Muy mal! No servía el elevador , recepcionista grosera , el aire del cuarto soñaba horrible , el techo se echó a perder y no deja de sonar en la Noche, muy ruidoso, malo el internet y la cama súper incomoda

Inexpensive hotel. Needed a quick stay due to canceled flight. Can't complain other than they won't allow alcohol in the room. A little weird and interesting, since I'm paying I should be able to do what I want.

Es excelente el personal te atienden bien, solo que son un poco exigentes con la limpieza, no tiene ber ni te dejan Consumir bebidas alcohólicas, pero la verdad es un muy bien hotel todo excelente

We only stayed for one night before our flight home. It was easy to find, parking onsite was secure, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

La almerca la cierran muy temprano

Excelente lugar, cómodo, tranquilo, céntrico, las camas super Agusto y muy oscuro al cerrar las cortinas ideal para descansar, alberca muy linda

Good location downtown Cancun. Has free onsite parking between this hotel and the adjoining hotel with same owners. Also I found easy free street parking on the same block every time I wanted it. Easy to walk across street to a bunch of late night restaurants or over a couple blocks to some other small clubs and restaurants. Grocery store is two blocks south. What appears to be the main LGBT club is across the street but I never heard anything from it and it didn’t cause parking issues. It’s an older hotel but clean and well kept. The lobby and hallways are open air but sheltered from the rain. Good value for the money.

En genral Bien, El.unico puntonque sienpre les comento es invertir solo un poco en el Gimnasio ya que no cuentan con pesas y solo con unas cortinas- persianas para tapar el sol, epejos y una pequeña aeea para toallas y agua cambiaria totalment, en lo demas sie ore bie. Hitel

La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada, tiene tiendas de conveniencia cercanas, tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor incluso baresitos, el hotel es muy familiar tiene dos albercas, las instalaciones muy limpias y el personal todo el tiempo fue amable, también cuenta con estacionamiento y está a unos pasos de avenida donde pasa transporte público. Si lo recomiendo nuestra estancia no tuvo ningún inconveniente, quedamos muy contentos con el servicio en general.

El personal muy amables la limpieza excelente ropa de cama y toallas muy limpias el personal del hotel te orienta para moverte por la ciudad y las distintas playas

This hotel looks much better in photos than it does in real life. While the pool was clean and enjoyable, I woke up every day with a rash, leading me to believe the bed sheets were not being changed. Additionally, there was loud construction happening directly above us, which made the stay unpleasant. This will definitely be my first and last time staying at this hotel. On a positive note, the location is very convenient.

Muy viejo huele feo a humedad y mucho a plvo y muy muy descuidado

Me gustó la habitación y las instalaciones del hotel pero no me gustó que en el área del baño hubiera arena de playa ( yo no fui a la playa ) evidentemente no limpiaron bien la habitación después que salieron los últimos huéspedes.

The pictures online look much better than the reality. After checking in, I regretted having booked this online for 3 nights but I was stuck with it. The beds themselves were clean but the whole place was shabby with some items broken or just dirty. One of the wall lamps had broken off completely and was not replaced, and the walls were covered in dirty marks. The shower was also grubby and mouldy. The location was great, very close to shops, restaurants and a big supermarket, and I felt safe, but that was about it. I wouldn't go back.

Elegí este hotel por la ubicación cercana al ADO. Fue incomodo dormir, las sábanas estaban con manchas, el cuarto sin ventilación. No volvería.

The hotel is very old the TV only plays in Español. I was supposed to have a stove and refrigerator in the room and I had to beg for a refrigerator after the fact. The breakfast we had to pay for every morning, even though it says it was all inclusive. Was very very cold and dirty. There’s nothing good about the hotel other than one of the hosts they work the front desk. The beds were very very hard, the air conditioner beats straight down on your face. If you turn it off, it’s hot in the room my daughter got bit by bugs there’s no washcloths in the hotel at all. so it took everything for me not to find somewhere else to stay but because they already had ran my card I would’ve had to wait 7 to 10 business days to get that money back and I didn’t wanna spend another five or $600 on top of this my first time in Mexico and I chose that hotel out of all the hotels in Cancun Was a bad choice in a lot of ways that hotel is not worth $50 a night I’ll give the location of four stars other than that that’s it oh, and there was a roach in the bathroom.

Pay a little extra and go to another hotel close by.No air con in the lobby,a dog on the corner across from the hotel that barks all night and the girl on reception is rude and doesn't comply with what you ask.My safe wasn't working and she said will send someone in 20 minutes but no1 ever come!.Useless wifi it only in lobby!

Très déçu de mon séjour. On est restés 3 nuits et depuis notre arrivé il n'y avait pas de l'eau chaude, ils nous ont dit qu'une partie était cassé mais que le lendemain serait réglé. Pendant les 4 jours ils ont pas réussit à réparer la chaudière, donc on s'est douché avec de l'eau froide et aucune compensation pour cela. En plus les chambres sont très mal isolées, on entendait des cris et des bruits toute la nuit. On a mal dormi. Le seul point positif c'est que c'était propre.

Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas et il n’était pas possible d’avoir la chambre avant 15h00 et pas possible d’avoir de late check out de une heure, seulement 30 minutes.

Aunque el aire acondicionado apenas funcionó pues no enfriaba casi nada, y a que había demasiado ruido de la calle que se escuchaba hasta altas horas de la noche y no permite un buen descanso, al menos puedo resaltar que la limpieza fue bastante buena.

La habitación en la que me hospedé era amplia, se ve que ha sido renovada. El baño es amplio también. El personal de la recepción es atento y servicial pero lo que no me agradó nada fue el ruido por la noche proveniente de un centro nocturno, imposible de dormir con ese ruido. La otra cosa que no me agradó fue su servicio de internet, errátic e inestable. No me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Hotel en zona de antros que puede llegar a ser molesto para descansar. Camas confortables, clima funcionando. Tiendas cercanas. Cuanta con amplio estacionamiento.

Il y avait toujours du bruit, il était impossible de dormir avant 2 ou 3 heures a.m. la douche était cassé il n’y avait presque pas d’eau, même chose pour l’évier de la salle de bain. J’ai demandé un late check out et on m’a donner seulement 30 minutes supplémentaires on ne voulait pas laisser une heure même si je pensais resté à cet hôtel une nuit supplémentaire et j’en ai fait part lors de ma demande pourtant et on a refusé donc j’ai décidé d’aller ailleurs.

La propiedad está muy conservada y la limpieza es buena, sin embargo el servicio deja mucho que desear, desde el primer día, no tuve agua caliente, apenas salía un poco tibia, pero con una presión exagerada, quise reportarlo a recepción por teléfono, y este no servía. Baje a la recepción para pedir el agua caliente y la recepcionista solo comentó que mandarían a revisar los calentadores, cosa que nunca sucedió, lo mismo que pedí que revisaran mi teléfono en al menos 3 ocasiones, y tampoco lo revisaron, cada que ocupaba algo, tenía que bajar a la recepción. El primer día pedí unas botellas de agua, ya que por cortesía no ponen en las habitaciones, y me dijeron que no podían, ya que el servicio de restaurante solo es en la mañana para desayuno y en ese momento no podían sacar las botellas, así que tuve que salir a comprarlas. Pedí una plancha para ropa y tuve que dejar una identificación a cambio mientras la usaba, cosa que tampoco me pareció correcto. En la madrugada llegó gente gritando y cantando al lobby y las noches que estuve hospedado, no pude dormir por el escándalo. Si me vuelvo a hospedar en este lugar, sería porque no hay más opciones.

El personal! (Juan y Cristian) muy altaneros y arrogantes, nada dispuestos a resolver mi problema, si no todo lo contrario ,se me terminó pidiendo que desalojara el hotel, siendo q se había hecho una reservación previa, y además siendo que estaba acompañada de tres menores; me tocó caminar x las calles del centro con ellos en una zona desconocida.El lobby nada que ver como en las fotos, se encuentra desatendido y sin aire acondicionado, del resto del hotel no puedo opinar porque como lo mencione se me terminó echando, pero con el recibimiento no creo que sea necesario imaginar cómo está lo demás!! Super mala experiencia la verdad no les recomiendo este lugar.!

A la entrada se siente sucio, el servicio de recepción estaba solo, tuvimos que buscar a la encargada que nos vio llegar pero no iba a atendernos por qué estaba comiendo. Las habitaciones de la planta baja se sienten inseguras, no tiene ningún tipo de seguro adicional para la puerta y mi habitación olía muy mal a cañería y con una ventana que daba hacia el pasillo donde todos pasaban. Por la noche se escuchaba todo el ruido de la gente que pasaba gritando. La cama muy incómoda, se sentía el colchón viejo. Las toallas duras y percudidas. Y te advierten que si alguna sábana presenta una mancha se cobrará cargo extra. Cuando llegué me dijeron que el servicio de estacionamiento se podía utilizar solo si tenía espacio disponible por qué es de otro hotel y eso no lo aclaran al reservar. Pésima experiencia.

check inn muy estricto 3 pm..o sea que si llegas antes hay que esperar. la llave electronica no habria la puerta se batallo como 1 hora hasta que quedo ok. No hay room service ni botella de agua en la Hab...la cafeteria solo funciona por la mañana... el hotel esta bien ubicado frente al Palacio Municipal y para quien llega o sale por camion ADO...

En general estuvo bien pero tuve problema con la facturación. En recepción dice que hay que solicitar la factura al momento del check in y lo hice. Me dijeron que enviara mi constancia de situación fiscal PERO NUNCA dijeron que ese mismo día y de ahi se agarran para no facturar. Si quieren ser TAN estrictos que lo sean primero en decir las reglas clara y puntualmente. Eso fue decepcionante

Si necesitan facturar no lo hagan por aquí, expedia y el hotel se lavan las manos con eso

Lugar cómodo, con estacionamiento, en el corazón de Cancún, cosa que ya resulta un lujo! A mi salida olvidè un zapato tenis debajo de la cama, y ellos mismos me contactaron por whatsapp para confirmarlo! En verdad el carisma y la sonriza del personal, hicieron la diferencia!

Pleasant surprise! The place is clean and quiet. What I like the most is that how walkable it is to the markets, a supermarket, the bus terminal, and it feels safe. The only improvement opportunity is the room smelt a bit moldy. Overall I was happy with it.

El hotel es bonito y está limpio pero el baño tenía un fuerte olor a caño así que no podiamos dejarlo abierto porque la habitación se olia a caño , solo llegamos a dormir para irnos a otro hotel al dia siguiente y salimos a cenar hay muchas opciones para cenar pero me parece un lugar un poco inseguro, mucho ruido y fiesta al rededor y hasta prostitutas en cada esquina, si vas en pareja o con amigos está bien, si vas con niños creo que no es el lugar adecuado para hospedarte

It's right in the center, close to the Plaza. Didn't look safe at night. But during the day was great to walk around. Close to the bus station and city buses, Chedraui is only a block away. They have a great "cafeteria" for breakfast, good food. We all liked the food and very reasonable! The hotel never answers their phone, that was bad. I called over and over for several days and no answer.

Really noisy, there’s a dog living on the other side of the street and barks all night, and because of the hotel’s shape, we hear it very well! Mind you we were on the third floor, far from the street, and we were hearing it very well because of the echo. Same for every other noises.

There were problems with the lights. It smelled old and humid. One curtain fell in middle of the night. No ice, cafeteria closes really early.

El personal muy amable , el lugar muy limpio , el desayuno en el restaurante del hotel muy rico y buenos precios

The staff at the front desk and Angela one of the maids were super friendly, helpful and professional. The main server at the restaurant was absolutely rude, unprofessional and not polite at all. Is too bad they have someone like she working at this nice decent Hotel. All we wanted was coffee and order breakfast for room service. The experience of ordering with this person makes me never want to go back here.
