The hotel is located next to a canal. There are a lot on nearby restaurants taking advantage of the proximity to water. Beware that mosquitos can be bothersome in this area, so consider using bug repellant The hotel is spotless. The staff were very friendly there is a nice rooftop swimming pool with a bar nearby. There is a rooftop fresh air restaurant open for lunch and cocktails at night. Coffee is complimentary in the lobby. There is a large courtyard for smokers and nonsmokers, with comfortable seating and a foosball table. There is an Uber/taxi stop outside the entrance. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to any traveler to Milan

Second stay here, and that says everything. Once again, the experience was excellent. The level of service is consistently high, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming without being intrusive. Rooms are spotless, well maintained, and clearly looked after with care. A real standout is the rooftop space: beautifully designed, calm, and perfect for winding down with a view over the city. It adds real value to the stay, especially in the evenings. Location is another big win. You’re close to the city centre, yet right by the canal, which gives you the best of both worlds, easy access and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. Stilig hotell. Ligger rett ved tre barer som er åpne til kl.5 på morgenen, så en del støy. Litt rart system på takterrassen, ikke mulig å spise lunsj ved bassenget, da må man opp en etasje. Få solsenger. Bassenget stenger tidlig, 17:30, burde vært åpent hele kvelden. Rotete og dårlig frokost.

Cool hotel in the heart of Navigli with easy access to tons of restaurants, bars and shops. Property was clean and breakfast was exceptional. Rooftop bar/pool was a great perk, although the gym could use renovating. Our room was across from a particularly loud bar that played music passed 3am, but the staff was wonderful and moved us to a quieter room the next day. 10/10 service.

Hotel perfetto. Nuovo. Splendida colazione e piscina sul tetto spettacolare. Personale gentile e quasi tutto molto preparato (non tutti però). Manca il parcheggio e non hanno convenzioni con parcheggi vicini all’hotel, ma la zona dei Navigli è pessima in questo senso.

Great hotel in a perfect location! Close to shopping and so many restaurants as well as being near public transit and the city center. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the views from the rooftop cocktail bar are fantastic. I would definitely return!

The hotel itself is beautiful & offers great shared spaces for working, dining, snacking, having a coffee or a cocktail. The reception was very personable & even remembered my name when I came to pick up my bags after leaving them for a final day in Milano. Two pretty big downsides were that the hotel is facing a street with a few bars and the noise is very loud until 5am, you may need earplugs. I also felt I did not have much privacy. When I was getting dressed the cleaning service opened my door while I was half dressed. I was completely shocked. Admittedly, I had not put my keycard into the slot by the front door that I guess notifies them that someone is inside. But this was not the first time they came in when I did not want anyone in the room. Earlier I had left the “do not disturb” sign on my door handle and when I came back they had put it inside my room and cleaned up. Although it is nice to come back to a clean room I did not appreciate they ignored my request to not clean up or enter the room. I felt every time I came back to my room someone had just been in there & that was an uneasy feeling for me. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay, I just wish the cleaning service only came in once a day, if that & respected to stay out when the do not disturb sign was up.

The hotel is nicely located - within walkable distance (20-30 min) to major historical attractions and shopping district. Nice roof top with the beautiful view, pool, good lunch, and good evening bar. Also nice inner yard and plenty of spaces for work of business. Room was superficially cleaned, all shelves were covered with layers of dust. Bathroom spacious and clean. Mattress and bed absolutely horrible - noisy and uncomfortable. Every night we had unbearable noise across the canal - night club right under hotel front. Decent breakfast, helpful and friendly stuff. Definitely needs some improvements.

Unfortunately the property was not worth the price. That is with no fault of the staff, who were absolutely lovely and willing to help where they could. The restaurant is also excellent. In terms of the negatives, it is incredibly loud in the area - fireworks, fire crackers, parties, loud music - even on weeknights. I would not stay here if I was a light sleeper. Even with earplugs it was still audible. The rooms are incredibly warm and there is limited air circulation, if you room window does not open it will be an uncomfortable stay. The housekeeping is not the best, in a newer hotel there was already mould in the grout of the showers and the silicon was coming away. Additionally there were stains all over the flooring in our room. The location around the hotel is dirty, and there are limited restaurants or cafes worth visiting. There is not a lot to do and if you are a visitor to Milan unfortunately I think you’ll often find yourself on a tram or car leaving the area. It is handy that they provide luggage storage. Sorry to say I will not stay again, and I cannot reiterate enough that the staff are fantastic and none of this is their fault.

Super schöner Blick von der Rooftopbar (die Bar selbst allerdings war wegen des schon kühlen Wetters geschlossen). Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer sauber; gute Beleuchtung im Badezimmer.Fussläufig ins Zentrum (20 Minuten zum Dom), gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft . Die einzigen negativen Aspekte waren die Tatsache, dass es aufgrund der lLage nachts etwas laut war (vielleicht gibt es aber auch Zimmer mit Lage zum Innenhof); und das Bett war nicht so super bequem. Würde immer wieder kommen!!

Our stay was amazing from the moment we walked into the hotel. The team was perfect at check-in, giving us all the information we needed and being incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We checked in together with friends who were also staying at the hotel, and I was really happy to see that the staff member assisting them was just as kind and attentive, it truly showed how special and consistent the team is. Our room was great: very spacious, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful. The hotel also has a terrace that is 100% worth visiting. I went there several times to watch the sunset while having a coffee (yes, there’s coffee, tea, and water available there!). Another big highlight is the breakfast: simply incredible! So many options, and you can even order a cappuccino from the staff. I loved it. Once again, I have to highlight the amazing team. I’d love to mention everyone who helped me during my stay, but there wouldn’t be enough space here. I will definitely be back to create more memories at this incredible hotel

Hotel Quite new, modern design, efficient staff, tiny rooms (the 20 m2 may include the nice bath room), It’s Really easy to visit Milan from the hotel, to find nice restaurants (different from the quite basic ones along the canal).

I liked the hotel overall from what I saw. My room however, was very noisy due to the extraction fan from the kitchen below. - there must be a better soloution than this, it is very disturbing for guests on the first floor

Nice hotel and facilities but it is very noisy at night. The bars nearby are very loud until about 430am even on weeknights which made it very hard to sleep. Also the loft rooms have very impractical stairs not suitable for children or using in the night as there are no stair lights. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a good nights sleep

Lovely hotel all around. However, we were not supplied with complimentary toothpaste/toothbrushes and body wash until we asked for it. Room is clean and bed was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper I would skip this hotel though as it sits right outside a few bars which have loud music and people partying making noise. Otherwise, location was good and right next to trams and metro.

The hotel is nicely located - within walkable distance (20-30 min) to major historical attractions and shopping district. Nice roof top with the beautiful view, pool, good lunch, and good evening bar. Also nice inner yard and plenty of spaces for work of business. Room was superficially cleaned, all shelves were covered with layers of dust. Bathroom spacious and clean. Mattress and bed absolutely horrible - noisy and uncomfortable. Every night we had unbearable noise across the canal - night club right under hotel front. Decent breakfast, helpful and friendly stuff. Definitely needs some improvements.

Business trip voor een beurs in Milaan, ik had op voorhand een gekoelde kamer gevraagd. Als ik aankwam was de kamer heel warm .. 24 graden … na veel vijven en zessen heeft het hotel toch de airco op de gewenste temperatuur gezet maar als ik de dag erna terug kwam van mijn beurs werkte de airconditioning weer niet … 2 nachten heb ik in een warme kamer geslapen terwijl de accomodatie airco aanbiedt … geen goede ervaring

Great property overall: nice breakfast with espresso and cappuccino, and lots of food choices. It’s a little loud at night if your room faces the canal but they provide earplugs if you need them!

Room was fine . staff were all very nice, it was the noise absolutely no sleep can see now why ear plugs are left in the bathroom. would not stay again if room was on that side of the hotel. Music blaring all night right up to 4am 5am

We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks. The facilities are amazing, especially the rooftop pool, the rooftop restaurant, the outdoor space off the lobby and the lobby itself. The best part by far was the staff, who went above and beyond on everything. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They helped us with metro/tram instructions etc. One evening when we got back late, they kept the restaurant open to serve us dinner. On our 3rd time back to the hotel they had welcome back surprises ready for us! Oh, and it was a pleasure waking up to the fabulous breakfast every day. The candy in the lobby was a fun added touch. Also, appreciated the overall environmental conciousness of the hotel. We would definitely retun to this hotel and would highly recommemd!

First time in Milan and wasn’t too sure in areas to stay. Hotel was in a great location, near lots of bars and restaurants and the metro. The staff were brilliant from the moment we checked in and during our stay, they were friendly and efficient- they could not do enough for us. The breakfast buffet is amazing, lots of choice and so fresh. Will definitely be back to Milan again soon and can’t wait to stay here again, it’s a really good base.

It is not very often I leave a review, but this hotel was incredible!! The staff fantastic, we arrived early and we were able to leave our cases. Breakfast was included in the rate for the next day, but we were offered breakfast on our arrival. The suitcases also brought to our room The hotel itself is well decorated, has a good chilled vibe, the garden on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace both great areas to sit and enjoy. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and a decent size space with some welcome treats, including snacks and water. The neighbour hood surronding the hotel was lively, its a good walk 25-30 minutes to the Duomo but there is a tram and metro near by. The only downside is that we only had one night there, if we ever visit Milan again this is definitely where we will be staying.

We absolutely loved 21 House of Stories Navigli. The property is INCREDIBLE, so clean, so trendy, TONS of free surprises, and such great personality to it. We loved the breakfast and the pool areas, and used them each a few times. The staff are also super friendly. Definitely will stay here again!

Stayed at the hotel twice. The place is very happening but more important the employees at the hotel are amazing. They have established a nice vibe and customer friendly environment. Very down to earth people, unorthodox look (don’t wear suit/ tie xxx) so they resonate with a common person, always smiling, hire younger people with positive attitude.

Beware that mosquitos can be bothersome in this area, so consider using bug repellant The hotel is spotless. The staff were very friendly there is a nice rooftop swimming pool with a bar nearby. There is a rooftop fresh air restaurant open for lunch and cocktails at night. Coffee is complimentary in the lobby. There is a large courtyard for smokers and nonsmokers, with comfortable seating and a foosball table. There is an Uber/taxi stop outside the entrance. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to any traveler to Milan

Super hotel. Un vrai plus la piscine sur le toit, mais selln l heure trop peu de place. Juste à coté de la rue pietonne avec les restos et bars Par contre la rue de l hotel est plutot lugubre le soir et souvent sale. Tres bruyant dans la rue le soir , mais l hotel avait mis des bouchons d oreilles à disposition.

Love the property very clean and new premises. Love the area vibes. Lots of bars and restaurants, very vibrant area to stay and enjoy Milan. If your room is facing the canal it can get loud during the night. Other than that i really enjoy my stay.

Great hotel in a perfect location! Close to shopping and so many restaurants as well as being near public transit and the city center. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the views from the rooftop cocktail bar are fantastic. I would definitely return!

Our stay was amazing from the moment we walked into the hotel. The team was perfect at check-in, giving us all the information we needed and being incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We checked in together with friends who were also staying at the hotel, and I was really happy to see that the staff member assisting them was just as kind and attentive, it truly showed how special and consistent the team is. Our room was great: very spacious, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful. The hotel also has a terrace that is 100% worth visiting. I went there several times to watch the sunset while having a coffee (yes, there’s coffee, tea, and water available there!). Another big highlight is the breakfast: simply incredible! So many options, and you can even order a cappuccino from the staff. I loved it. Once again, I have to highlight the amazing team. I’d love to mention everyone who helped me during my stay, but there wouldn’t be enough space here. I will definitely be back to create more memories at this incredible hotel

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who are attentive and provide an excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and the niche touches of sweets and water in reception and the complimentary minibar for night one are a memorable touch. Stilig hotell. Ligger rett ved tre barer som er åpne til kl.5 på morgenen, så en del støy. Litt rart system på takterrassen, ikke mulig å spise lunsj ved bassenget, da må man opp en etasje. Få solsenger. Bassenget stenger tidlig, 17:30, burde vært åpent hele kvelden. Rotete og dårlig frokost.

All in all a good experience! The rooftop is excellent and staff very helpful and present. Also the breakfast was outstanding. The rooms however, does not feel as luxurious as the price is set, meaning we expected more value (please note that we were upgraded to a better upon arrival so it was an ever nicer room compared to the one we had reserved, we were of course thankful for that but it still didn't match expectations with pricing in mind).

Reception staff super kind and helpful bar staff during aperitivo somewhat thought they were the centre of attention,which Milan is becoming known for unfortunately. Can be busy with functions down in the lobby, but that didn’t translate to extra noise. The breakfast was a good choice and had a good selection for all. The restaurant was average at best and expensive for their offerings, room service was terrible and not worth the money. Some polishing is required to make it a true 4 star.

Great hotel in a perfect location! Close to shopping and so many restaurants as well as being near public transit and the city center. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the views from the rooftop cocktail bar are fantastic. I would definitely return!

Great property overall: nice breakfast with espresso and cappuccino, and lots of food choices. It’s a little loud at night if your room faces the canal but they provide earplugs if you need them!

On my first, and part of my second night here I was very troubled by noise from outside which went on long into the early hours.. When I did go to reception to ask when it might stop I was offered a different, quieter room without demur. There were also misunderstandings about using the pool and wet weather. HOWEVER! The team, especially the manager, treated me respectfully an dreally took time to hear my issues, explain the situation and to be as acomodating as possible in whatever ways they were able. As an older traveller it is rare to feel heard when you feel a bit uncomfortable but it makes a huge difference to a trip. I ubderstand that efforts are underway to resolve the noise difficulties (this is a vibrant area) and to address the way the pool and out door areas are presented to guests ahead of time to avoid disappointment, The team, especially the manager, of this property have a real undertanding of caring for their guests, though they face issues especially for older travellers like myself. So much has been done to create a fun, green and comfortable atmosphere in this hotel and I think I think that the committment of this young team, and their energy, will find solutions and carry through into making this an even better place to stay
