Clean, quiet space & friendly staff. Updated decor with a decent breakfast, pool & weight room

It was truly home away from home… A lot of amenities were available that we like… Coffee all day, hot water, and a nice selection of teas, as well as a fresh water jug for lack of a better word available… The breakfast or filling… Love the waffle machine! Most of the items were frozen pre-cooked/baked and then just heat it up in there on premises oven… Three egg bites, eggs, chicken, sausages, bacon, but it was good! Nice selection of breads. The facilities/the premises was kept clean at all times. The building is old, the door in the bathroom in the room was one of those old-fashioned that slides within the walls, a few things were dated, but everything was kept very clean. There is an indoor pool, and that was kept clean as well. Although did not swim in it, towels abundantly available. There is also an on-site Jim and towels were available for the gym and there is a washer and dryer section as well. They had a great selection of snacks and beverages to charge to the room. Parking was abundant. We felt safe, and most importantly was quiet. The blackout curtains were awesome!

We spent a night in this hotel. Facility was in really good shape. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and caring. Parking was good. It is closed to many dining options. Breakfast was good too!A great experience.

All staff members were exceptional, this property was clean, safe, and great washing machine and dryer. Easy area to locate places to eat and shop. The best part of my trip. I will continue to stay here

Only thing that disappointed us was the pool was closed. We always stay were my grandkids can swim. It’s the first thing I look at ☹️

Perfect stay as always! I really appreciate the coffee that is readily available and the fresh baked cookies on the weekday afternoons.

Everything was great except the pool was freezing cold

Really clean and well taken care of. The pool was operational and actually heated which we really enjoyed. The hotel was really clean and well taken care of. Would definitely revommend.

The rooms are not nearly as clean as when we stayed before. The shower curtain in our room was totally torn up. The staff did not leave extra toilet paper, the one roll had like 2 squares left and the left it instead of replacing. The shower needs work as well. The place where the shampoo and conditioner meets the wall Is torn up. I just feel it is not nearly as clean and taken care of as when we last stayed!

Stayed here for an event downtown and while it is convenient since downtown isn't too far. I do have to slightly ding them for the cleanliness. There were hairs I found in the tub, the glass door (to the shower), and around the sink. This was during a busy weekend there and they did say they were fully booked so I can't fault them as much. Overall, great amount of parking and stores nearby. Would stay again if needed.

It was spotless. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. People were great and bed and pillows also were great! The breakfast egg sandwiches were cold and no one likes cold eggs. I wish the coffee was better. The lobby coffee was as bad as the coffee packets in the rooms. The hotel was still very nice.

the room wasn't vacuumed

This room was infested with ants in the kitchen at area, and the bed was rockhard with terrible bedding on it

We arrived a hour after check in time. Told the room selected was not ready yet. Provided us another room - same type as a replacement. When we opened the door to room we realized an error occurred. The hotel did not book the correct room type as per our reservation. The staff at hotel said it was the fault of the 3rd party booking agency. The booking agency stated the fault laid on the hotel. Either way we had the wrong room and apparently the hotel was fully booked and could not provide the proper room. The hotel staff did nothing to rectify. The booking agency refunded our money. The room itself is a little dated compared to the pictures. The bed had grooves from previous guest and was a little uncomfortable. The couch had rips. And the bathroom shower could use a scrubbing. Particularly in the grouts and corners. A towel hanger was broken from the wall and just laying on top of the toilet. The breakfast was not good. We arrived at what is say is considered prime time for guests to eat (8:30) and it was very picked over. Only dry mini muffins and cereal were out. Waited a few minutes and noticed staff was restocking the warm options. But only 2 or 3 at a time and they were scooped up immediately. Once we got a breakfast sandwich - the cheese was not IN the sandwich but burnt on the top of the English muffin. On the outside of the sand which ? We found ourselves searching for a breakfast restaurant nearby. Overall. Glad it was a free stay.

Rooms were not that clean. The tile grout on the floor is completely disgusting. It is supposed to be white and it is completely black because it is so dirty.

Property was very clean. Staff helpful and polite.

Shout out to the Housekeeping staff--wonderful job of keeping the rooms clean and spotless!!

Pillows the worst, air conditioner covers rattle with noise all the time.

I dont know if this is normal for the Home2 Suites (first time at Home2) or maybe just this location, but Breakfast wasn't like other hotels that offer free breakfast. Before the mini rant of the breakfast, the hotel itself is solid. Nice clean spacious room. I assume this is the "suite" part of the name. The mini livingroom is nice because that just allows you to have more "empty open space" in the room. Not like normal hotels where there's a little walkway around the bed. Basically Full kitchen with full sized fridge. Portable stovetop available on request only. Breakfast is a "rotation" based on what they have lined up. So speaking for just this day, we got Waffles and other staples (cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc...) and what basically equated to Build-My-Own-Egg-McMuffin. Im used to things like Buffet trays with Omeletes, scrambled eggs, breakfast proteins (patties/links). However, Free breakfast is free breakfast, cant really complain much about it. Aside from Breakfast, if you just go down the street there's multiple gas stations, multiple fast food options, and "Brown Derby" which is a steakhouse like Longhorn, Texas Roadhouse, etc...

They had plastic mattress cover which was very uncomfortable, I took it off. Had roomy kitchen h sofa arean plenty of suitcase room, tv was nice & easy to use, nice pool h breakfast.

The room for the most part was excellent. The only issue I had involved the comfort of the mattress. It was hard as a rock which made sleeping terribly uncomforable. My body ached so bad the next day. My significant other felt the same. It could definitely use some additional padding. Outside of that, great stay!

A lot of restaurants nearby but rooms are too small for price

Rooms were clean and nothing fancy nor terrible. Bed was very firm....too much for me, but I know some like it that way. Breakfast was good and had typical options. I'm glad they used real plates and silverware for the weekdays. Wish the pool were closer to bath water temp, but hey, that's most places. Walls were thin and rooms were noisy + heat kicked on every 10 minutes, which is hard to sleep with. Definitely recommend bringing a white noise machine for peace to sleep.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. It was clean and the room was very spacious. I brought extra plugs in for outlets but I didn't need them because there were outlets EVERYWHERE. There was a lot of storage space between drawers, cupboards, and shelves. The couch was a pull out if you needed an extra "bed". The black out shade was AMAZING. No worries about those pesky hotel curtains that don't fully close. The shower had perfect water pressure, and there was a pull out table/seat under a side table that was perfect to sit on infront of the fullsize mirror to curl my hair.

The room and service was fantastic. There was a little snafu at first but it was handled professionally. The room was huge. My only very small complaint was the TV remote was terrible, and the room could have used a bigger TV but that was so little a part of our stay it was hardly worth mentioning

Perfectly good suite hotel. Room was clean and quiet. Nice kitchen facilities. Adequate free breakfast. Good on-site parking.

Property is right off interstate and easy to access. Staff visible and attended to every need immediately. Great place to stay.

The hotel room is spacious, the breakfast is very good. However, the entire facility is kind of old and out of date. I booked one night through Expedia online, I prepaid and was charged again by the hotel. I told the staff that I paid when I checked in, she asked my credit card info for their policy, but will not charge me, but when I checked it out, I got charged again. I talked to the staff before I left there, she said I will get the refund for two business days. After two business days, I still don't have the refund, it forced me to depute the charge from my bank.

Overall great location between Cleveland a.d cayuga valley national park. Hotel was clean. Staff was rude at breakfast on Monday july 3rd. We came down and they were teying to close up prior to 9am. They were turning off lights and taking rhings away ealry when multiple customers were in line foe rhe waffle maker.. just a disappointment. Dont expext much fo ed breakfaat veey limited choices co.pared to pther hotels.

Staff is excellent and very very welcoming

Very short stay for business but Ryan at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Parking was effortless as the last time I stayed here. My only complaint was that before even greeting me, the female desk clerk rudely and immediately said, " We don't allow parties" and after I explained it wasn't a "party" she still behaved and voiced her disdain at the sight of me and two children a brthday cake because maybe the person who allowed us here last year didn't know the rules. Turns out, that person was standing right next to her, and even in the middle of his phone call let her know that we were not anyone's problem last year and gently reminded me about their policy he said it shouldn't be a problem. Then the woman decided to show some decency to me and to my birthday girl but the damage was done.

Located close to dining places and convenience stores.

This property was just what we were looking for! It was pretty quiet for as busy as it was. Pretty clean overall..we did see a little bit of hair in the bathroom but I also understand hair falls out uncontrollably. Room was very spacious!! We skipped breakfast so not much on that part of it. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Overall happy with the stay and if cheer ever brings us back to the Cleveland area we will book here again!

We stayed at this property last minute as a result of a delayed flight. It was convention l conveniently close to the airport and exceptionally clean. The room was spacious and there are several dining options nearby. I would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed at Home2Suites for 1 week and had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean and quiet and staff was very friendly. Parking was easy and the location was excellent. Lots of food options nearby and easy to get downtown. Breakfast was good and room was clean and spacious. Will stay here again!

Not near a big city or attractions but great excellent for passing through.

Room was spacious, clean and perhaps recently updated. Breakfast menu was very good. Staff was very helpful in answering my concerns. Location is very convenient to highways and airport. Would highly recommend staying here.

The suites were roomy and really nice showers. Full size fridge was very convenient. Breakfast bar had fresh fruit and great coffee, consider keeping it open for an extra hour for retirees and laze bags like me. Staff was super friendly.

I stay here a lot. Good average hotel. Breakfast is terrible but not much different than any other prepared hotel food.
