We stayed overnight due to a canceled flight. The staff were friendly, and helpful in getting us airport transportation in the morning (at a reasonable rate). The room was euro-style (smaller than American hotels), the pool and bar were nice. There was some road noise, and the smell of a backyard fire from next door, but both subsided by 11pm. It definitely has a local flavor, which we very much enjoyed!

This hotel has unique and unusual rooms. They make really good pizza and salads, with good service. There's a lot of stairs and it takes energy to get around in the neighborhood. It's not a resort experience, but the pool is nice. I'm worried about the tortoise they keep in the lobby.

The hotel was nice but there was only a pool and no other amenities. We were also supposed to picked up from the airport but when I called the hotel I could not get through to anyone. We ended up taking a bus and a taxi at 10 pm at night.

no elevator, we were on top floor, one of our room\'s toilet did not flush, other room had loose sliding balcony door with 1/4" gaps that rattled with wind and let in hot air and noise, located on super busy noisy street, no closet or storage space, exposed drywall, room key worked on multiple doors, grease ants in room, surrounding area had minimal services/restaurants, minimal amenities

A one night stay before we flew home early… the room was very small, ants all over the one surface a desk… the bed covers had stains… but the bathroom was really nice, updated and clean. The hotel itself is a cute place. Restaurant on site with a small menu…. A few options for local bites walking distance.

They had special events for people from outside of the hotel. Playing music and hanging out until 3am. Guests couldn’t sleep until people leave the party. It wasn’t communicated at the time I booked the hotel. I wouldn’t book if I knew those kind of party is in their schedule.

Good area if you want good food, walking distance to walmart and gas stations but not near beaches, was like a $8-26 uber depending on what time you order it. the walls are also thin and so are the blankets and the free breakfast was just toast and cereal. they do have other options where you have to pay. i’d say not bad and felt pretty safe walking till 10 at night just exploring. they do have a pool but the sun doesn’t really hit it.

Vale, hay algo que destacar y es que cobran el impuesto ambiental en 90 pesos, tengo entendido que por norma son 33.94 MXN por persona por noche, incluso la información la pueden encontrar en Google buscando "Enviromental tax Quintana Roo". Segundo, la habitación estaba puerca, me entregaron el mini refri sucio y parece que a las ventanas solo les dieron una limpiada con agua y ya, se veían las marcas horribles y las fotos salieron mal, el control de la TV aparte de estar rotó no funcionaba. Puntos buenos o a favor es que aparte el jacuzzi y la iluminación azul y el desayuno, fue lo que rescato al hotel, por que incluso la piscina se veía que no tenía mantenimiento por que tenía arena hasta el fondo y estaba acumulada. Recomiendo solo por emergencias este hotel.

Normalmente procuramos por hoteis 4 estrelas, pois já tivemos problemas com hotéis 3 estrelas. Este hotel é hotel de bairro, fora do centro turístico de Cancun, local estranho à noite e longe de ser um hotel 4 estrelas, 2 estrelas seria o mais adequado. Não tivemos problemas, quarto limpo, porém barulho no quarto ao lado incomodou. Não valeu o preço que pagamos para dormir uma noite visando pegar o avião pela manhã.

Everything in Cancun is much more expensive than in the past. This hotel has good rates, but poor cleanliness. When we got into our room we saw hair on the floor. When we left during the day, we asked staff to empty our garbage (they give you one small garbage bin for the whole room and you put your toilet paper in it, too). They didn’t empty our trash. Breakfast is stale cereal, juice, coffee, toast and fruit. We paid extra for chilaquiles which weren’t spicy like they should be. Hair dryer is super hot, I couldn’t use it. Hot water was great, good counter space. You can hear other people in the hotel because there’s glass doors and windows in the hotel room. No fan in the bathroom.

Great little spot. We are in Mexico so just remember that over all. But for the price and the room (I had the one with the spa) super nice room and little view on the top. Nice place and around some location markets you can walk to. Staff are great too

Al llegar la habitación no fue la esperada, ni tenía lo que ofrecía. Posteriormente me cambiaron, luego de dos noches, en lo que se desocupó la misma. Ahí sí me sentí a gusto y cómoda. La primera tenía el matress muy duro también.

Al llegar la habitación no fue la esperada, ni tenía lo que ofrecía. Posteriormente me cambiaron, luego de dos noches, en lo que se desocupó la misma. Ahí sí me sentí a gusto y cómoda. La primera tenía el matress muy duro también.

O custo era interessante a localidade também interessante mas o café da manhã é fraque cimo. Minha estratégia foi usar esse hotel para fazer os passeios e não ficar muito nele, limpeza boa o quarto bom, banheiro bom mas o café precisa melhorar absurdamente. Eles vendem proteínas no café continental não tem proteínas. No mais o atendimento é bacana, a limpeza rola legal todo dia.

Great little spot. We are in Mexico so just remember that over all. But for the price and the room (I had the one with the spa) super nice room and little view on the top. Nice place and around some location markets you can walk to. Staff are great too

Me gusto la zona, es de fácil acceso, tranquila y hay variedad de tiendas alrededor. No me gusto que el espejo del baño era tipo espejo, por lo tanto, de noche las personas del piso de arriba te pueden ver, la llave del lavabo tira agua y que reserve ahí por tener desayuno incluido, lo cual no es completamente cierto, pues solo incluye un pequeño plato de fruta, jugo o café y si quieres huevo, chilaquiles, etc. tiene costo extra. (Eso no es desayuno incluido)
