Courtyard by Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport

We were met by a grumpy man at the check-in and the only reason we choose the hotel was because they advertised a restaurant. They don’t have a restaurant they have a take away bar. We ended up walking across the road to the doubletree. We waited ages at the terminal for the free shuttle. In the morning it was a free for all for the shuttle so we organised an uber to get back to the terminal. My recommendation- go anywhere else

Clean rooms; friendly and professional staff.

Overall, great place to stay! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean location and small bistro/bar with great service. Our only complaint was the noise level from other guests. You can hear everything going on above you and there were a group of kids staying above us so it made it hard to sleep with them jumping around all night.

Clean and quiet

Our stay was 5 hours. Our biggest disappointment happened when our luggage didn’t arrive at the airport, making it around 11:30pm when we tried to reach the hotel for the included free pickup. After 3 tries to reach hotel we were unable to reach them. We then went to the at the cab station to a cab that we found out had no meter, charged $35.00 that had to be paid in cash.
