Property had an amazing outdoor seating by area. We used the grill outside for our baseball families. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was really good.

large newly equipped room but no hot plate and fridge/freezer opens wrong way good shower with grab handles for safety poor breakfast with no main course poor free internet and have to join Hilton Honors to get it $5 for faster internet

Came because my son get married. This hotel is easy to get to. Near many restaurants ranging from fast food to excellent sit down. Clean. Excellent service. Super comfortable. Easy parking. Morning breakfast. Dog friendly with nice walk areas. Heated indoor pool. Laundry and small but good gym. I felt very comfortable walking my dog late at night. Definitively will stay again. Visit Red Oak II in Carthage if you get a chance. They do the sweetest weddings under the willow tree. 😍

Home2 was a great space. It was very clean and new feeling. The pool and gym were great as well. I took off one star because the walls were a little thin. We had to ask our neighbor to turn down his TV and the people above us sounded like they were taking care of baby elephants. But it wasn't all night and the beds were comfy and slept easily.

I had a wonderful experience. The entire establishment was very clean. The beds were so comfy. The pool was too cold to swim in but all in all it was a great experience. Also the breakfast is amazing

Beautiful hotel, spinning room was amazing feature, the pool was big enough and had great seating, temp of pool was warm and perfect to keep the kids happy. Beds were comfy and even the pull out sofa was comfy! Very clean hotel!

I like that they had fresh cookies. The bathroom needed a vent fan because the wallpaper was peeling. Mounted shampoo and bottle pumps had buildup. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast options were waffles, cold sausage patty or dry cereal.

I like dogs. But I did smell “dog smell” in our room and on the elevator. My husband could not. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay and I would stay again. One of the nicer hotels in Joplin for sure.

Exceptionally clean! Large rooms with all the modern amenities. Lots of lighting and electrical outlets! Only downside was the television. Very basic cable, with HBO, but no streaming options.I assumed every hotel offers this. I will still return to this property.

We are a family of five so I'm always on the lookout for a place that can sleep more than 4. We have stayed at other Home2Suites properties and have always been impressed. The location in Joplin was no exception. The lobby and room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The beds were pretty comfortable. Great stay overall for a quick overnight.

We did not get the room we reserved. There were 6 of us & they had to give us a room with 1 bed and a pull out couch instead of the 2 bed and 1 pull out couch that i booked. So 2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor.

I wish all hotels were like this! Nice looking and nice vibe! Loved that there was a cooler with ice cream and adult beverages to indulge in after a 12 hour drive! The front desk gentleman was welcoming, friendly and helpful!

On 3/7/25 we flew into Joplin as we had a death in our family at 1:30 am. We asked the hotel for a late check in and arrived 3/8/25 at 5:30am and checked in and went to our room. We were woke by a call from the front desk before 11 and I told them we would like to extend our stay due to the death. Although we told staff I would be down to extend as soon as I got out of the shower The manager at this property harassed us coming to the door saying to come right now. I’ve stayed at other properties and I’ve been a member of Hilton Honors for years and have never been treated so badly from anyone at any Hilton establishments. The management here looked as she just crawled out of bed. Was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Not to mention her lack of compassion or empathy for the situation that brought us to the establishment in the first place.

The breakfast menu was very limited. Nothing was really fresh that you could notice. The cereal was stale. The sausage was Bland and not fully cooked. This hotel is extremely overpriced
