We went only for one night but the two receptionist were very nice. Room was clean, shower was clean and have good water pressure, pool had pool towels, and complementary breakfast had good variety. Overall I recommend and would stay here again.

I will start off with the positives. Our room was very clean, the air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable. The ladies taking care of breakfast were extremely nice and helpful. The food was good and seemed fresh. The negatives: There were a few other guests( I assume guests and not just people hanging around) that seemed to be under the influence of something. Walking in and out and loitering near the entrance. The pool and hot tub did not seem clean, we did not want to use them.

Pool closed second day. Lady that works nights is really rude. Guy 2 people in front of me had been waiting over 20 minutes to check in. No towels for the pool or extra towels for the room. Told day shift guy and he didn't seem to believe me.

Ice machine was out on multiple floors. Not very many TV channels, no towel racks in bathroom. Just seems like it's went downhill since I was last there. Seems like this is the norm everywhere nowadays.

Everything was nice and clean. The pool was not busy at all so we practically got it to ourselves. Felt pretty safe there. Breakfast was really good in the morning. They are on top of it. Good job.

I chose this property because of the excellent online reviews, but unfortunately that was not my experience. The room was filthy and clearly neglected, far from what I expected. I never usually complain, but this was too much. The only positives were that the beds were clean and the daytime staff was friendly, but the overall lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything else. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this property.

Shower was nasty. Asked them to clean it and they said they would but did not. Shower head pressure so hard it hurt. Found hair in the bed when we pulled back the covers.

The room was a little run down. The bathroom floor was dirty, the faucet was broken and the walls kind of banged up. We've stayed here multiple times, but it's beginning to deteriorate.

As soon as we walked in, we noticed trash on the floor throughout the hotel, in the elevators and even in our room. The rooms are poorly maintained (dusty, dirty marks on walls, the bathroom was terrible. )The floor in the bathroom was dirty and the shower was even dirtier. The toilet was disgusting.

The floor in our room was pretty dirty and appearred unswept or vacuumed. The dirt was really accumulated in all the corners. Also the area around the toilet was not cleaned. There was pee on the base of the toilet. The comforter on the bed smelled like soured laundry.

Sheets were dirty and room smelled very musty, smoky (?) my entire family left with itchy and burning eyes and extremely stuffy noses. Maybe mold issues in building? Super disappointed, every other CS we’ve stayed in was extremely clean and smelled great.

My daughter and I stayed one night, and cleanliness of the room and overall hotel is really important to me. Everything was excellent in that regard. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The young man that check my family in was nice and the lobby looked fine. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway smelled funky. Our room also had a weird smell and I had to use my car air freshener spray to make it smell better. The floors had a film on them like they were cleaned with dirty water. The walls are paper thin so we heard the cars passing on the highway all night & morning. I swear it felt like we were sleeping with the window open. We could also hear the TV from the room next door all night and morning. I’m really nervous to try the breakfast. I might just stop by somewhere local.

For the price, we were happy. The lobby area was clean and nice and better than expected. Easy parking too. The room needed repainting and there were no blackout curtains to the parking lot and lights outside. Breakfast was good and it was quiet.

Great property. Very accessible to most areas of interest within Lubbock. Seemed very safe and staff was incredibly friendly. Wifi was quick and easily accessible. The free breakfast was really decent and I especially like that they offer free coffee and lemon water for the entire day. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again in the future.

Check in was fairly easy, especially since we arrived late in the evening. The hotel was clean but it is old and they really need to update some things. The carpet was ragged, walls had nicks and need to be repainted. I had higher expectations, especially since the railing was 8.0 or above.

This property is right on a freeway & so very noisy. I’ve stayed in many hotels that are right by a freeway and never experienced this amount of road noise. The mattress was terrible-woke up with excruciating back pain. Not that I will be traveling to Lubbock again but this property will not be on my list of places to stay if I do

I booked through your website and the hotel had trouble finding the reservation. We were traveling with a group of kids. I had booked 4 rooms all under my name paid for by me, but had listed the names with the adult sponsor for each room. They tried to tell me that I did not have 4 rooms. I showed the confirmation email with proof of payment. There should be a way to find who the room was booked under easier instead of immediately stating that I "don't have" said rooms reserved.

The shower is gross! The check-in staff was unprofessional: on phone, no greeting, instead his eyes on computer saying “name”. No hello. No eye contact. Then hi said “I’m sick” as he finally pulled his mask up to his face. Stay home!!!!

I've never had staff making waffles and gossiping in the breakfast area while at a hotel. When checking in staff asked for my ID, and did not look up for five minutes or more while I was standing there waiting for her to grab it. She was busy answering her phone text messages. Over all cleaniness wasn't great, beds were comfortable, food was not great.

My bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillows. The AC was efficient. Nice large TV. Breakfast was great—it was nice to have proteins (eggs and sausage) along with the waffles, cereals, breads, and oatmeal. I also appreciated the coffee and ice water station near the front desk.
