Super clean I actually was surprised at how good it was I was expecting less and it was very clean, the shower and bathroom looked new! Air con worked great, bed was clean and nice! Everything was completely great for a one night stay. It is nothing fancy but it is nice and clean and quiet and conveniently near Newport for a way better price. Also pet friendly I had my medium sized husky dog with me and the staff was friendly they just charge $25 dog fee and there is grass and tree area to walk them around to go to the bathroom conveniently too. If you have a dog with you and don’t want to pay high prices in Newport, this is a great option.

The was available parking and it was convenient for small pets. But, the bathroom were not exactly cleaned properly. The floors and shower had grim. Location was convenient close to downtown New Port.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is not too far from Newport attractions and easy to drive to those places. The surrounding area is not very walkable however, and the main road it's on is difficult to enter into as it is a main travel road and trafficked. The walls were a bit thin, but not too bad and the breakfast was fine, though the only hot food was a waffle maker, so I thought that was a little light on options. Overall, I'd say 4 stars, but given that Newport is so expensive, this was perfect for accessing the Naval base, downtown Newport and within budget.

our bathroom needed cleaning was not cleaned well. Floor was dirty old left over towels under sink from other guests. I mascara brush left behind and sink ledge was dirty and had dead ants. Area around toilet was dirty and not wiped up. Lock on door was not well installed and not very secure. Outside property was very neat.

The first room that we were given they were in the middle of doing maintenance work. The room that we were given after the floors of the room were covered in grime that left stains on the bottom of our socks. The bedding was stained like they didn’t wash them. The shower floor had a black gunk on it like they didn’t clean it.

The property was a good location for getting into downtown Newport. It is close to the public bus which means no parking downtown. We stayed a week, housekeeping fairly minimal. Continental breakfast below average. Rooms were recently updated but there are no towel bars for damp towels, the bed frames have a lot of metal and when you roll over (and we are not heavy) they make a noise like a metal drum.

The room was basic but had everything we needed. It was very clean and looked new. The guy in reception couldn't have been nicer. Locagtion was handy. The breakfast, on the other hand, was pretty awful. All carbs (waffles, cereal, muffins, toast). The toaster didn't work and the waffles came out half cooked. Eat elsewhere.

The room was clean to days inn standards. It was quiet. The room darkening curtains had holes so the light shone through all night. The bed was on a squeaky frame that made a noise with every single move all night long. Breakfast was decent

Just know there are NO TUBS in the entire hotel, beyond that it was an incredible stay, friendly staff, service dog friendly, closer to a bunch of different restaurants and shops. The breakfast they provide is subpar so plan ahead for that as well

From check in to checking out it was great! Christian was the most friendly and helpful desk clerk we encountered in our two week trip! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy parking and safe area. Plenty of restaurants in area. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was great, very very clean and in a great location for a great price. The only issue we had was the one young woman working the desk at night time was extremely rude. We only had 3 pillows for a king bed and asked for one more, the attitude we were met with was ridiculous. My partner was almost afraid to go ask her for more towels the next day. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Great location if you want to be near downtown Newport just not in the mix of it all. Clean rooms and great staff. My fiancé left some stuff in the drawers and his watch. And they had it bagged up in the lobby waiting for us. Can’t wait to come back !!

We arrived early and were offered early checkin at no extra cost, and were given a nice quiet room, close to the main entrance. Beds are comfortable. I might suggest maintenance person to rearrange the furniture as the huge TV screen blocked the mirror. We did not find any info packet in the drawer.

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was less than clean and could have used a better cleaning every day. Staff was responsive when I needed more towels and also when there was an issue with the lights in the room, but they weren’t able to fix it. The breakfast was less than expected and very unappealing with very limited choices and lack freshness.

Upon check in, I explained that I extended my stay, booking two nights separately. The attendant at the desk said, “Don’t worry about a thing, we just extend the stay and there’s no need to change rooms”. When we came back from our day, our keys didn’t work so, assuming it was just a timing issue, we went back to the desk. The attendant then says, Well you didn’t check back in during the day”. My wife and I told him he never said we had to and he proceeded to tell us, inappropriately that we were wrong, saying “I remember that conversation and I definitely told you that”. Not wanting to argue, knowing full well he just didn’t want to be wrong, he then stepped into a side room and brought out all our belongings that they packed up on us from the room we were in. He then gives us keys back and says we can just go back to the same room. I can think of a half dozen ways this could have been handled differently and no of them include him lying to us and telling us we were wrong. I would not not stay here again, even though the rooms were fine, service just terrible!!

Hotel was updated and quiet, front desk was very polite and helpful and check in was quick. Location was good about 15 minutes to the wharf area in Newport. Room overall was clean and updated however the shower was the exception, it was not very clean. Also breakfast was good but very few options. Otherwise was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was a last minute find when we moved our granddaughter into her college dorm. It was affordable, clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. It had the convenience of several restaurants, not just fast food, as well as grocery stores nearby. Only wish there was the option of a back entrance/exit as it was difficult exiting and making a left turn with the traffic flow on the road. We will return during our stays in the area.

The "complimentary breakfast" didnt exist, they had expired yogurt in the fridge, the coffee machine had no coffee whatsoever, i didnt trust any if the pastries, the juice or the even the packets of oatmeal, the waffle maker had no batter or syrup. The only thing i actually enjoyed was the fact that the hot water worked very well

The breakfast was weak. That’s my only real complaint. Coffee sucked. It’s a motel so I know not to set the expectations too high, but the least they could have is GOOD coffee. Aside from that it was a solid motel stay. The room was spacious. The shower had a bad leak. Had to keep a towel by the corner where the water was leaking out so that it wouldn’t be covering the floor once I got out the shower.

This property was nice but extremely over priced for what it was. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet for the most part. My only less than satisfactory experience was the free breakfast. Not many healthy choices and the hard boiled eggs were frozen and inedible. Thankfully there were some nice, reasonably priced, local places nearby.
