This hotel was very impressive. Everything worked as intended. They had a nice area to sit by the pool as well. Parking is free and right outside the hotel. Slow drain in the shower but otherwise everything was awesome. They give free water bottles as well which was really helpful!

Es un hotel familiar muy agradable, bonito y limpio. Para mí no es un problema porque no lo hago pero no permiten ni beber alcohol ni fumar dentro de las instalaciones. Esto para que lo tomen en cuenta. En general todo muy bien, sin problema me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Not a party hotel. Close to the America Mall and we went across the street to the malacon for the beautiful Christmas outdoor market and the carnival rides. This place is near the road so can be traffic noisy at night. There is no alcohol or smoking allowed on premise. Extremely clean. Has cereal,baked goods,tea,coffee for free breakfast. Staff friendly.

This is the cleanest hotel we have been in. Great staff. Nice pool for swimming short laps. Hotel bans alcohol which quiets the place; however, we routinely smuggled beer in, but we’re careful not to flaunt it. They were constantly repairing which at times created lots of noise, but I’d rather deal with that than staying at a place falling apart. Continental breakfast was limited to cold cereal and pastries with decent coffee and juices. Be sure to ask for pool side room as the road is busy and noisy. We loved walking to a variety of restaurants within 3 blocks. We felt safe but we’re back in room by 8:00PM. Bicycle rental is 1 block away. For $30US we got two bikes for a day to bike to beaches. We used city buses 4 times. Cheap! I’d stay here again. We did have ideal weather for 9 days. 24C - 30C!!!

The property is very convenient to the Plaza Americas Mall and ADO central bus station. The hotel is very clean, comfortable bed, great AC , nice towels and bed linens, shower worked well. The elevator was out of service when I was there but their staff carried my luggage up and down the multiple flights of stairs. No mini fridge. The pool is very shallow and i never saw anyone in the pool. The art in the room was depressing. The breakfast area was suffiently provided with cereals and pastries. I think the hotel is a good value and safe.

Hotel Bobampak is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and the property is well maintained. It is well located and priced right. It has easy access to restaurants. The pool is very nice. I have been there several times. The only criticism that I have is that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. Otherwise, this is a nice place.

Frühstück nur Notbedarf (Selbstbedienung von stark übersüßen Supermarktbackwaren und dünnen Kaffee aus dem Spender in Wegwerfgeschirr) Aber es gibt einen Oxxo direkt neben dem Hotel. In Laufentfernung kleine Straßenrestaurants und Shopping-Mall. Als Ankunftsaufenthalt zu empfehlen, wenn mann wie wir in Cancun ankommt und am nächsten Tag gleich rüber auf die Isla de Mujeres will, oder dann weiter mit dem Tren Maya

My family and I loved this place. Almost everything was perfect. The room, hallways, elevator, lobby,dining area, pool, well everthing was clean every day. Angel was the young employee who kept our room clean. He did a 5 star hotel job, please give him a raise he deserves it. I liked the investment the owner has made in the property and the upgrade he's doing to the pool area. The rooms look great and can be even better if you add a small refrigerator and an iron, that would be perfect. I definitely recommend it.

El check in bien, el cuarto con olor como a vomito, seguramente por la pintura que usan que ya esta en mal estado. El primer cuarto que nos dieron era de lado de la avenida muy ruidoso no se puede dormir bien, al tercer dia nos cambiaron sin problema cuando lo pedimos. El srgundo cuarto ya da a la alberca mas tranquilo pero con el mismo olor. El personal muy amable. Ofrecen un desayuno en cortesia muy basico, cafe, jugo, cereal y pan, se agradece si no quieres un desayuno fuerte. Muy centrico es bueno.

It’s next to a stadium and the entire hotel erupts in concert noise until 6 am. Had to move rooms at 3 am to another one, was still noisy, they told me there are no rooms that are not noisy , didn’t get any sleep at all to catch my flight at 8 am. It was awful, came home exhausted. Don’t stay here on the weekends! They told me it’s the same every Friday and Saturday night and the concerts go all night long

Example 1: I asked for a second room key card for my son. "We allow only one card per room," the stoney-faced bureaucrat at reception said. "If your son needs to get into the room (which he did since we was a paying guest there), he will have to get a security guard to accompany him to open the door." Example 2: "Could I get a late check-out?" Answer from the expressionles automaton behind the desk; "We don't offer a late check-out." End of discussion. Nice hotel. Not nice people.

I stood in an extremely long line 3 times, hours apart being told I would have early check in with a tower view by noon and would receive a phone call. Not only did this not happen, there was no apology for the inconvenience the staff did not care, I was just another number to them. Staff will say anything to shut you up. WiFi service in my room sucked, my child couldn’t watch tv without continued internet disruption. We finally just went to sleep. Night one sucked.

I have been there several times. The only criticism that I have is that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. Otherwise, this is a nice place.

The rooms were cleaned everyday and the pool was nice, and not crowded. The reception didn't give any service even not a taxi call. They didn't supply towels to the pool.

It’s next to a stadium and the entire hotel erupts in concert noise until 6 am. Had to move rooms at 3 am to another one, was still noisy, they told me there are no rooms that are not noisy , didn’t get any sleep at all to catch my flight at 8 am. It was awful, came home exhausted. Don’t stay here on the weekends! They told me it’s the same every Friday and Saturday night and the concerts go all night long

Not a party hotel. Close to the America Mall and we went across the street to the malacon for the beautiful Christmas outdoor market and the carnival rides. This place is near the road so can be traffic noisy at night. There is no alcohol or smoking allowed on premise. Extremely clean. Has cereal,baked goods,tea,coffee for free breakfast. Staff friendly.

Hotel propre, la piscine est belle et au soleil, les chambres possedent un petit balcon avec un extérieur, le personnel est agréable et efficace. L'hotel est à 8 min à pieds du centre commercial Las Americas, un 7 eleven juste à coté, le restaurant Indien de l'autre côté de la route est très bien. Le terminal de ferries pour Isla Mujeres est à 10 min en voiture ( il y a une station de taxis devant l'hôtel)

The property is very convenient to the Plaza Americas Mall and ADO central bus station. The hotel is very clean, comfortable bed, great AC , nice towels and bed linens, shower worked well. The elevator was out of service when I was there but their staff carried my luggage up and down the multiple flights of stairs. No mini fridge. The pool is very shallow and i never saw anyone in the pool. The art in the room was depressing. The breakfast area was suffiently provided with cereals and pastries. I think the hotel is a good value and safe.

Very nice hotel within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Once we were dropped off we didn’t require a taxi, but it’s easy to get one within minutes passing by. Will stay again! Room very nice.

We stayed here for four nights. The staff was friendly and welcoming. For a 3-star hotel, it was acceptable. Here are some pros and cons: Pros: - Convenience store right next to the hotel - Quiet place - Clean room and bathroom - Close to the beach Cons: - No fridge in the room - you must buy water bottle from the convenience store. - There were only drinks(Orange juice, milk, coffee) and croissants for breakfast.

This is the cleanest hotel we have been in. Great staff. Nice pool for swimming short laps. Hotel bans alcohol which quiets the place; however, we routinely smuggled beer in, but we’re careful not to flaunt it. They were constantly repairing which at times created lots of noise, but I’d rather deal with that than staying at a place falling apart. Continental breakfast was limited to cold cereal and pastries with decent coffee and juices. Be sure to ask for pool side room as the road is busy and noisy. We loved walking to a variety of restaurants within 3 blocks. We felt safe but we’re back in room by 8:00PM. Bicycle rental is 1 block away. For $30US we got two bikes for a day to bike to beaches. We used city buses 4 times. Cheap! I’d stay here again. We did have ideal weather for 9 days. 24C - 30C!!!

El check in bien, el cuarto con olor como a vomito, seguramente por la pintura que usan que ya esta en mal estado. El primer cuarto que nos dieron era de lado de la avenida muy ruidoso no se puede dormir bien, al tercer dia nos cambiaron sin problema cuando lo pedimos. El srgundo cuarto ya da a la alberca mas tranquilo pero con el mismo olor. El personal muy amable. Ofrecen un desayuno en cortesia muy basico, cafe, jugo, cereal y pan, se agradece si no quieres un desayuno fuerte. Muy centrico es bueno.

This hotel is simple but very clean. The room is spacious. I like the swimming pool and 24 hrs free drinks. Breakfast is free. You don’t expect too much but it’s good enough with several types of bread, cereals and drinks. The staff are polite.
