We use the fitness center, it meets our needs during a short stay. Staff is very friendly. Area is very walkable for meals and shopping.

If I had not seen the elevator maintenance sheet I would have thought this hotel was brand new! The pool was nice and warm after our 9 hour drive and the breakfast was one of the best! Sausage gravy and biscuits? OMG!! So good! The room was larger than our home 😆

There were numerous shipping containers taking up a large portion of the parking area. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and there was mold in the shower. The shower products are terrible. So much perfume in them, I had to go out and buy my own.

Check in was quick and easy. The room and hotel were very clean. The parking lot seemed safe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good the staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was kept clean. Overall it was a great stay. The only issue I had with the stay was the A/C quit working at some point overnight. I was so tired I just slept through but when I let the front desk know at check out the lady was very nice in trying to get me fixed up with something for my trouble but since I had gone through the 3rd party there wasn’t anything she could do and I wasn’t a member of their rewards program. But again the stay was good and I WOULD stay here again if in the area

The smell of the rooms is disgusting. Smells moldy and musty. Rooms were not cleaned each day. Not given fresh towels. For not such a cheap price it was disappointing. We stayed here last year as well and it was similar experience. I should have known better...we will not be back

Nice place to stay. The breakfast was very good and the staff were so nice. They just shampooed the carpets, so our room had a little stink to it, but it wasn't bad at all. The beds are VERY soft. Maid service never came though.

This was not a good experience. Getting off the elevator after check in, there was trash and cardboard just sitting there. The hallway and room had a horrible, stale smell strong enough to give a headache. Air conditioner was very noisy. Worst stay EVER. Not recommended.

We were in room 222 which had an issue with its AC unit that would not allow us to turn it off, or adjust the fan level, which made it very loud. The wall thermostat did not respond as it was supposed to. I advised front desk staff shortly after arriving and was told no one would be available to look until the following morning. A horrible night's sleep was the result. On the second day i asked if someone had tended to the issue and the response was "oh, I didn't know you were staying two nights." The issue was not addressed and another horrible nights sleep. I was not happy at all.

Carri the front desk host was amazing! She made everything so easy to check in and to check out and she was genuinely kind to us. She was very knowledgeable about everything and so willing to share with us to make our stay even better. We will definitely be back to stay more times because of her awesome hospitality and the overall clean room, great parking, and great location.

Property is clean and well decorated. Convenient to everything. A/C was loud. The other guests were louder than the A/C. Breakfast was not great. Food was not the correct temperature . Plan to eat off property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was uncomfortable.
