We like having a kitchenette with full fridge, sink and microwave. The one bedroom was like an apartment (but the two sliding doors to the bathroom was undesirable) . Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking. No hotel bar, but Hilton Garden Inn is nearby so we went to that bar. Very pet friendly. Our overall stay was pleasant.

The staff was very nice helpful. Gym was decent but lacking equipment. The breakfast was not good by any means. My room was right next to the stairs and the door was very loud which was not pleasant. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened the hotel. Warer pressure was lacking. Overall not a bad hotel but definitely over priced for the property.

We were in Abilene for our daughters wedding!! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable! Just what we needed during our stay. Breakfast was good, with waffles, hot breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and omelets. As a bonus, we had other family staying here too, and we enjoyed a couple of nights visiting on their large outdoor patio! The seating and space were most welcoming!! They are pet friendly, too.

Overall good experience. Room was nice and clean. Only thing was the bed. It was SO uncomfortable. Neck and are still hurting. Also, the waffles are undercooked even after leaving it for recommended time and trying it 1 minute past the recommended time. Pool was nice. Kids loved the changing lights at night inside the pool.

Our family of 5 plus 2 dogs stayed here and really enjoyed the experience. Breakfast was great-especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The toilet had feces stuck inside the rim. The microwave dish is dirty. There were no instructions to work the blinds or shower. The blind didn't work properly. When I told the desk just before I checked out, they didn't seen to care. As i walked through the cluttered lobby, i heard the staff complaining about me making a complaint. No one talked to me as i walked and shook my head in sadness. More importantly, this establishment abuses the Stars and Stripes. It is torn and left out in severely inclement weather. This is a clear sign that Hilton are lacking in pride or honor. I do NOT reccomend staying here for distressing.

The hotel is new and everything was in great condition and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was quiet in our hall. Overall, it was excellent and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with giving hotel information. The lobby smelled of strong cleaning chemicals, which is great to know it’s clean however it was a little much. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was soft. Only complaint about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It seemed to have only been “wiped down” not fully cleaned. There was hair around the toilet, and in the shower.

Nice greeting at the front desk upon check in but when I got to my room I noticed the carpet had not been vacuumed or the trash from the previous guest had not been taken out. They were able to move me into another room. Would have been a 5 star review but the room wasn’t cleaned properly when I arrived.

We were just passing through, and we were extremely tired from coming back from vacation it was perfect super fast check in and very nice and knowledgeable staff. The room was very spacey and open the beds were so comfortable and the room was super clean. The continental breakfast was superb. Will definitely stay again if we ever go back.

The view? Is a construction view of flat prairie. It seemed a nice spacious room on the website, but when I walked in the dish washer was running and never stopped for three hours. I finally opened it, it was scalding hot. Never could turn it off, had to leave it open. The kitchen water faucet did not work. The ice bucket had not been emptied from previous tenant. The automated window shade did not work and I had to pin it up to get sunlight and my view of a prairie lot being excavated. I can’t really recommend this place.

If you don’t mind not having any privacy while going to the bathroom or showering, this might not be bad. The door slides and doesn’t cover the whole bathroom, also there is about an inch and a half gap so anyone could see in if you’re staying in the same room. Mgr hyped up breakfast when we checked in and at 9, there was hardly anything left not even regular syrup. When asked, oh we have cinnamon and other flavors. We might be out of the other. Never would check. Out of butter, had it but wouldn’t refill.

This was an excellent facility to stay at. We were left in a bind and they were accommodating and thankfully had a room for us. Upon arrival, Shannon was at the desk and she was the most pleasant and lovely person and has excellent customer service, the most I’ve seen in a very long time in a hotel. We will definitely be staying at this particular facility again when we are in the area.

Clean room, good breakfast. Only complaint was that I travel for work and our job was cut a day short so I went to get a refund for the last night. The lady at the front desk ( I believe her name was Shannon) said they do not give refunds for third party bookings. I told her i travel frequently and have never had a problem with getting a refund and I’ve stayed at this hotel before. She then started to get an attitude and eventually started raising her voice. Needless to say I did get my refund so that’s a plus.

The lobby was clean and the hotel looked nice. The breakfast service needs some help. Could not keep up with the demand of people staying that weekend and it was a struggle to get a hot breakfast, let alone utensils or clean counters. Beds were not that comfortable, but the room was very nicely appointed.

Everything was great with the exception of the breakfast. While the selection provided was not bad, most of the items that should be served hot were lukewarm at best. Would be convenient to add a microwave for guests to reheat food as needed. Other than that our stay was comfortable and no other issues. Would stay here again.
