Beautiful hotel and the staff were great! Pool was so nice and loved that you could order with the QR code right to your lounger. Food and drinks were excellent! Only downside to the pool is it is a small area so you need to be there in time to get a lounger and umbrella. All the food from both restaurants were so good!

Great hotel in a fabulous location if you want walking distance to downtown Scottsdale, including right across the street from a museum. We stayed two nights on a northern Arizona trip. The hotel is modern, well designed, has numerous fine touches, including an exhibit of paintings (actually really good) of local artists. The room is very quiet, the king bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is first rate, breakfast is fantastic (but not free). Note that parking costs $25/day but it's convenient. Overall 5 stars.

Stayed for a one night staycation away from the kids. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Hotel is very clean with excellent security of both access to the rooms and the parking garage below. The room was very clean with a huge king size bed. The rooftop pool and lounge has amazing views and stayed open til 10pm. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: The hotel is a short walking distance to Old Town plaza, restaurants, and shops. It is a short drive from the Fashion Square. It is walking distance from JoJo's which has excellent coffee and breakfast. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool have an excellent view of Scottsdale and its sunsets. Self-park was very accessible. Cons: Coffee for two was expensive, $20.00 for two lattes. The pool gets full very early; if you go up there during the late morning and afternoon, they will run out of lounge chairs and towels. The gym was very small.

Customer service was outstanding! The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom lighting could be better...but par for the course for most hotel bathrooms. The only bummer about staying here was the rooftop pool/bar situation. Very limited seating around the pool, very slim chance in getting a lounge chair. We went out there at 8am and none available. Unless you have a lounge chair there is no where else to sit. The rooftop bar is reservation only...even if you just want to get a drink. Rooftop vibes are nice, but VERY limited access.

Absolutely gorgeous and chic. Fantastic rooftop pool with a wonderful 360 degree view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with lovely fluffy linens. Nespresso in room, filtered water in the hallway. The only disappointment was the temp control in the shower was finicky, and the extra $25 charge for parking was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, a perfect stay, and we would 100% stay here again!

Very clean, beautiful spacious rooms, very friendly staff and central to everything in Old Town Scottsdale. Gym is small and can be crowded, pool has limited seating/umbrellas that fill up fast. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced and rooftop bar was lovely.

Easy check in/out, clean rooms with great hospitality and views. Although parking wasn’t free I still did enjoy the security of having our car parked in a garage. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel- we throughly enjoyed our stay . Breakfast was amazing and the facilities in the hotel were great. Fashion square was walking distance as well as other dining and shopping options. The only negative comment is that the gym equipment particularly the treadmills were not clean that area could do with a regularly clean. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The facilities were spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The staff was not only friendly but went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop view was stunning — a perfect spot to relax or take in the sunsets. Mornings started right with a delicious breakfast every day, and the bed was super comfy, making it hard to leave! Overall, an amazing stay — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Centrally located to restaurants in Old Town. Hotel beautiful, clean and very accommodating. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the roof top barnand bar staff. Had great conversations! Room service was great. Room was spacious. Shower was huge with two shower heads. Beds were a little hard for my liking.

First the digital key didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal but the AC was either not working or working poorly. The lobby was probably 85 degrees or more, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy the food or bar and the room AC maybe got the room to 80. Upon room entry we had a giant roach in the sink although didn’t see anymore. Overall not having AC in the Phx heat isn’t ideal.

We lovedddd staying at the Canopy! It was decorated perfectly to match Arizona! We loved the ice water on the lobby where they would change the fruit every morning! The rooms were updated and super clean! We would definitely stay here again! Everyone working there was sooo nice and helpful!

Downstairs on the first level of the building it was incredibly hot and humid. Parking is $25 per night underground. The first room we got the key to, was still dirty from previous stay and have pictures. The second room we got the key for which was on the same floor but a lot longer walk - we were told it was an upgrade but the view of the room was over the back alley - terrible “upgrade” and if all upgrades are like that - no thank you. Staff were okay, we enjoyed dinner which was good and our server Cece was phenomenal- reason you get two stars and not 1.

We traveled as a family to take our daughter to college. Our room was incredible and affordable! It had a closed off bedroom, huge bathroom, living room & huge dining area. The hotel let us mail items to the hotel (from Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) and they stored the items until we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is awesome, and the rooftop bar and pool is fabulous! Excellent location in that you can walk to many restaurants. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This property was wonderful! It is very clean and great service. Ivana at the front desk was very demure very mindful. She was so nice and checked us in early. We stayed at a horrible hotel prior to this, and it restored our faith in Hilton again. My only regret is not ditching the bad hotel and coming here sooner! (If you are exploring multiple places in AZ don’t stay at Hilton in Sedona). Loved our stay, will definitely be back!

Nice hotel to look at but unfortunately prefers to take care of non residents. Lovely roof top seating area BUT you have to reserve and all the reservations are taken so guests are forced to lobby. Upon sitting in the lobby you see people arrive by taxi and go straight to the roof. The hotel needs reminding without staying guests there would be no roof bar. The rooms are designed lovely but bed was too soft in my experience.

Upon check in, we were greeted with a food and beverage tasting! Matt was then at the front desk to check us in and he was absolutely amazing. Customer service was top notch! During the stay we spent time at the pool and our server was Delaney each day. She made the experience even better and gave great attentive service! The hotel itself is stunning and conveniently located toe everything’ the best part is the rooftop pool

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Our flight landed at 6:30am and check in was not until 4pm. We arrived at the hotel around 8am asking if we were able to check in early. I had called the day before and they said it depends on availability when we got there. There were no rooms available yet, but they gave us access to the property. We sat on a shaded couch on the rooftop with amazing views and were checked in to our room before 10am! For no extra charge. The hotel was so clean and quiet. They have complimentary bicycles in the lobby as well. This hotel is in such a prime location. Our flight leaving was not until 4pm, but we were able to check out late, again no charge, at 1pm instead of 11am. Cannot wait to come back to this hotel!

I have never been to a hotel with kinder and more genuinely friendly employees. Every person we encountered during our stay was lovely. I had to call after we returned home to see if we had left an item behind, and not only did the person answering the phone check for me on the spot, she also checked with housekeeping and called me back to let me know they didn't have it! I'm really impressed!

Hilton Canopy was straight up the bomb property. EVERYTHING was close in proximity. The entertainment district was .7 miles walking.5th ave shops were basically 5 walking blocks.Fashion Square mall was 20 min walking.The hotel was clean.The staff was amazing!!!!!!. Tony at the rood top bar was a cool cat.... Downstairs front desk( Matt&Jenna🔥🔥🔥).Truthfully all of the employees were great. This will probably be the only spot that we stay stay in the next time we return. The pool was a little on the small side , but thats being petty.

Very clean, modern, and fairly new hotel. Close walk to many restaurants and shopping. Decent gym, and helpful staff too. The only very minor thing is that there’s no self serve coffee early in the morning in lobby . You have to sit and order breakfast. I love my strong cup of coffee first thing in the morning ! There is however a great new coffee shop called ( The experiment ) about 2 blocks from hotel .

Pretty centrally located for my needs. The restaurant has no day time hours and room service is like delivery service. Not a very appetizing menu. Great barista!!! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice to have a purified water / ice machine nearby!!
