Property was in a wonderful location close to the park and shopping which is why I chose it. The hotel was clean and offered a Pantry with loads of snacks as well as a Starbucks Self-Serve which was super convenient. A couple of areas that I feel need improvement are: The hotel bathroom could be so much nicer if the showers were updated, if the vanity provided any storage, if there was a ventilation fan as the bathroom was covered in condensation as well as all items within after showers, and if the towels were improved (we had 3 different styles of the same towels and not all were nice quality and quite thin). The A/C system doesn’t work all that well and the indoor humidity was INSANE. Stayed in many hotels and have never experienced this before. The mini fridge had missing pieces that normally would hold beverages and was quite run down. The luggage cart we used was in need of new wheels and one looked as though it was about to fall off completely. Super hard to navigate and turn with the wheels being so wonky Other than those suggestions for improvement the hotel is a great price point and excellent location and overall was quite clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff as we only stayed 2 nights and were not in need of much. The little interaction we did have was pleasant.

This location was perfect for our New Year's Eve stay and conveniently located right off of Chocolate Avenue! Due to traffic we arrived after check in and did not make it to our dinner reservation, but thankfully The Bistro located right inside the lobby was still open and had plenty of space available for a sit down restaurant dining experience. The food was great and service was excellent! The heated pool was a plus after hours of travel and my kids loved it! The Hershey Kiss Raise was one major point of interest during our stay, which was less than 10 minutes from the hotel! Following our first night, which was quiet and relaxing, we had a tastefully filling breakfast and managed to make it to both The Tanger Outlets and Hershey Park which took less than 5 minutes to travel to from the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing time in Hershey and enjoyed everything about our stay and the amenities that were offered.

When I booked the hotel, another family member also booked the same hotel and the same style room. I called the hotel and requested the rooms be together and they were not. Our family members were down the hall. When we arrived at the room, the refrigerator was disgusting and I had to go to front desk to have someone come up and clean it so we could use it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at courtyard by Marriott. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. The one thing we did not like was our shower. The floor of the shower was very slippery. My husband and I both almost fell in the shower. We laid down towels on the shower floor so we wouldn’t slip and hurt ourselves. We notified management and housekeeping of the issue. We were there two days and it was not resolved.

Well everything looks good clean and nice , except the receptionist who lied about my credit card when he swiped it , he said as long as you got the room from a third party you don’t have to pay anything else , the same night my credit card was charged $60 for no reason, I didn’t buy anything

We stayed here for a cheer competition. Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms. The bartender was also the cook at the bar/lounge. Poor girl. Was swamped. She did amazing and was very apologetic. We were very understanding that she was doing a job as one for two people. Pool was open till 11 pm which my daughter thought was fabulous. We will be back next year again and will recommend to fellow friends and family.

Perfect spot since its less than 5-10min drive from anything you would want to do in Hershey! Tanger Mall (5min), Classic Auto Museum (a MUST do)(8min) and Hershey Park/World (5min) make this Hotel a great spot! Will definitely be visiting this same hotel for a do-over ;)

Property was very clean. There was a flushing water sound in the room that started around 5am. It kept making that sound about every 5 to 7 minutes. I finally got up and after my shower realized that it was the toilet making the noise! SO annoying! Told the staff as we left and they were very kind and said maintenance would take look. Also, SO disappointed that they only had highly priced options for sale at breakfast, nonevent complimentary coffee.

My $135 reservation turned into $209 at the desk. Food at the bestro was mediocre at best, the service was slow and the bartender was inexperienced slow or non existent. In the morning breakfast was expensive $20 for a burrito and a cub of coffee that was very late to arrive. Nickel dimed to death for everything. Will not recommend anyone I liked to this tourist trap
