Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was also given a welcome bag with bottled water and little treats. The room was everything positive you expect from a Hilton.

Hotel was very clean at times there was garbage in the hall near elevators from quest .Room was very clean and spacious ,bed was just okay. The only thing I really liked about this hotel was the space the room had and a full size refrigerator . The guest service lacked true friendliness and didn't do much on a hello and anything like that .I booked a separate extra night and was told I had to pay another $75 fee which I had done at another Hilton property and the room was just combined with my current room only thing I had to do at the other Hilton was go downstairs and redo my door card..I only had cash at thi new location and was told the bank I needed to go to were I could deposit was like 20 min away so I could pay another $75 dpst which they could have cared less at the front desk and were more like oh well. Most my stays in that area are Verona Hampton and these quest service workers are top notch to help in anyway they can not so much this current one. The atmosphere wasn't to great either here and forget about the breakfast it really lacked.The way the food stayed heated made everything dried out did not look appetizing at all .I run a cafe and this was as I was at a Best Western . I wouldn't stay here again for the money I paid .I also worked in the travel industry and wouldnt recommend this place if I still work in it.

We love this hotel. We stayed in the summer for an event and decided to book it again just two months later when we went back to Syracuse for another event.

Room was great. Staff were wonderful.

We were greeted so warmly at the front desk and felt immediately welcome. The rooms are super clean and quiet. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had from that type of offering. Unique and tasty! I will stay again!
