Living Suites

Very nice room and location. Logistics needs an update. I had checked in online and received a code. The building did not have a sign on it for the suites. It was not mentioned in any communication that the check-in was in the restaurant below. With the code we entered the building, we started with floor 1, where the living suites were indeed located. The code did not work on any of the rooms after we first tried on the number 2 we were supposed to have. We called and got a master code for room 2, put our stuff there, and left for lunch, etc. When we came back, we were called to the 'reception'. Turns out, there was another section where our prestige room was. There was no signage anywhere in the building.... They did move our luggage to our actual room, so that was courteous. Why send a code when check-in is not finished? All good after this mishap.

Amazing property. Beautiful bar/restaurant with great food and drinks (and really awesome chocolate croissants for breakfast). Lovely area. One minute walk to the tram. Some excellent restaurants just steps away. Loved this place!

Wonderful location, and comfortable room. The hotel is part of a bar, where the staff has questionable service education. They didn’t clean the room during the day, but at 18 they came to the room and opened the door without knocking. The staff continuesly got our orders wrong, with no regrets. There were 1,5 staff member per table, yet noone paid attention to the guests, as they were all talking to each other. Upon checkin we arrived at 13, but couldn’t check in before 15. We asked to leave our bags, so we could explore the city, and they just left our luggage in the bar, open for everyone to see and take.

Located next to a park and restaurants, this property was perfect for our stay in Milan. Tram service nearby and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean, upgraded and quiet. Bathroom a bit tiny but workable. (Most European bathrooms are small anyway) We had some confusion on how to check in as the bar/cafe downstairs is where you check in. No front desk or automated check in. Food was good and the staff was helpful with holding our bags while we went exploring. Checkin was prompt but early checkin was not an option. Overall 8 or 9 out of 10

Arrival was very well managed and attentive. However the air conditioning in the room didn’t work and although there was a voucher for a drink and breakfast the choice of drinks was very limited. The service at breakfast was terrible. Again the chive was very limited (not from the full menu included). The salmon omelette was hard (not freshly made) and my yoghurt and granola never arrived. I had to ask twice for it and in the end I went and got it myself and the first bowl I was given with it was dirty. Not good service at all.
