I loved Henrietta House in the past, but this time was a disappointment. I had stayed in a boutique room before, but this time, I had booked a traditional room. I think the difference in quality was noticeable. The room was small, hot, slightly damp, the bathroom was not very nice. I had an issue with the mini fridge, but got a new one immediately. Unfortunately even the new fridge didn't cool to the temp you'd expect. Also, I was disappointed by the fact that hotels.com says parking is available. It is not.

Good one night stay. The area is lovely and the building is well maintained. Breakfast was reasonable, chosen from a menu, some of the ingredients felt quite basic, for example the pastrijes served were mini and the yoghurt was low quality and individual pot was served. The bedroom was clean enough but found previous occupants shoes in wardrobe, no apology when presenting these to reception staff. We were directed to a staircase to our bedroom which was on the top floor and a bit of a trek with suitcases, only later did we notice there is a lift. Room was small hut fine for one night and a good base for exploring Bath

Clean and beautiful room, great and friendly staff. Centrally located for all the facilities in the city. Highly recommended. Front of house staff and manager were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

Upon returning home from our recent stay we realised we had left 2 jackets in the hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful in making sure we got our jackets back safely. We would not hesitate to stay with them again.
