Stayed 2 nights

Hotel was nicely situated among many quality restaurants, close to the Duamo and other sites. Breakfast was included where assorted pastries were served in a buffet style, but main breakfast items were ordered off the menu through a wait staff. The room we had was very nice and quite large. Bed was comfortable, closet space was quite large, as was the shower, and separate claw footed tub. My only concern was there were no ports to charge phones, iPads, etc.

Stayed 3 nights

From the updates from the hotel to quick assistance with AC not working to wonderful breakfasts, we were thrilled with our 3 night stay. Suite with the round bed was perfect for us. We heard the bells from the church next door on Sunday and loved the party atmosphere in the Piazza Carmine outside the hotels. No sound whatsoever thru the great windows but opening them let the sounds of life in. Security getting into building is top notch. Walked to Duomo, Galleria, LaScala and Last Supper was easy. Great food and shopping in the neighborhood. Luis was wonderful to work with and lovely to meet. 100% would stay again. We loved Milan.
