Pros: Tons of food and shopping nearby Cons: Tons of food and shopping nearby. I know your saying what??? The problem with the tremendous amount of choices nearby is that the traffic is also TREMENDOUS. But this is the only issue with this hotel. It is extremely pet friendly but I can honestly say that those guests with pets seemed to be placed together and I was not bothered by any pet noise. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. They need to work a little on the exercise room equipment but that was minor. The free breakfast was unique, but very good. It is a small hotel, 3 floors but probably not more than 50 rooms so the parking was very adequate and close. Security of the hotel also very good.

The hotel staff were very friendly and were asking if there was anything that we needed. The entire hotel was immaculate both insite and out. The room was clean, comfortable beds and plenty of room. I only had one small complaint. While the indoor pool area was very clean and attractively designed and the water was sparkling clean without the overwhelming smell of chlorine as is in many hotel pool areas indoors. But the pool was ice cold and no way to enjoy it. As we have a pool at home and the boys got to enjoy it all Summer, this was not a big deal. But it is deceiving as when an indoor pool is advertised, it is expected to be heated. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Amazing! Everything was perfect, the room has a kitchenette with a regular fridge. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The pool is perfect, especially if you are travelling with kids. The fitness center has everything you need for your workouts. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly and willing to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Great little stop in Bowling Green, KY on the way back from Florida to Ohio. Kody was great at check in, and very apologetic when our room wasn't quite ready. The hotel was very nice, however it was not quiet on the 4th floor as we heard a lot of kids running up-and-down the halls and dogs barking. The pool was beautiful and perfect for afternoon respite. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby and if you are in town you must check out blaze pizza! It is so delicious and worth stopping in.

Hotel could use a refresh. Comfy beds, tho. Used the special request box when booking for 'top floor, please', as I always do. Upon arrival, was booked for 1st floor. Stated my concerns about children running above and was told best they could do was 3rd floor (out of 4 floors). Was not offered a different bed configuration (we book 2 queens) as we would have taken a king on top floor. Sure enough, 2nd night (and afternoon as we were under tornado warning) we had kid(s) running back/forth in room above us. Desk offered to move us (US?) at 8:00 p.m. but we declined. Why offer a request option if no one is reading those? Why does ANY hotel put kids in rooms other than 1st floor? This, tho, was avoidable and completely unacceptable. Many other choices in this area. Not worth the headache.

I appreciate that because if there had been something, I could have addressed it right away but few complaints here. Smooth check in. Great coffee! The hotel was a disappointment for being part of Hilton, the bathroom was tiny, you sank uncomfortably in the couch and there were only three pillows on a king size bed. We were on the first floor and you could hear everyone moving around above us along with all of the plumbing noises. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.

From the start, the trip was aggravating. I got to the hotel early (around noon) and was told that my room would be ready in about an hour. We had a baseball game around that time so we decided to wait until after the game to check in. I got back to the hotel around 5:45 and was again told that my room wasn't clean. This was almost three hours after check in! Then i tried several times to get my digital key to work through the Hilton Honors app. The front desk was no help. At no time was our room cleaned. I had to get fresh towels from the front desk.

We needed to relocate to a new room upon arrival because it was dirty and the second room was not much better. The coffee creamer was curdled and when we went downstairs to replace this ruined coffee there was no coffee available and no one at the front desk.

First time staying in an extended stay hotel. We enjoyed it. Very reasonable price considering it was spring break in the area going on and looked to be other events happening as well. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Only one gal stocking items so it seemed she could of used a little help, since hotel was sold out of rooms and was so busy. Not all items were readily available. Overall it was still an excellent experience.
