The hotel was easy to find & not too far from train station. Easy check-in & all was ok (clean room & good bathroom for 1 night) but hallway from elevator to room wreaked of cigarettes, very unpleasant. Once inside the room, no problem as it was clean & quiet but hallway was very off putting.

We had a great time at the hotel, the room was very clean,fresh towels every day, room made up daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful, checking in and out so easy. We skipped the breakfast option but had coffee from bar, normal prices1.5- 2.5 €. In one word the hotel was --- FANTASTIC! We would definitely book again

Shower drain and sink drain wasn’t working. The next day I was promised to get updated room but the staff forgot about it despite reminding them. Only last night I got good room. Beware

Nice, new and clean room, great bathroom, additionallysmall fridge in the room. Late night check in available. The airco blew freezing aur at 3am, impossible to turn up the temperature and I was cold. There is only one tiny lift so you wait for ages, better off taking steps. All in all nice stay in central location.

We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast. We arrived by train and found the location of the hotel convenient for that. The room was clean, and only let down because it was dated. It does seem that some rooms have been updated though - so maybe we were unlucky for that. Within an easy walk we found a nice restaurant for dinner and also a breakfast.

Especially to me, Hotel staff’s hospitalty and handling service was very professional I have never been experienced before! and although overall design of hotel is not new, the decoration and feeling is very charming at the lobby abd room with very clean all the times. Location is also convenience place to take a tram, metro for transportation. I hope to stay again when I visit in Mian in near future.

O pessoal da recepção é gentil e prestativo, embora tenha selecionado hotéis incluindo cafe da manha, não me atentei que neste, o cafe é cobrado ä parte e o preço não faz jus, pois é bastante simples, poucos itens a disposição, sendo estes cobrados item a item. O café, leite ou cappuccino é trazido por uma senhora, conforme pedido. Logo, tenho a dizer que é bastante confuso e totalmente diferente de qualquer outro hotel em que ja me hospedei e que foram muitos.
