Hyatt House Indianapolis Fishers

After driving all day I was thrilled to have the bar with hot food available in the evening so I did not need to go out again once I got there! The room was spacious, meticulously clean and restful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, including my bed at home! I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was fresh, the bar service was quick, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was fantastic. The service was good, the breakfast was very nice. They have an actual fenced in dog park there and plenty of nice restaurants right in the parking lot. The ONLY downside is the bed was very soft. It felt like a feather bed.

We loved our staycation at this hotel! The check in process was a little slow but the employee seemed new possibly. Our daughter loved the pool. It was clean and well maintained and the room was very nice! The area is full of restaurants and things to do.

The service was excellent and the room was lovely!!! We had a great trip! The boys even had the pool to themselves! Thank you!

The property was very nice. Pool is small but was fun. Breakfast was delicious. Blankets were very thin but the pull out and bed were comfortable.

Super pet friendly, dog park was an added plus I didn't know about until I got there. Being next to a strip mall where there was shopping and so many places to eat was an added bonus along with their restaurant and bar. The staff was amazing and welcomed my dogs with open arms and lots of petting. The fees are not ridiculous even for the suite I got. Super close to highways, shopping, dining and so much other stuff. This will be my number one hotel anytime I go to Indy.

Wish thet had a hot tub

The staff were all super friendly and helpful when needed, especially during this holiday stay. The room was very big and spacious with a full kitchen. My only complaint was the upkeep in the bathroom. The bathroom door lock was broken and there was a metal plate on the ground under the sink. The pool was small but the area was well heated so you wouldn't be cold when you got out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fishers or near the east side of Indianapolis.

ONLY COMPLAINT WAS POOL WAS ICE COLD SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARMER

Clean room, friendly staff

This is our favorite hotel to stay at visiting the area. For some reason the hallway smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. Besides that it was a good stay.

Great location! Room was nice and clean, good breakfast and friendly staff!

Impolite employees made our stay quite unpleasant. In the walking closet there was trash: a pair of used socks on the floor and a broken purple paper box. There was dust on the baseboard

My kids loved the spaciousness of the room, and it is such a wide-open place from the time you walk in while traveling throughout. There were very items for purchase including drinks outside of the dining area. Bed was very comfortable, and we may have slept on the couch, but there looked to be finger or toenails on the cushions. The only negative for us. The hotel was right in the middle of restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. It also wasn't very far from the expressway for going to grocery stores. We would stay again the next time we go to a Fever game.

Overall it was a good stay. Trash didn’t get picked up from our room twice and once we did not receive fresh towels and washcloths.

Only negative was we requested and were guaranteed daily housekeeping and we did not receive it. Other than that, we had a good experience.

Kitchen setup was great!

Very nice room with comfortable beds. Spacious suite. Nice kitchen and living room.

The room was very nice. However there were no extra blankets for the fold out bed and the king bed had only a thin layer on it. Need more blankets!

Window shades did not work, terrible design

Great location in Fishers with tons of dining options in a street-style Galleria model. The hotel was clean and in good shape, and the desk help was solid. The room was clean, bathroom situation was a plus. The King bed was comfortable and cozy. The thermostat and TV situation were lacking. If you wanted to cool the room down you had to turn off the thermostat or AC would blow in. The remote for the TV turned off when scrolling through channels.

The overall property and staff were good and the room was very clean but the bed in room 211 was horrible. Mattress was saggy and sunken in which resulted in a sleepless night. Unfortunate when all I really wanted was a place to sleep.

Loved how the room was set up like a one bedroom apartment. Very spacious.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location. However, the hotel charged my debit card twice taking an additional $1450 cash out of my account and did nothing to rectify the situation. Manager wouldn’t even speak to me. So after a 3 night stay, we are still waiting for a refund which is absurd because it was their mistake and took a large chunk of our vacation money. We were offered no discount, food or beverage voucher- nothing! Horrendous customer service

Tehya at the front desk is the best hotel attendant we have ever had. She was knowledgeable and patient even with all the other customers that were causing issues!! I recommend that you book with her!

Positives are, it’s in a lovey clean and safe area, hotel is new and clean Negatives are, front desk looked like they didn’t want to be there, housekeeping was a guess on which bins might be changed. Too many short cuts there and finally being charged $170 after checking out for an apparent use of their market cafe. Had to make 3 phone calls to get my money back. Also breakfast pancakes were like plastic

She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Because of her excellent service, we will definitely be booking future reservations at this location. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. We truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

"Can't judge a book by it's cover" sort of stay. Great area. Some would call this hotel "up scale" and so would have we until we peeled away some unwelcomed layers. Breakfast our first day was fine. Second day cold waffles and horrible sausage!...really not fit to eat. An employee must have read my face and offered to warm my waffle and explained they had been instructed to use up the sausage?? Asked if I would like to speak to manager which I declined thinking I could have that conversation at checkout. Rewind to evening before we checked out-power in room went out briefly. When power returned TV did not work. Called front desk and were told NO manager on duty, no maintenance person on duty...only option would be for us to come down and get another key and move ourselves to another room. We were told "I just work here" and no one would be able to assist with the move. Refused to call manager. My husband fiddled around with TV and was finally able to get it to work. At checkout there the manager was no where to be seen so we just left. So much for what to us appeared to be "Up Scale" $250 a night might not be much to some but for a retired couple who needed a place for a couple of nights away in this area it was our best option. Sorry this hotel chooses to staff their hotel with employees that "just work here" and serve meat that we honestly wouldn't feed our pets.

Always clean and friendly staff.

The person checking us in couldn't even get up off of his ass to speak to us during check in. No hello, or greeting, simply.....ID. The hotel itself is fine. We've stayed there before and likely will again. The employee checking us in on 12/30 at 6:00 could stand to be taught some customer service skills.

One particular staff member at desk was incredibly rude. Would not come back

We’ve stayed here twice because it is in a nice, safe location with some shopping and restaurants nearby.

This place is RIGHT SMACK IN THE MIDDLE of everything! The Fishers Event Center, shopping, loads of restaurants of all types! We won’t stay anywhere else!

The location of this hotel was great! The staff were visible and attentive and friendly. The morning breakfast was great! Better than any other hotel breakfast, actually eating off actual plates and bowls with real silverware vs, disposables. I appreciated the fresh cut fruit. I was bummed the strawberries were not out sunday but I did enjoy them saturday. The staff handled what looked to be a sold out hotel with ease.

The breakfast wasn't good and there were no options for people who didnt eat pork.

Very nice place to stay while visiting relatives for the holidays. Our only complaint was that the coffee (in-room and at the breakfast buffet) was very low quality.

Very new and clean hotel with eco friendly rooms but all conveniences needed. Great bar and restaurant—breakfast was fresh and had excellent variety. Cost was very reasonable. Lots of restaurants and shopping just steps away as was the bypass.

Overall ok, Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, very soft and the double couch bed was very small For 2 . Found dishwasher loaded when we got to our room. Some mold on the bottom of corners of the sower . Came down to eat breakfast at 8:30 and food was cold. Eggs , sausage and bacon cold. Egg bites extremely dry. Coffee not strong , watered down. No sound proof walls. People next door woke us up while having a bathroom explosion, loudest farts I’ve ever heard. Comforter that gave us for the double sofa bed was not dirty , smelled clean but was stained all over. Looked pretty bad.
