The building and outside areas are very nice and well kept. While most of the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, I think they were overwhelmed. It was Easter weekend. There was no coffee available on Saturday at 7:30 am (it should be flowing by that point). When I asked about room cleaning Saturday and fresh towels they mentioned that they only clean every other day. Then they called us back to say they would clean anyway—which was very nice. So we once again made sure to get out with the dog and wait an hour, but returning two hours later there was no room cleaning. But the price was good and the hotel was clean, so overall it’s an affordable solution to a very expensive area.

Sofa cushions torn/worn, desk chair damaged. Desk staff said bread was from 6-7am. Not enough time.
