The room was well equiped with everything we needed as well as being spotlessly clean. It was especially nice to have a big screen tv, a fridge and ironing equipment as well as a digital bedside clock. The air con worked really well. The breakfast was really nice with a good selection of items for full english as well as contental. The only thing we were disappointed with was the bacon which looked very tasty but didnt taste very nice at all. The sausages however, were excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from the station and is very close to many shops, pubs and other attractions.

The room was fine, though a bit small for two people. The staff were lovely. The description said laundry facilities were available, but they are not - they will sent out your laundry for same day turnaround at a steep cost.

Could not fault this hotel, so clean and welcoming. Was my husband’s 70th birthday, had card and wine delivered to room, such a lovely gesture, then at breakfast they bought an ice cream cake out and sang happy birthday. Amazing staff and hotel. Thank you
