The hotel overall was great. The pool area was perfect for the baseball team to play and for us to grill. The rooms were large. The one bedroom suite was nice. Our only complaint were the beds. The pullout couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. The king bed want much better. It would be great to actually have a blanket on the bed and not a mattress protector as your only covers. Very strange. Still a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The property was nice untill the front desk receptionist burned something at 1am and set off the fire alarm. We had to evacuate the entire building. They told us oh well when we checked out. Very frustrating sitting at 1am outside for an hour before someone tells you it was a false alarm and your allowed back in. We had to leave to drive home 6 hours when we left in the morning and made our day miserable

We had to evacuate the hotel at 1:30 am for 2 mornings and was out in the 40 degree weather for 30 minutes and once at 9:00 am. It was not a restful night sleep. We were told a sensor problem with fire detector. We love staying at Hilton hotels, but proably will not ever stay at this Hilton again.

We had to evacuate for a fire alarm 2 mornings at 1:30 am. And then it went off again at 9:00 am the third morning. We had someone to walk in our room at 630 am on December 31. I’ve asked the manager to call me and have gotten no response.

The fire alarm was briken so it was turned off completly until it could be fixed. The fire pit was broken and advised the front office staff and they said that someone broke it and they had to call someone out to fix it. 2 days later another guest fixed and said it was a tripped circut. The breakfast is not wrll maintained. One day there was no milk fir the cereal. They offer microwaveable breakfast bowels that they heat up and leave under a heat lamp for you. The room smelled when we got there. The doors are cleaned with a wood polish and left greasy to the point that you dont want to touch them. We had no issue with the hot water.

Great staff who were very helpful when anything was needed (extra Kleenex, toilet paper, towels). this location was very accommodating and accepting for our softball team. We enjoyed the free breakfast which included waffles, eggs, cereal and a wide variety of breads to make breakfast sandwiches. There was a nice pool area with plenty of seating. Also had 2 large grills for cooking out.

The rooms are very spacious with lots of room to store You’re belongings on a longer trip. The furniture could use a little steam cleaning. There were stains on the couch and the chair. Note that there is no safe in the room and if you are booking through Expedia or another travel site and have special requests for the hotel, such as a tub in your room, you will have to call the hotel directly to request because they said Expedia doesn’t send over that information.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very accommodating amd friendly. The only negative thing I have to share is that the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that I have ever stayed in that I have a complaint about the pillows.

Room smell was nauseating. The initial room we were given smelled like a wet dog so we asked to switch rooms immediately. The next one was just as bad. We limited the time in our room to just sleep to avoid being in there. They started putting up breakfast before 10 am.

Love the location and the staff was very kind and considerate. Room had a slight dog smell. I'm a dog owner but when there's no window to air a room out it lingers. I would definitely stay there again. Location and price were perfect.

The room was disgusting. It smelled like wet dogs. It made me so congested all night. When I let the front desk know upon checkout they said okay I will tell housekeeping. Which did not help my situation. I will never stay there again. For the price I expected better

Our room was so clean and tidy. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was wonderful and great use of space. So many bathrooms don’t have storage or space and this has it all. Will definitely chose Home2 when traveling again.

When we previously stayed at this hotel (earlier in the year), everything was great. However, we had a different experience this time. I asked front desk lady for a minor room adjustment but her immediate response was shocking. She didn’t even try to check if the accommodation can be done. She automatically stated that the hotel is fully booked and there is nothing she can do. We all know that’s a lie. When we got into the room, there were no amenities. No sponge in the kitchen, half used soap, no tissues, no soap in the bathroom. I texted the front desk asking for supplies and her response was "you can pick up supplies at the front desk." I would think Hilton staff would deliver it to the door but I guess I am wrong? Husband asked for a sponge to wash dishes, and she stated that they don’t provide those. Also a lie since I saw them on the housekeeping carts the following day. There was leftover trash from previous customers left in the room. TV stopped working 5 minutes into our stay. I didn’t even address it since I already knew that the front desk will not do anything about it. The only positive was breakfast that was provided. Everything was delicious and fresh.

This a fairly new (or renovated) property. The hotel was nice, clean, in a very safe and nice part of town. Check in staff was courteous and professional and bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear everything around you, above you, doors slam, etc. So didn't sleep the best.

We had a suite. The room was modern, two queen beds, large TV. Large fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. Sofa and automan. Adequate cooking and eating utensils. Overall, very clean and comfy. Very good pillows, sheets, and comfy beds. We had to get help from maintenance upon arrival, as there was no TV remote, dishwasher was very hard to start, shower controls did not work well, and the thermostat on the wall was missing. They responded promptly when needed and helped where they could. There were no chairs for the table and desks, and there was no blackout curtain. All of those would have been nice. Access to parking was a bit awkward, and there were not enough luggage carts. But all things considered, it met our needs well for five nights in town.

The Front Desk staff were professional, knowledgeable and personable. They were on task with answering questions and supporting check-ins. Housekeeping was a bit off target with managing and replenishing supplies. No restock of toilet paper or towels or kitchen towels. Not irritating enough to change my excellent rating for this location though.

There was a mix up in the reservation. They had me for a queen room when I had reserved a king. After being assignmed a queen, I had to go back down and show my reseevation in order to get the King. However, Cassandra was very duligent and had it taken care of immediarely

The room was nice and clean, so I guess the housekeeping staff know what they are doing, which is more than can be said for the front desk staff. Our check-in was not processed correctly, so we got a phone call at 1am from the front desk trying to figure out who was in the room. Never even got a "sorry to bother you" or "we are sorry that that happened. "

I was given a King bed and a couch not the 2 queen beds I reserved. I told the person that checked me in that I had reserved 2 queen beds. She said that they had overbooked the queens. So I am disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel welcoming of bridge runners. Left out snacks and goodie bags for us. Convenient location to catch the bus for the bridge run. Great location to shopping and food. Easy to get downtown. Had a full size refrigerator and freezer which was awesome! Large microwave. Very clean. Will be back.

The cleanliness of the breakfast area and sitting areas was lacking. The hand sanitizer at the breakfast bar was out the whole time I was staying. I told 2 people and they said it’s been out for months. Still no one bothered to fix the situation by going to a local store and getting a huge bottle to set on the counter. Many food items ran out each day before breakfast hours were over. The couches, floors and tables needed to be cleaned. There was always dirt, crumbs and sticky spots all over. The fire alarm also went off 2 times by mistake during the stay, once at 1:30am.

I felt secure with this hotel and I like the fact that my room was cleaned every other day. Free parking is always a plus. They kept the breakfast area well stocked, running smoothly and clean. I also liked that I was not too far from downtown Charleston and also close to Isle of the Palms. I wouldnt definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for microwave breakfast and frozen bagels you you might say there is a breakfast offered. Filthy office chair in the room and some holes on top of the dishwasher that rather be closed. It wasn't too bad experience, but far from excellent

The room was great. Having the fire alarm go off 3 times (9:30 pm, 2:30 am, 3:30 am) was not great. The first time brought us all to the parkin lot and brought the fir dept over. Glad there was no fire! It would be nice if the hotel even apologized, but no. Breakfast was meh. Plant based creamer or milk seems common at hotels these days, but not here.

Overall nice experience. One issue was with breakfasts. I do not have big expectations for these hotel free breakfasts but thought this was subpar at best. No yogurt, not much in way of fruit and premade breakfast sandwiches were kinda cold.
