The location is excellent! Right near the Duomo. Having a convenient and comfortable hotel made a stay in a busy area of Milan relaxing. We had trouble figuring out how to work the elevator. The very helpful woman at reception booked us a car to pick us up the next morning, but it never showed up. That caused some stress, and running to catch the train in Milano Centrale.

Logement idealement situé. Il est à 3 minutes a pied d'un parking a 15e par jour. L'appartement est pŕès du Duomo mais très calme au 5ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est superbe, literie au top, douche et sdb extraordinaires. Nous avons été très bien accueillis.

The hotel is very modern. It is located in between stores. To enter the building you must enter a code, which the hotel provides you with. Once inside you take a lift to the first floor. The hotel desk is right there. The gentleman was very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us gave us a list of restaurants, that he recommended. He also answered any questions we had. The room is lovely and decorated with modern decor. It is very clean and well kept. The location was great, about 10 minutes walking distance from the Duomo. I most definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious but the top shower didn’t work. The place is located in a very centric but crowded and noisy area.

This is a really great place. Lovely space, impressive decorations, great WiFi and AC. It is located on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a couple of blocks with suitcases, but all flat. They also arranged for a pick up as close as the driver could get for a transport to the airport. The ride was a little overpriced, but worth it for their professionalism and great communication.

INTOMILAN was located in the middle of a shopping area. I will say they gave excellent directions as to how to find them. We took a train to get to Milan and it was just a 10 minute short ride on the Metro. Take the M3 yellow line and get off at Duomo. From there it was a five minute walk. However, although it was a pretty looking room many things were broken or falling apart. The bed had a memory foam type mattress, which I did find comfortable. There were no keys given every door you need to enter you had a key code. There were 3 separate doors and 3 key codes. Unfortunately our first night the first code didn’t work. Thankfully someone was coming out of the building so we got inside. I don’t think I would stay there again.

I was particularly impressed with the proactive communication from the hotel and how they gave me detailed instructions on how to get in late at night following long flight delays. We had a great stay at the IntoMilan hotel. We travelled with our two children. The staff is great and the location is close to the Duomo and all the shopping. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night. On the day our arrival, I realized I hadn’t heard from the hotel regarding the late night access. We were arriving late from Canada. Contacted the hotel and they said that we weren’t checking in til the next night. That sent me into a bit of a panic. We called Malika at the hotel and she fixed the mistake promptly. They put us up in one room one night and then moved us into a lovely two bedroom suite for the last night. Thank you to Malika and the staff for everything you did for us!!

I would highly recommend this property in Milan. It is located in such a great area. you literally walk out and the Duomo, shopping, restaurants are all literally in within a 2 min walk. The hotel is beyond spacious and clean. Paola is such an amazing person. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Would highly recommend and will stay there again on future visits.

This hotel is quite perfect. It starts with the localization. It is in the middle of everything and near to two metro stations. The Duomo, the Galleria are really close. The staff are really helpfull and friendly. We have only compliments to all of them. The room is quite nice, quite comfortable, even with a third bed. The Kitchen was good, with frete coffe in the morning.

GREAT location but poor directions as airport taxi driver was NOT helpful in finding hotel after he dropped us off. Also, don't consume ANYTHING in the room as the only item free is water!
