Great hotel room to work remotely in. Love home2 suites and prefer to stay there when I travel. The only negative at this Scottsdale location was they were down an elevator so the guests and housekeeping both had to share 1 elevator that was extremely warm and could be slow.x other than that the breakfast and options are always great and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’d stay here again

The front desk was helpful when we needed a room change. They took a long time to refill items at breakfast, which made it difficult to get what we needed. There were soccer teams sitting there, but they should’ve known that there were lots of people and adjusted accordingly. By Monday/Tuesday morning it was better. The pool cues disappeared at some point during our stay and weren’t replaced for days. Part of the reason we stayed there was for the pool table, so not being able to play was a bummer. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and the first time was great, but I think we’ll stay somewhere else next time we come to AZ.

The room was excellent. Very spacious for our family of 4. The lobby area was amazing with a pool table and plenty of seating. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The kids loved the make your own waffles. The pool was nice but we enjoyed the hot tub the most. The hotel was close to everything we went to Scottsdale for. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice, clean and modern hotel, with very friendly staff. Bedding was excellent. Room had 2 queens and the pillows were great, very helpful considering shoulder replacement surgery a couple weeks ago. Well stocked little store. Very hot (115), so didn't go outside much, but close to a couple eateries. I'll stay here again when I need to come back to Scottsdale Mayo.

A spacious room that invited me into it at the close of each day that I attended my convention in Scottsdale. The kitchen unit in my room was a bonus, including a three-quarter-size refrigerator and a full-size dishwasher. The room was modern with USB ports and outlets throughout, which accommodated all of my digital gadgets that I brought with me. The two breakfast rooms in the main lobby provided both pancakes and waffles, which you could make. It would have been great to have fresh-cut fruit, but I am not complaining! There was ample room in the lobby for lounging and watching TV, or waiting for your Uber ride, just like I did. Count on me staying at this reasonably priced hotel again in the future.

we got there in the evening and checked in for our room. As we enter the room we were hit by a strong stench of sewage. There was no way we were able to stay the night in a room that smelled like poop. When we went back to the check-in desk, the lady was very friendly, but was not able to put us in another room for homes 2 suites as they were supposedly booked out. She put us in a small room on the Tru side which did not have two queen beds but one king bed and no studio. The price difference for the room we received in comparison to the room we booked and already paid for was about $70. We were promised that they make it up to us somehow with Hilton points to receive a free stay next time we come, but that promise was not kept and we did not receive points or a voucher.

We stayed at the Home2 Hilton in Scottsdale, Arizona and just about everything was excellent. Friendly and helpful team members. Clean and spacious rooms. Great centrally located, near freeways and nearby cities. The only suggestion is that the TV had very limited free channels, local sports such as Arizona Diamondback games were unavailable, ESPN doesn’t aire much baseball; therefore adding MLB channel or local sports network would have been much better. We even had to go to a local bar to watch the All-Star Home-run Derby and game.

I really enjoy the placement of the hotel, a little secluded from the busy main roads, but just a quick 2min drive to the freeway. Had great breakfast options, and amazing rooms. Very close to everything we wanted to see, and Odysea Aquarium was only 2 mins away. Definitely worth it to stay here if you want a nice place in Scottsdale and get your moneys worth

I checked in close to midnight without a hitch. I found a parking space that was a short walk to a keyed door it was a bit of a walk to the elevator. Room was spacious and setup for an extended stay with full size fridge, kitchen sink, dishes and a dishwasher! A sign said you could pick up a pan and hotplate at the front desk if you wanted one. When i checked in, they told me that breakfast was served in 2 locations. The one I chose was a bit disappointing. Paper plates and plastic utensils, a mediocre bagel toaster that barely warmed it, and a funky pancake machine that served 2 tennis ball sized pancakes after a couple of minutes. I didnt find the tea and coffee until after i was finished. There were some cute luttle privacy booths for individuals who wanted to work and eat at the same time. I thought I'd check out the 2nd location afterwards, and it was much nicer. Waffle makers, real paltes and utensils, indoor and outdoor seating, and a wide array of food, all self serve. I was only staying 1 night and I wish I would have been told about the amenities of the second breakfast location before hand.

Overall our experience was great! It was quiet and very clean. Staff was helpful as well! The only "issue" we had was one day they closed one breakfast side due to a staffing issue and with having food restrictions this limited my options for breakfast. Again it was for one morning so I survived. I would stay with Home2Suites again.

Parking was the biggest downside. Not enough spaces and spend time doing laps until i parked to another hotel So much land all around, they could have leased some space. Every parking space was designed so tight for car door to open. Do you really think a cistomer is going to be consistent parking dead center of a tight spaced? Breakfast was mediocre. It seems the bagels have been recycled for days. No other bread available.
