Pool was cloudy, couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Smelt like a petting zoo. Just gross, didnt feel safe to even get in. Room was very clean. The shampoo and conditioner provided were terrible quality, it was like colored water. No body wash provided fyi.

Stayed for our anniversary and had plunty of things near by dinning and shopping. Staff was nice everytime. Coffee machine in lobby was broke the whole weekend which was alittle disappointed but they tried by having the coffee machines they have in the rooms out but not the same.

The hotel was great except I received a $50.00 pet charge that I was not made aware of. I called and was told nothing I can do about that. I would not have stayed there for a $50 charge. Normally it is $15-$25 for a pet. My pet is 5 pounds. Stinks, because we plan to use them in future, not now. Rooms were clean, staff great, breakfast was great. fees are ridiculous

So much mold everywhere. There was small bugs crawling near the window. Garbage under the pillow. Management tried moving us to a different room. The room smelled better and first glance. Then noticed the bathroom was full of mold as well. Asked for refund due to unhealthy conditions and was told no. Would never recomend this place to anyone!

The shower basin was visibly dirty (half of it was brown), the glass pane had obviously not been cleaned and also had visible marks and soap residue, there was debris on the floor and to top it off, there was a small roach in the bathroom as well. I told the staff at the front desk and she was very apologetic and kind and offered to show me a different room which I only agreed to see because all the other hotels in the area were sold out for the night. The shower basin in that one had black debris lodged into the edges of the design on it that is meant to add traction. The staff saw and said she completely understands and is very sorry and told me she would let her manager know first thing in the morning and to contact Expedia to get the room refunded for me. I do appreciate the customer service, but they need new cleaning staff immediately and to address the insect problem.

To start, the staff was very friendly, so that was a plus. The room was dirty. My feet stuck to the hard surfaces of the room, and the carpet felt grimy. Inexplicably, the floor of the shower was both slippery and sticky at the same time. There were black spots on the ceiling of the shower area that looked like mold. The food at breakfast was questionable. The eggs had a gray tint, so I avoided those. The gravy for the biscuits was purely water, and looked more like mushroom soup than sausage gravy. Again, the only saving grace for the property was that the staff was very pleasant. I will not be staying here again.

This property was appealing from the room sizes and options and was clean on the surface. I rented three rooms for my family to stay in route to our Disney Vacation. Upon room inspection which requires pulling mattresses back and looking for critters (per my wife) we discovered dead bed bugs in Room #1 Room #2 had either vomit or a very moldy cocktail or Milkshake that was moldy and mashed into the bed mattress. Room #3 we found living Bed Bugs and frankly they were very large. The front desk associates were were hospitable about the situation but we decided to move on with our journey and not stay at Comfort Suites. I booked through Expedia and only recieved a partial Credit on two of the three rooms. I would not recommend this hotel, and nor would I recommend using Expedia. I will never get my money back it appears for this pathetic experience.

Our room was dirty. There was stuff on the floor, something smeared on the sofa cushion, a qtip on the floor in the closet, towels were dirty, bathroom floor dirty, shower had not been cleaned, hair and gunk on the shower walls. The refrigerator made a noise constantly. There was something on the surfaces. It was late when we checked in and we were only staying one night When i told the lady at the desk when we checked out she said ok i will let housekeeping know. No other resolution. I will not stay here again. Terrible experience.

This was probably the least clean hotel I have stayed in. There was still tooth paste of the sink, the floors were sticky, there was also hair in the shower. Hotel was cheap so it’s to be expected.. but wish they could have cleaned better.

The TV didn't work (they offered to move us, but moving 4 children at 9:30 pm wasn't cool) Didn't have enough linens for the sleeper sofa(we requested but they didn't have any) Had to request extra wash cloths and towels for everyone to have ONE, not extra. Breakfast wasn't terrible. Waffles were good Coffee and tea cups were flimsy 6oz size. The staff were nice.

Front desk clerk was very welcoming. The lobby and elevators were clean. Our room was comfortable and the beds were worthy of an A+ mention. The shower was strong although the shower insert was cracked. Now the negative: The towels were rough and uncomfortable, the carpeting in our room was ripped and unwinding, the room was uncomfortably noisy…lots of talking in the hallways and rooms (the couple in the room next door talked until 5 a.m.), there was lots of marijuana aroma wafting into our room. It was a night wasted.

The front desk representatives at this hotel are rude and condescending. The WiFi was not working in my room and the front desk proceeded to argue with me as if my device along with four other members in my family was not working properly. Additionally the let out couch was filthy and when I reported it to the front desk it was ignored. Do not stay at this property if you are in this area.

Check in was crazy. The reception person charged one card twice and another card once. So I have pending over $600. I am thinking two of the charges should be removed in the near future. However I don’t think she knew what she was doing. This is very upsetting.

My experience with Comfort Suites was GREAT! Staff was very friendly. The room had all the accommodations that we needed with a family of 6. However we did ask and received extra towels. The grandsons loved the pool. Breakfast was plentiful. We would definitely stay there again!

On Friday 11/15/24 we drove to hotel with luggage in car. We arrived at 12:30 and unless we paid an additional $35.00 they would not allow us to check in early nor hold our luggage in a secure location. I paid the additional fee since we were going to a pre wedding event. I never experienced a pre check in fee. The bath tub did not have a safety bar in order to hold while stepping in shower/tub. I had to use door to help assist me into shower. Any person 5’ or shorter would need a safety bar for support. The staff was polite except for the women at the front desk when we attempted to check in prior to the 3:00 check in time. The hotel appeared to be empty. Very few cars in lot. The room was ready and clean and ready for guest when I paid the additional $35.00. There was no reason for them not to accommodate us. We stayed 3 nights.

We arrived at 12:30 and unless we paid an additional $35.00 they would not allow us to check in early nor hold our luggage in a secure location. I paid the additional fee since we were going to a pre wedding event. I never experienced a pre check in fee. The bath tub did not have a safety bar in order to hold while stepping in shower/tub. I had to use door to help assist me into shower. Any person 5’ or shorter would need a safety bar for support. The staff was polite except for the women at the front desk when we attempted to check in prior to the 3:00 check in time. The hotel appeared to be empty. Very few cars in lot. The room was ready and clean and ready for guest when I paid the additional $35.00. There was no reason for them not to accommodate us. We stayed 3 nights.

Horrible. Day1 no greeting just asked for id and credit card. The pullout couch had crumbs and no bedding. It is supposed to be 100% smoke free but the guest in the room next to us smoked so heavily that it came in our room and gave one out of our group a nose bleed. We asked house keeping and the front desk to have the bedding changed and the room to be deodorizer. We returned to a dirty room no clean sheets, towels, or even the trash removed. We complained but there was not any management on duty. We ran into the same house keeper and she said we only clean rooms on our list otherwise it is every 3rd day. We kept getting pushed to the side and over looked as we still worried about a $250 fine for smoking that we didn't do. The beds had no comfortable and they didn't have any (we asked)and it was 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast was good,but that is the only good thing i can say. Even then the juice machine was broken and they lets us buy drinks instead of letting us know they had sent someone to buy some. Poor communication all around.

The front desk representatives at this hotel are rude and condescending. The WiFi was not working in my room and the front desk proceeded to argue with me as if my device along with four other members in my family was not working properly. Additionally the let out couch was filthy and when I reported it to the front desk it was ignored. Do not stay at this property if you are in this area.

Very nice hotel. It looks to have been recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean from the parking lot to the room. It’s easy to get to from interstate but not right on the main road through town so it was quiet. I would stay there again.

Traveling back from Florida can be quite a task with traffic coming home from Fall Break. Comfort Suites Bowling Green is a great option to break up the drive home. They have a very friendly staff and provide a quiet, modern, and spacious room to relax! Lots of restaurants nearby.

Clean rooms, super comfy beds. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool. The elevators and pool were just a few steps around the corner from the front desk—super convenient! The free breakfast was great—plenty to choose from and the lady managing that area was really nice and didn’t boot us out even when it was time for breakfast to be over (my teens came down like 5min before the end!). Front desk girl in the evening for checkin was great as was the guy at checkout the next morning! Price was great too for all this😊

To start, the staff was very friendly, so that was a plus. The room was dirty. My feet stuck to the hard surfaces of the room, and the carpet felt grimy. Inexplicably, the floor of the shower was both slippery and sticky at the same time. There were black spots on the ceiling of the shower area that looked like mold. The food at breakfast was questionable. The eggs had a gray tint, so I avoided those. The gravy for the biscuits was purely water, and looked more like mushroom soup than sausage gravy. Again, the only saving grace for the property was that the staff was very pleasant. I will not be staying here again.

Stayed for our anniversary and had plunty of things near by dinning and shopping. Staff was nice everytime. Coffee machine in lobby was broke the whole weekend which was alittle disappointed but they tried by having the coffee machines they have in the rooms out but not the same.

This was a nice hotel and had a nice room that could hold 6 (2 adults, 4 kids). The pool was clean and in good condition. Breakfast the next morning was not a good experience. Either they didn't have enough help scheduled, the workers were not efficient, or too many guests came down at the same time. Maybe a mixture of these, but there wasn't enough room, tables weren't clean, and there wasn't enough hot food. The hotel itself was very good, though, and the rooms were nice and comfortable.
