This property is so cute and convenient. The linens and bed as super comfy. The space is quiet and the common areas inviting. There is a main room with a fireplace and plenty of comfortable outdoor areas as well. The location is perfect - walkable to most everything! I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to those looking for a place in Napa!

Loved this property! Well organized check in/out! So easy to park. Walking distance to main restaurants etc. The room was so functional and loved the electric bed (moving head and foot area up and down). The pantry was well stocked and easy to use. My husband and I will definitely be back!

This was a great find close to downtown Napa. Small boutique hotel with a great courtyard and other gathering areas. Highly recommend-comfortable, clean, easy to checkin/out with keyless entry, walkable to dinner, shops, Oxbow market. (Only recommendation would be to add a mirror outside of bathroom)

Very quiet, kitchen was a nice touch, bedding was so soft, room was great. Honestly my only (3) suggestions would be: better towels. The towels were not absorbent at all, always felt wet and not comfortable after the shower. Secondly maybe a fire pit outside? And lastly, not a huge fan of the dirt outside and it tracking into the rooms, inside the hotel.

Great hotel in downtown Napa. Stay for work overnight and had a late check in so i received my door code and instructions via text which made things easy. 2-5 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants downtown, but off the main street so it's not super busy. Very modern room, with a really cool heated toilet and bidet options lol. Shower was really nice too with the rainfall shower head and a traditional showerhead too.

Girls trip to Napa. The hotel is very nice. The room I had was a loft and I couldn’t have asked for more. The check-in process was clunky. There’s no one at the desk other than business hours. However, if none of that is important, this is a great place to stay. Super close to everything and the lofts are beautiful. I would stay again for sure.

This place is a hidden gem! Owner was on site and extremely helpful. What did I like best? Impossible to choose... from the ease of checkin to the comfortable beds and linens, modern bathroom design, the wonderful kitchen area with snacks and drinks accessible 24/7, the activity areas outside and the central location. I will stay here again on my next visit to Napa!

Was looking for a midweek overnight getaway. Napa has proven to be a great location. Did a Two hour kayak trip on the Napa Valley River. And, the hotel has proven to be a great choice. Staff has been absolutely Wonderful! I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Another perk, it’s only five minutes walking to downtown. No Uber necessary

It was so easy to check in and without the hassel of deposit fees. Ive never been to Napa and wanted a one night stay to see a pianist at Uptown + a nice dinner. R Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of food and entertainment. It was quiet and felt very private. I definitely plan to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The bottle of wine and glass of rosé were such a nice touch. Bed was comfortable, heated toilet seats a real treat! Walking distance to downtown in just minutes. Easy access to the vineyards. We would side yield recommend and return to this Inn. Felt so comfortable and lived all the decor.

Great communication from the hotel. Everything was self-serve which made it easy. The room was comfortable and the heated toilet seat was a plus. The complimentary bottle of rose was a nice touch. The only things I’d change is I wish there was a place to put things away, and it would be nice if there were EV charging stations in their parking lot.

Great location. Beautiful upgraded rooms. Easy check-in. Kind staff. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the dining area which seemed to double as a gathering spot so it was noisier than I would have preferred. Also, the incessant sound of dishes clanking during morning breakfast hours almost drove me crazy. Luckily I travel with a portable speaker and was able to drown out a lot of the noise with white noise.
