The room was not very well maintained! Hole in the ceiling; window a/c that ran constantly. Very little parking. Will not book again; overpriced. I’ve rented many rooms on OBX, disappointed

The location is excellent and the property was clean. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the bathroom in the Surfside Room (Standard Double Room, 1 Queen Bed) was not working. The toilet wasn't flushing, the sink wasn't draining and the shower leaked. I ended up using the shared bathroom downstairs instead of the private one attached to my room. After my stay, the owners said the issues have been fixed. They recommend letting them know right away, as they're happy to address problems as soon as they're reported. I personally did not want to have maintenance work done during my stay, but if everything is in perfect order as the owner claims, I would recommend this place and consider staying here again. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay. Our room had 2 beds and a sitting area with a full balcony. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices and snacks were always out. I would stay there again.
