Staff were dishonest. We planned the trip so our 8 year could swim in the pool (very cold outside). I arrived early in the morning and spoke to staff. They had a note on the counter about the pool. I asked and she indicated the pool "was 5 degrees colder than normal". It’s just 5 degrees, should be fine i said. We came back at check in time (6 hours later) and went right to the pool. It was NOT 5 degrees colder; IT WAS ICE COLD (LIKE COLD TAP WATER). I asked the maintenance guy, and he said the heater in the pool has been out for weeks! I had 6 hours to find a new hotel, but the staff was dishonest!

The property was not as advertised. The amenities were limited. Namely, the pool heater was broken (at the end of November) and this was never communicated to us at check-in. Had we known, we would not have continued on with our stay and would have found another hotel. I traveled with four children for three hours, and when we selected a hotel, a pool was a top priority. It was obvious that the hotel staff had this issue with the heater for a long time, yet this was never communicated to us at booking or check-in. The pool was unusable, and this was a major disappointment for our whole family. Aside from the pool, the breakfast options were limited, and the amenities in our room were sparce. I stayed in a suite booked for six people, and we did not have enough towels (there were four) or linens for everyone. We had to ask for more of everything.

The BAD: HVAC system can't be set just for HEAT or COOL. It runs constantly. Will use AC to cool room down then it gets too cold and turns HEAT on, then it gets too hot and turns on AC. I know it's a safety thing, but the in room smoke detector emits a bright green flash every 5-10 seconds, which is super annoying at nighttime when you & your kids are trying to sleep. Pool not heated THE GOOD: Breakfast was well stocked, never ran out of prepared food. Pool was clean. Room was great. Refrigerator was an apartment sized unit. Bed was comfortable & sleeper sofa was good enough for the kids. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location is great. Would stay here again.

It was overall good but the beds were pretty hard and the pool was super small but overall it was fine for a one night stay

It was just horrible. Fix your elevator so it doesn't close on people, learn to tell time, and stop being so rude.

Great location with EV charging station. High end neighborhood with lots of food options. Hotel is new with great decor and amenities. Would definitely stay again!

I liked the out door sitting area, however did not get to use it byt lived that it was there for guests to enjoy and grills to cook on! The gentleman at the front deak when we arrived was very informative, and helped as needed. Very friendly as well!!! Great stay over all

Could not find a working ice machine. Each floor had a sign to go to another floor, and when we did that ice machine was broken as well.

Pool has been wonderful, staff were polite, beds are uncomfortable, the duvet is not soft at all, overall good visit.

The hotel itself was fine, however it was not stated anywhere prior to checking in that the pool was closed. We specifically booked this hotel and trip for the pool and had two very disappointed children.

There was a bug on the bed, I left the property at 5 pm, I didn’t even sleep there. I am very upset with this stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

From first appearance, the room looked very clean. I was thrilled! But then, came bed time… the sheets had “stains” on them the you could tell the sheets hadn’t been washed. These were “ fresh stains”. There was hair on the sheets, it was disgusting. My kitty was also sniffing if the blankets like he smelled another animal on them. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for new sheets and pillow cases. I happened to have a bed comforter in our car , so we used that. I was so happy when I walked in the room and saw that it was nice and clean. But when I started looking closer, nope. Very disappointed. Won’t stay here again.

My room 511 needed repairs to ceiling from previous damage. And shower door still had shaving foam from previous guest. So not cleaned well. But overall had a nice stay.

The room and areas were very clean. It was nice to have a grocers close by.

Exceptionally clean location for a weekend Ice Hockey tournament. Large spotless rooms with a regular-sized fridge to hold all the fuel required for your weekend.

The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Could’ve used an extra pillow. Shower is a little small and shower head could not be adjusted up or down. Water pressure was decent. Breakfast was okay. A couple of plants in the lobby were completely dry and dying so I watered them myself. Overall the stay was good and relaxing.

Shower door broken, front service staff were unfriendly and not welcoming, didn’t appear clean in shower.

Hotel location was great and easy to get to and from. Hotel looked newer and was very clean. We’ll be back when in the area!

Hotel staff was excellent...room was a bit musty but clean but the beds were horrendous! Hard, like concrete blocks:( i couldn't imagine staying very long here

We had our room on the 3rd floor and there was a family in the room directly over us. The sound of children wrestling, running or whatever was so annoying. They were our wakeup call this morning. 😩. Breakfast is just so so.

Nice and convenient place to stay. The bed was okay. I had virtual meetings and the lighting in the room was not great. Otherwise, it was clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.

Our family stayed in a two queen suite with a pull out sofa. It was perfect for us.

I chose this hotel due to its convenient location. I was mind blown at the size of the room and the amenities that it came with.

This hotel is a short walk from restaurants and a grocery store. We loved how large our room was for 4 people. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and had good options for picky eaters.

I would’ve given all five stars, however, hotel seems not to have been built with quality in mind! We could hear traffic loudly through windows, we could hear people above us walking & talking in hallways as they left their rooms.

Booked a one night stay for my family due to my oldest daughter graduating. Check in process was smooth. Front desk attendant was wonderful. Room was very clean. The next morning at 7am housekeeping is knocking on my door wanting to know when I am leaving. I am trying to get myself and my children ready for graduation. Checkout isn’t until 11am and I’ve paid for a nights stay at the hotel. She came back to the room two more times! We left the room at 8:45am and we barely were able to get out of the room and she was rushing into the room. I thought this was very rude and so therefore I probably won’t stay at this location again. I won’t recommend this hotel either as I think this was very rude and unprofessional.

Wife and I stayed for a little anniversary getaway. Our stay was great. Elisha at the front desk was super welcoming, great hospitality! Room was great, smelled fresh and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The woman who checked us in on Friday night was amazing. She was friendly and kind, and helpful. The woman at the checkout desk on Saturday evening/middle of the night was rude. When I went downstairs at 4 AM to purchase a snack from the refrigerator in the lobby so that I could take my medication, she grabbed me about what I wanted to buy instead of just unlocking the refrigerator for me to select my items and bring them to the desk. Upon bringing them to the desk, she asked me why I was buying them instead of waiting for three more hours for the breakfast to be served. It’s none of her business. Her job is simply to provide customer service… Responding with a simple yes when asked, “ may I please make a purchase out of the refrigerator?” And then ring up said purchase without comment or question. My only other concern about the property is that the check out was an hour earlier than we were led to believe. Every other Home2 suites we’ve stayed in has had a noon check out. We received a phone call demanding to know why we had not yet left our room at eight minutes after 11 (by the way, as we were walking out the door. My husband had to return to the room to answer the phone). When we got down to the lobby, I looked around the front desk area and did not see a sign stating check out time. It is possible that I missed it. For your frequent stay customers, it would be good practice to have consistent check out times across all properties.

The room was clean. We loved the location for easy access to Christmas market. Easy for going in and out with a dozen. The staff always helpful and very pleasant. They made our stay.

The hotel was very easy to leave and come back to. We were in town for the entire weekend and easily left to go to eat or attend and event. Parking was close and easy and so was getting to our room. The breakfast was nice and very convenient. Staff contacted me through text to make sure everything was going ok. The room was very nice and comfortable. For the price, I really could not beat the stay we had there.

We had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites. Shout out to Karsyn and Kimberly for being extremely accommodating to us over the course of our stay. They really made an effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would not hesitant to stay here again.

Such an easy check in and out process! No need to stop at the desk when you can use your phone as your room key! Very convenient.

In a safe neighborhood with many food options and conveniently surrounded by stores and close to the highway.

We came here with our 2 daughters and it was a lovely, spacious, clean room and conveniently placed amongst nearby restaurants and shops...but not too close where it was loud and annoying. Free breakfast and parking was very helpful and delicious! We would definitely come back again!

The property was clean. Adequate parking. The check in was easy. The noise was terrible. Mostly the guest but also loud refrigerator. The breakfast was terrible. Didn’t accommodate the breakfast schedule for the fact that race fans and early baseball players etc left before breakfast at seven. Every hotel we have been to has had to go bags with muffins granola bar and fruit. Coffee first day was very good. Second day they ran out and then seemed watery.

Only downside was the lack of breakfast options as well as they were out of coffee on a Sunday morning

Front desk staff were efficient and friendly, continental breakfast was great, nice room, hotel, and neighborhood. Only complaint was thermostat kept reverting back to 59F and housekeeping never serviced room, but those were not big deals to us anyway.

Very clean inside and out. The pool was on the smaller side but my kids still enjoyed it! The breakfast in the morning had lots of options.

I personally wish they provided the same availability for breakfast and coffee bar as the weekends. Through the week there is no decaf coffee at all and everything closes at 9 instead of 10.
