The breakfast was so over priced! Two thin slices of wonder bread for the French toast, with a single strawberry diced small for $14.99! They make you pay for parking but don’t tell you until after it charges your card. The hold on the card last weeks not days. It was clean but the staff want friendly and they are dishonest.

I wil give a 3 star because for the price of the small room is expensive and they don't offer free breakfast. I wasn't sure to stay in this hotel but just for to be closer for my destination I chosen this. I was with my family and just for that I would not stay again in this hotel. Ahh... and they charge for parking... ridiculous!!

I liked everything about it. Only flaw was the firepit out back was having trouble lighting. They got half of the firepit lit up. I'm glad they got half of it lit. The firepit was one of the 4 reasons for me booking a stay there.

We stayed here for a whole week and the rooms were so nice. The bathrooms were big and well lit. I love that the mini fridge and microwave are in a closet, as someone who is sensitive to the sound and light they put off at night. The only two notes I can think of is, no matter what I did with adjusting the shower head and flow, a lot of water would still splash out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor. I ended up having to use the large bath towels instead of the small bath rug to keep the floor from getting very wet. Also, I wish there was a setting to have the fan in the room constantly going. Even turning the fan to "on" instead of "auto," it would still shut off often. I like having the sound of the fan for white noise when I sleep. Otherwise, everything was so nice!

The room was great. The only thing we would have made it better is to have the TV not be over the desk. It was difficult for my husband to work when I was watching tv. Also, it would be nice if there were hot chocolate packets along with the coffee.

Extremely thin floors and walls. You hear stomping. Doors closing. All day. Night. Early morning. Don’t expect to sleep. Staff was pleasant. “Restaurant” - loosely used description for this location - out of a lot of items. Expensive. Not good quality. Stay somewhere else.

View of airport. You can watch airplanes take off and land. The restaurant is $$ but really good. Highly suggest the flatbread for dinner and french toat for breakfast. Beds are comfortable although a bit to far on the firm side for me. Cafe serves starbucks coffee but a starbucks . The night front desk attend for late checkins was absolutely amazing. She's been there the last two times ive stayed and while I can not remember her name, she is so friendly and welcoming.

It was a bad check in person helping did not know what she was doing,and charged me twice for my room whom I already had paid for online. Got with the supervisor this morning and fixed the over charges now just waiting for the money to get back into my bank account.

I planned on staying 4 nights here but the 2nd evening after working a 14 hour day we were Greeted by the Food and Beverage manager. We wanted to sit in the lobby next the front desk and as were about to sit down we were told that we were NOT allowed to sit in this area because we had brought in a pizza to eat. We were told to go sit in the corner. We need to collaborate on some work stuff and it was getting late and needed to sit at a table to plug in. I don't understand hotels when I'm a paying customer spending over $800.00 and I'm not allowed to sit in the lobby and eat while working, mind you I'm not sitting at the bar taking up a seat and there were plenty of seats available. After that experience I checked out the next morning and moved to another Hotel. The ironic thing was when we got up and left from the corner their was another guy sitting at the bar eating Chinese food out of a box. Maybe we were the wrong color, or working stiffs. Maybe the Hotel should change it' policies. I refuse to go back and I'm in town 2 weeks a months. Go Woke Go Broke!! Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express are just as good and cheaper and not that far away from the airport. You have been warned!!!

Clean, comfortable room. The softest sheets and blankets I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff was over the top wonderful. The bartender, female that worked evening shift on Nov 1st was beyond wonderful!!!! This lady made me feel like the most wonderful mom in the planet. She deserves recognition.

Very clean room and spacious, restroom clean and working properly the shower head should be updated. Staff very pleasant and understanding. Negative I would say no complementary food so we had to pay for food. Maybe hotel should add in a small restaurant?

This property was clean and the fitness center was great! My biggest gripe is that the food was way overpriced for the location. $5 for a drip coffee, $9 for a large latte, or $15 for a small breakfast. These prices need to be lowered
