This hotel is EXCELLENT 5/5 stars. Affordable and free parking. Modern and clean. Great customer service. Room is beautiful and large. Everything is perfect. The walls are not thin can’t hear neighbors like other hotels. Front desk people are so nice and friendly. I’ll stay here again and possibly regularly for work.

Stayed two nights with my husband for a local trail race. Room was clean and had everything we needed to have dinner in. Hotel was quiet and other guests were respectful. We slept well. Nice amenities, including lobby, pool, grill area. Hotel seems really new and not worn down. Would stay again.

Front desk was was very helpful and was very professional. I believe her name was Aalva. 😬 sorry if it’s wrong. She worked the night and mid morning shift. She showed me around to the gym and laundry facilities. Very quick when asked for extra blankets. The room was very large, very clean, had more than expected from a hotel stay. Thank you!

Domenic, the Assistant Manager, provided an excellent service and made us feel welcomed as well as the hotel stuff. The place is very nice, is clean, and provides coffee, water and fruit in the lobby at all times. The breakfast is included and it was pretty good. I will recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area.

Ice machine on first floor was broken, stayed here over a month ago and it was broken then as it is now, big inconvenience for those on the first floor. Only 1 elevator working so wait time was longer than it should. Breakfast was delicious but they ran out of certain items 30 minutes after opening and that’s not right. My fellow travel ball parents didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast. Staff was exceptionally good and friendly.

They apparently don’t feel the parking lot is their responsibility to keep safe for their guests. Had over $1,000 stollen from my truck, and all management could say was , “ yes this happens a lot here..” , if it happened inside the hotel of course it be our responsibility, but because your truck was in the parking lot we are not responsible..”;

Pubic Hair in shower in the 1st room when I checked in so had to be moved to another room. Front desk person saw the evidence as well & notified her supervisor. Like myself, guests were complaining about the breakfast: no food at 9:30am though told verbally & given a paper stating till 10am. The bagels were stale, eggs selection less than desirable & overall needs drastic improvement. If I were a secret shopper, it would be rated a “3” cause my room was good and the Apple juice. Guests come not only to sleep.. but to enjoy the experience which was definitely “lacking”!

The cleaning staff were Great people. The manager was rude she had no patience at for holding teams there. She thought that the parents didn’t speak Spanish and the kids. And everyone understood. And she was just not a happy camper from the beginning. She had no customer service skills at all. Neither of her front staff either. They need to go to some Chick-fil-A training camps for sure. Then we get to our room and it look like somebody died in it. The pullout mattress had blood and yellow stains all over it. The staff was so helpful to get exchange. But still my 13 year old daughter saw it and it was the first thing she saw. The pullout mattress had no cover and when my daughter saw she said to me was that somebody had died in our room. How do i explain to child after that it’s okay and we can still sleep there. It was Just not a good experience the whole weekend

We had an average room. Bed was firm but comfortable enough. Carpets were sticky dirty enough that I chose to wear shoes. The bottoms of my feet were dirty to the point they left muddy footprints on the damp bathroom floor. I had to wash them before putting my shoes on. The rest was normal-ok. Breakfast was ok.

I thoroughly enjoyed my room at Hilton's 'Home2 Suites'. Amenities included full sized refrigerator, micro wave, dish washer, sink, in the ample kitchen area, supplied with glasses, mugs dishes, silverware, etc. A curtained room divider could be engaged to easily, quickly separate the sleeping area from the couch/tv space. Even the bathroom had a space saving 'pocket' door keeping the room's look streamlined, accented by the modern decor, wall paper and color treatments. The free breakfast was more like a snack, enough to satiate until a real one was obtained. My only other suggestion would be (this also for other hotels, too) that the TVs used allowed guests to watch content on them from personal devices. I like when venues go the extra mile planning, designing spaces, not just to look nice but also be functional. I felt that with this room they got it 'right'. Maybe that's why I'm back, again.

It was ok. The stomping in the room above us got a little tiresome in the late evening. Blowing the circuit breaker when using the hotel provided hair dryer was annoying. The dishwasher didn’t work. But other than that!!

No power in half the room. Ac and heat had no power, lights by bed had no power, shower had no hot water unless it ran for 4 mins. Water flow was rediculously little. Breakfast was cold, coffee was too strong, no milk first day.

Staff at the front desk were extremely rude to me. I called the front desk regarding fees and was given misinformation. I spoke to two ladies and I had to cancel my reservation at 3pm check in because of that and I just didn’t feel comfortable staying there. My phone was dying so I went to charge my phone outside the facility in order to look for another room. The staff began to yell at me from inside as soon as I plugged the phone up. They told me that I needed to leave now and that the outlets are for guests only.. being very hostile. I have never experienced being treated like that and I didn't expect it cause the interaction was less than 3 mins between each other. I will not even think to book with this hotel ever.

When we got there and the room was perfect and the view was perfect until the tv wasn’t working. We were moved to another room and the view sucked. Tv worked but not happy. I was confused on the towel’s situation, didn’t get any sacks to put them in and on the 3 day I asked at the front desk, like what are we supposed to do with all the towels? I think it was the manager she rudely said you need to put them outside the door…she didn’t give me any. So that evening I asked for more towels and she sent someone to pick up the towels and brought us fresh ones and gave us bags to put our towels in. All in all I liked the hotel but not the manager…everyone else was lovely.

This place is always booked up and very difficult to get a reservation for. For my last month in California I made a reservation months ahead of time and it was one of my best decisions. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. Misty is an excellent supervisor she lives by example and her staff operates in excellence. Ms Anastasia checked us in and is the kindest soul you will ever know. The breakfast was excellent, this is a convenient location to the freeway, mall, gas stations, grocery stores, and several restaurants. I am a high maintenance “A” type personality or commonly called “picky”. Every concern was addressed quickly and satisfactory manner for me. Next time I am in California this is the place I will return to. I really love the staff and the ambiance of this hotel.

Everything was great, will definitely come back. I couldn't figure out how to turn the tv on. They promptly fix the problem. Other then that it was a smooth stay from check in to check out.

Everything was great EXCEPT the breakfast. The oatmeal was hardly cooked at all - it looked basically like someone had thrown oats into some warm water. Yuck! Eggs, etc were only lukewarm. Coffee - I don’t know what kind you used but it was way too strong (not measured correctly?) & had a strange taste to it. Yogurt machine: drip, drip, drip…You can do better than this folks!
