Fantastic greeting, owners are friendly and helpful, it's like arriving 'home'. Room was quiet and comfy, albeit 'cosy' or small, but enough for a very nice stay for 2 nights. Easy to find, loads of parking, WiFi speed plenty, TV, coffee, ensuite all as they need to be. Breakfast was amazing, quick, tasty and all the choice you ever need. The only negative was the shower being a bit weak, not dreadful, but poor. I would stay again.

Quietness, road close by but not a problem. Liked the dogs and heard very little barking. Breakfast was wonderful, choice was amazing. I forgot to mention that an extra knife for butter and jam on toast would be nice. Otherwise no real complaints.
