Air conditioning and fan was great. Clean room, kitchen / living space and pool. Amenities were good, though the body soap dispenser was a bit low. Morning staff member was lovely and attentive. Exiting the property would have been easier if I had my pin, but was resolved over the phone upon contacting the property office number.

No hot water. So difficult to fill up the form to do the check in.

Absolutely loved my stay here – it truly felt like a home. The property is spotless, peaceful, and incredibly well-maintained. The staff were not only kind and accommodating but went above and beyond to assist me—especially with directions and anything else I needed during my stay. The facility itself is beautiful, with everything working perfectly—TV, air conditioning, and all other amenities. It's clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining this place. The response time from staff was also impressively fast anytime I had a question or request. One of the things I appreciated most was the quiet and serene atmosphere. It made it so easy to relax and enjoy every moment. I genuinely loved being here and would return. Traveler tips: You’ll need to walk a bit to reach shops and restaurants, so if you're not used to the heat, or walking, I recommend going out early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There’s a convenient OXXO just around the corner for quick snacks and essentials. Do keep in mind that while the place itself is mosquito-free, the city does have quite a few, so bring repellent if you're planning to explore the area.
