Power was out to the entire hotel all night until 6:30 AM. No air, windows didn’t open, pitch black in room. My room charge was an ultra premium rate. I would appreciate some type of discount or any acknowledgement. They do not seem to be interested in any acknowledgement of the inconvience.

We've been coming to this location for 3 years now and a lot has changed since the last time we were here. All new staff, the cleanliness of the hotel is lacking, you can tell that things are not being kept up like they used to. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Jessica was very loud, calling everybody hun, love, sweetie. The clothing she was wearing was made more for going out to a club instead of working at a hotel. The free breakfast was excellent. The coffee was absolutely amazing. Parking was good. The inside of the hotel smelled good. Workout area was small but did the job. I don't know if we'll be coming back again.

My cousin and I had a wonderful time at the Marriott Fairfield. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. All in all, this hotel was the cleanest ever! Five stars! We loved it in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin!

The staff here were absolutely amazing! I needed to make several changes to my stay, and they were nothing but kind, helpful and accommodating! I was so impressed, and would absolutely stay here again! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good, as well!

Our stay was ok. Room was relatively clean. Something was splashed up on the wallpapered wall in the bathroom. Not overly noticable at quick glance, but certainly noticable when sitting on the toilet. Also, small areas of mold around the door trim of the shower that should have been cleaned better. Walls were very thin. Could not only hear road noise from outside, but could easily hear conversation in the room next door. That said, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was better than other hotels. Check in was quick and the front desk and kitchen staff were great!

Our room was very clean (minus one sticky spot on the carpet possibly from a hard candy or something spilled from previous guest) and the room smelled great upon entering. The whole hotel is super clean and smells good. You can tell its newer. The only issue we had was the walls are like paper thin. We could hear noises and talking all night from the room next to us.

Noisey- The noise from the highway traffic and the what is usually quieter side was miserable. The people next door were incredibly loud around 10pm…sounded like they were getting ready for a wedding and having cocktails. Locked out of my room the third night. Only one staff on at 9:30pm on Friday night and he was delivering a full set of linens to a room and the phone kept ringing and a couple was waiting to check in and I needed my keys rescanned all at the same time. Luckily, the man on duty solved the issues quickly and calmly.

The woman checking us in was new and was having a hard time. We wanted to split payment with a different card and she said we couldn't do that since it was booked thru hotels.com even tho we had it set up as pay at hotel. Other than that the stay was great. Easy to get to/from Alpine Valley Music Theater and close to Piggly Wiggly, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, etc.

Didn’t wind up staying at all. We had a family crisis emerge 3 hrs after check in for which we only checked in and didn’t even utilize the room at all. We went back to hotel to checkout after a few hours to head back home. Didn’t see anyone at the counter and had lights turned off. But looked and saw a guy sitting on his phone who never even acknowledged me. Told him we had a family crisis emerge and had to go back home so I needed to check out and that we never even used any part of the room. He barely even looks away from his phone and tells me I can’t check you out. You have to call back in the morning or email us tomorrow. I asked if there was nothing else and he shook his head said no all while playing in his phone. This was extremely unprofessional and not appreciated when I was already on the verge of tears from our family issues cutting our events short.

It was a very nice facility. When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00. Room was not ready for check in. We were unable to check in until 4:10. On our checkout day we asked for a later checkout time. They did accommodate us with a later checkout because of the late check in time the previous day.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. The property was nearby the event we were participating in. This very convent for us. I did not like not getting room service. Had to ask for clean towels on 2 occasions since they only do room service every other day. Which for our two night stay meant no room service.
