Breakfast menu was typical but the scrambled eggs were a bit runny and that turkey sausage was abysmal. Also-juices were really watery

Room was dirty, sheets on bed had mud on them, hallways had bags, boxes machines we could not get through hotel was under construction and they told me I need to reach out to Expedia to get a refund

Overpriced for winter in Syracuse. Room wasn’t ready when I tried to check in (1pm) after 7 hour drive. 3 of the 4 staff I interacted with at front desk were competent, but not very friendly. TV guide was very inaccurate. HBO stations didn’t work. Remodeling was underway. T immuc might

Great staff, nice, well-appointed room. Just need better shoveling and indoor mats to help with lobby slipperiness on snowy days. We had a lovely weekend here and look forward to future stays!
