We've stayed at numerous hotels in and around Greater Cleveland and this is BY FAR one of the best, budget-friendly options. It is exceptionally clean -- from the common areas to the rooms themselves. Our room was practically spotless when we arrived. They have a wonderful, bright fitness center with equipment that actually WORKS. And the staff, including every single person we interacted with during our stay, is exceptional. Beyond friendly and helpful. We will put this hotel at the very top of our list from now on. I can see why they're one of the best in the US!

Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cleveland. The staff who check us in were so warm and accommodating. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. My room was spotless. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Good cost. Breakfast seemed ok (we walked to Cracker Barrel next door). Hotel was clean but we came back from a long day and no housekeeping. We left at 815am and didn't leave DND sign on. Told front desk and they were nonchalant about it. Had to go down second time and get towels.

When we booked, we didn't know that there is a railroad that runs next to the hotel. Thankfully, the wonderful front desk staff put us in a room on the other end of the hotel. They did offer earplugs at the front desk, which we didn't think we'd need. However, so many trains went by all night long, and we could still hear them from the other side of the hotel. The accommodations were absolutely lovely and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was also pretty good, as well. The price was right and I would stay there again, though I might choose the earplugs next time or bring my sound machine.

Everything was fine except Air Conditioner. It was too noisy, running like aeroplane acceleration before fly. Besides noise, when it starts cooling then room was too cool and when AC was sitting idle then sweating started.

It was an excellent hotel. There was a freight train near by but didn’t really notice it. But the thermostats didn’t work properly. One room was too cold and the other too hot

Hotel is mostly updated. Our room was spacious (we booked a suite). The walls are very thin, esp to the hallway as we could hear complete conversations outside our room (which was located near the elevator). I would stay again but request a room not near the elevator and not facing the railroad tracks.

Bathroom wasn’t working. Service had to be called repeatedly. Had to downgrade to a smaller room as they only had two large suites of our size. We were told to contact the third party for any changes or reimbursement. Disappointed for the service.

The check in online was nice! When we got to the hotel we walked in, gave our name and was handed the key to our room. So easy! The room was very clean! The breakfast had a very good variety! My husband enjoyed the trains - they didn’t bother me a bit. Everyone we encountered was extremely pleasant, keep up the good work! We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. It is next to a train track which you can hear the slight rattle of trains if the go by. Was not a deal breaker. The hotel is next to a great restaurant and lots of shopping.

We stayed at this hotel to attend The Rolling Stones concert at Cleveland Browns Stadium. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate and is a short drive to most attractions . There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is in a safe area. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were polite, friendly and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The entire hotel was very clean! I will use this property again! Thanks staff for your hard work and attention.

Very spacious with a huge shower. The breakfast ladies do an excellent job-super attentive. The only negative (no fault of hotel) was its proximity to a train. They do provide ear plugs, however the noise didn’t bother me.

I was at this hotel for about nine nights and loved every second of it! The rooms are nice and seem to have been recently renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Breakfast was great too, good selection! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone
