbock in the future

My wife stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. The manager Virginia went above and beyond with helping us get a clean and an affordable room. The entire staff are very personable, my mother-in-law was in the UMC hospital for almost two weeks, and the hotel staff were very accommodating without having to change rooms each time my wife had to prolong her stay due to my mother-in-law not being discharged. Breakfast was always fresh and there was plenty for guests without anyone having to wait.

Love this hotel! I stay here every time we come to Lubbock, for the last 6 yrs. I like that the rooms are so spacious, especially the suites. High ceilings, lots of open space. Best rooms I've seen for a very inexpensive price. Breakfast is advertised as continental, but offers way more than most continental (muffin assortment). This offered waffles, eggs, and biscuit w gravy.

It was clean and safe and close to where I needed to be in the morning. The breakfast was not enjoyable, Mostly everything they offered had sugar or high in carbs. Eggs were very undesirable in the form of a patty. No sausage or other meats offered. I've had much better from lower end Hotels.

Clean room, great breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles and more. Only thing i didn't like was the blackout curtains didn't close all the way. The tracks they're on only go 1/4 of the way over the window so there's no way to block out light. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious and updated.
