1St time stay at Home 2 Suite Nice rooms and very clean. Will stay again. Pet friendly is a huge plus. Will search out franchise as we travel across country! Only down side is our dogs know how to open sliding "barn" style doors on bathroom!!

They had coffee available in the lobby when we arrived at 8pm! I was surprised because usually you can only get coffee in the lobby in the mornings. My wife really appreciated that, thank you.

We’ve stayed here multiple times & will keep coming back. The breakfast is wonderful with plenty of great choices. The staff is very friendly. They allow pets. It’s clean & well kept. It’s an excellent choice.

The service by the employers was to the point with gentle and kind tone of voice. They called me while I was traveling to my destination and informed me of a plumbing issue and will try to get my room, long story short I got the exact room I paid for with NO issues whatsoever i’m the bathroom. The stay was excellent, the breakfast made our tummies FULL! The gym was my favorite! I didn’t get to go in the pool, but the fact that there was towels nearby (also for the gym) was awesome! The welcoming station for dogs made me for sure want to come again with my dog, will definitely return for future visits!!

I always stay at this location when I visit Abilene however this stay was different. This was the first time I noticed how thin the floors are. I was able to loudly hear the person above me walk back and forth, it was quite annoying. Also, the pillows were so soft, I had to fold them twice on my king bed to have a decent firm pillow. If you do not like super soft pillows, bring your own. I am always disturbed to see dogs in hotels that have carpeted rooms. There is no way of knowing whether a dog as urinated or worst on the carpet and I would bet the carpet is not cleaned in each room that had a pet in it prior to someone else staying in the room. This was also the first time I slept on sheets that had little cotton balls on them indicating the sheets are aged and should be thrown out. I have always had nothing but high praise for this location until now.

The hotel is no smoking, but we had to walk through a smoking area complete with sitting areas right outside the entrance. There were probably 10-15 people smoking directly outside the main entrance. The couch was old and torn up. The mattress had mold on the bottom. We had no room service as far as trash, towels, nothing. When we asked, we had to go get towels & a trash bag to empty our trash cans

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The issue I had was that the carpet had a wet dog or stinky feet smell. Not pleasant at all. I was on the first floor so I’m pretty sure that’s where pet owners are put….easy access to the outdoors. I expect that from lower cost motels but not higher cost Hilton. Please shampoo your carpets and consider having non pet rooms like non smoking rooms for your customers. Overall the Hotel was great but your carpet ruined it for me.

The property and our room was immaculate. The guest services employee who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room’s kitchenette was a bonus, particularly the nearly full-size fridge. Perfect place to relax and watch the final episode of “White Lotus” after a long day’s drive!

The worst room I have ever stayed in for $350. We checked in around 7pm just to drop our stuff off to meet friends for dinner and we didn't get back to the room till after 11pm. Cranked the AC down and the fan was broken or something. Made the loudest noise imaginable and made sleep impossible if it was on. Hotel was completely booked for ACU's homecoming, so we couldn't move rooms.

We travel quite often but have never stayed at Home2. It was a very pleasant surprise. A mini kitchen, a clean shower (no tub), a couch with a curtain separating it from the bed, and a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing. It was not a "cook to order" breakfast, but was close to it. Very tasty and very clean. The hotel was slightly more expensive (? $20 ish ?) than Holiday Inn Express category of hotels. It was very clean, very nice, and definitely worth the $20 difference. We will stay here again. THANK YOU HOME2 for this very nice hotel upgrade. This was a very good value for our money.

The property looked fine but due to an unexpected change in my travel plans, I arrived 7 hours before I expected to arrive that day. I asked to cancel the reservation because I wanted to drive six more hours, I would have been fine paying a cancellation fee, but management refused to due that charging me the full price despite the fact that I didn’t use the room.

The manager was so kind and we were able to check in right at three. That was nice for us to be able to lay our toddlers down for a nap before we went out for our night plans. The hotel was quiet, felt safe and very family friendly. Everyone on staff that we ran into was very kind.

The lobby was clean, we were checked in promptly, and the room was clean, spacious, comfy and well accommodated. The only glitch we experienced was trying to check in online. The exact name of the app was not given, so I had to guess which one it might be. Then I had to have my Hilton number, which I did not have and could not find. At the very least, the exact name of the app should have been provided I spent 30 minutes trying to check in remotely and was unsuccessful. Ended up doing it the old-fashioned way.

The Home2suites in Abilene off Hwy 20 was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It’s in a perfect spot since there are many restaurants and a Walmart in case there was something a person accidentally forgot to bring with them.

I never rate anything, Im a busy man and have little time for things like that. Also im a cynical jerk and always in a bad mood haha but this hotel was exceptional. Clean, attractive, nice people, convenient location... Positive experience for sure. Thank you guys. I will definitely stay here again. We were just in Abilene to go to the zoo. The zoo is great too.
