Professional staff, clean rooms really enjoyed the pool and hot tub

Wonderful stay! Every staff memeber was fantastic! KEN was TOP NOTCH! We were on a quiet floor, room was clean & spacious. Hot tub was nice, it was a little warm at first. A maintenance man happened to come in when were in there & we told him it was hot. He adjusted some things & for the remainder of the stay it was nice & toasty! Love the fire pit area outside of the pool. Was nice to just sit there & chill! Some of the walls in the hallways could use a touch up of paint, overall pretty well kept property.

We booked the trip around the fact that they had a pool and hot tub for our child who was celebrating his birthday. Both were out of order. The pool became available late the evening before we left but the cleanliness was visibly questionable. The hot tub had caution tape around it and it literally smelled like fecal matter in the pool area. They offered us to swim at the pool next door which we settled for but it had just been filled and it was so cold we couldn’t swim. Then there was the hot water issue. There was none. We told the front desk and they simply said to let it run. We let the water run for 30 mins only to have room temp water to shower in. Every single day we were there, for all showers and different times of day. And last but not least, we were greeted with the smell of weed while getting in our vehicle from the group of people parked next to us. Even after moving our vehicle the smell lingered in our vehicle. You could also smell it throughout the hotel- in the elevator, the hallways, and my personal favorite, in the breakfast area. People gathered by the exits to smoke both weed and cigarettes often holding the door open. The breakfast was ok our first day but the second day was non existent. Had a fraction of what the day before had. Everything was standard bagels, cereal, egg beaters, oatmeal. The first day they had fresh fruit which was nice. The hotel itself was clean and nice so it’s a shame that there were so many negative experiences. Won’t return.

Good hotel. Be prepared to have to pay $9/night to park. I was also charged an additional $48.50 with no receipt, not sure what that was. All around a decent stay. I’d come back.

Great setup for kids and family. Room was clean. Hot tub wasn’t too hot and the next morning it needed cleaned. Good breakfast!

Our 2 night stay in a suite was awesome. Very clean rooms. The pool was heated. The outdoor firepit and seating was nice. I loved the option of being able to borrow items like mixers, board games, etc.

Loved the temp of the indoor pool and hot tub. Totally made up for the shower being an open kind of thing. Maybe it was for accessibility? I just wished it was hotter ha

The staff were incredible. We were going to park at the airport but the desk staff suggested using their parking and shuttle service. Easy peasy and cost less than the airport. In the morning before we left, the night staff prepared coffee in the lobby for us. We left VERY early. So appreciated.

Property and the facilities were great. I didn’t like that you had to pay additionally for parking. I found an empty iced tea bottle under the bed, which was from a previous persons stay. Evening front desk staff was not engaging and were not very welcoming. Shuttle drivers were amazing! Overall not a bad stay and I would choose this place again.

Stayed one night. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean except for the bathroom floor. It could have been swept a little better and mopped. The kitchenette in the room had everything you would need. The breakfast was decent as it provided some hot and cold options. Overall this is a nice hotel.

The AC unit was extremely loud everytime it kicked on. Also, our sheets were not clean upon arrival.

This was pretty clean. Under the beds were dirty, but the rooms and sheets were clean. The breakfast didnt start till 7 and we had to leave before that, but the girl working was so sweet and made sure we got begals and apples. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I was alittle disappointed that they didnt collect our trash or vacuum when we were there. Also the pool was freezing. Overall it was really nice and we would stay there again. It is very convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The room air-condition was too loud.

This was a last minute switch because my prior reservation with Expedia fell through, so I liked that they had rooms big enough for our party, a pool, and it was reasonably close to the show we were going to see. We only needed to stay one night, but if I was going to stay longer, this would be an excellent choice because of the kitchen, two bedrooms & livingroom in the suites, plus the hotel amenities.

The A/C sounded like a jet taking off and made it impossible to get a good night sleep. We informed the manager after the 1st night and were told they would send someone to fix it. As they only had 1 other room available with a single bed. We stayed a total of 3 nights and it was never repaired.

Bed needs to be more comfy. Are very firm

These rooms are absolutely beautiful and have everything you need to feel like you are in a home away from home i think the only downfall to this hotel is the water does not get very warm it takes a few minutes in the shower for it to even get to the luke warm temperature but it does still get warm enough to shower

Most of the drawers in both bedrooms were broken

The stay was just ok. For a Marriott property, I was a little disappointed. The pillows are not comfortable at all. Very cheap and generic. Sunday morning, there was no coffee available until after 6 am. But the hotel was clean. Areas of our room were worn but seemed cleaned

We had a nice stay here and enjoyed the hot tub and pool especially. Our room was clean and we appreciated the appliances inside of our hotel room. The breakfast selection was a little lackluster, but overall we had a great stay here.

I am a retired veteran with lower extremities issues which limits my mobile abilities. I had ash for a lower level room prior because of this. When i arrived i was told my room was on the 3rd floor. I questioned why and the desk clerk begain how easy it would be for me to get tomy room on the 3rd floor and also there was not many rooms on the 1st, all the while not knowing the extent of my injury and offered no apology whatsoever. I wont be back and i travel extensively so i assume this hotel doesnt care about customer service!

Our second day there, we asked the front desk to have housekeeping remove takeout dinner trash from our room. The attendant made a note in the computer and said it would be taken care of, but when we returned to the room that evening the trash had not been touched. Worse, we requested (on two separate days) that maintenance fix the toilet in our room, which “whistled” incessantly after it was flushed. The issue was never fixed and nothing was done to accommodate us, so we sealt with that annoying sound every single time we flushed the toilet for days. When we checked out after four nights, the front desk clerk barely acknowledged (and did not apologize) when we respectfully explained the issues we had during our stay. We travel to Pittsburgh annually, and seek hotels in Robinson because it is close to family. This was our first—and last—stay at TownePlace. Beware.

Have to pay to park and room was not ready at 5pm check-in was at 3pm. No shower door.

Ok property for an overnight stay. Staff at night is not friendly. You need to pay for parking.

Night front desk staff extremely rude. Morning front desk staff even worse. Fire them or give them training in hospitality. I seen rude staff at other hitels butvthese take the cake.
