Incredibly friendly staff and a great property at a reasonable price. The parking lot is large, wraps around the property and has easy access for anyone with a trailer. If ever in Durango again I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool is on the small side but our kids had fun either way. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Unfortunately it was right next to the electrical room. There was an awful buzzing sound all night and it was hard to fall asleep. I think if we had another room is would of been perfect.

Hot tub jets did not work, fire pit area did not have cushions on the outdoor furniture, pool was smallest I have seen. I will say, the service was young, but very good and the highlight of the stay. The problems we had seem like ones you would have with an older hotel, not a new one.

Breakfast was great! Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was new and clean. Only complaint is the pool was not in working order and had some very disappointed kids and the parking lights were so bright the curtains didn’t totally black them out.

Room is standard, frosted glass on the bathroom door is not family friendly when someone gets up in the middle of the night or if you have an early riser, it lights up the room. Hot tub was not maintained well. It was either way too hot, or lukewarm. Overall good value, clean room, nice breakfast.

Our room had an adjoining room door that allowed too much sound to carry from our neighbors. It was very loud and as if they were in our room. Also, many other hotel chains offer better amenities such as water and coffee in the lobby. This room was overpriced for what we got. And wasn’t very clean.

Hotel was nice and clean. Liked the size of our room. Staff was very helpful. Only negative I would say was that there was a note on our door when we arrived that the cleaning staff was off for Christmas and they would not be cleaning our room every day. Our trip was the week after Christmas. I guess COVID has killed the room cleaning at hotels

The queen suite is very spacious. The hotel is pretty quiet and not much road noise. There is a nice little walk to the river. Restaurants aren’t very close so need to drive for that. The room is lacking in lighting. The bedroom area is very dim.

The hotel and staff were nice, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds from our 10 nights on the road. They might as well be a slab of concrete. Everyone in my family slept terrible. On the plus side, my kids didn't want to sleep in, so it was easy to get them on the road.

Very nice hotel, great condition, clean and friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable. Only downside was the ac/heat came on with a loud noise and woke me up each time. Finally just turned the unit off and all was well!!

Loved the room except for the location of the bathroom. It was basically at the foot of the bed so if you used it in the middle of the night the light would wake everyone. The lounge area with the tv was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were nice additions to the home like atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly nice. They went out of their way to talk to us and ask how we were doing. An opportunity was the men’s restroom off the lobby was out of toilet paper at 4 o’clock Saturday afternoon. I communicated to the front desk person that it was out and she said she would take care of it. This morning Sunday morning at 8 o’clock it was still out of toilet paper.

Located on the edge of town. It was a convenient place to stay. Quick access to Ska brewery, Santa Rita Park, and groceries. I appreciated that the double Queen room also had a couch with trundle. That provided the feeling of a bigger room and extra sleeping space.

We stayed 2 nights at this property. We loved the location as it was a few minutes from downtown, and right next to the property was a beautiful walking path on the river. We were able to walk to dinner and watch people fly fish. The room was very nice - loved the walk-in shower, and the desk area was great for my husband to be able to do some remote work - Breakfast was marginal.

Everything was exceptional! We loved our stay there. Only thing is that during the week the breakfast is the same thing every day. So it does get a little boring to eat the same thing over and over again. But over all we loved our stay here.

We stayed for 4 nights in Durango at this hotel. Parking is great, views are stellar and our room was very clean. The housekeeping staff even stopped by on a cleaning day (every other) to make sure we had what we needed. We couldn't figure out how to access Netflix on our tv (I don't think it was a smart tv either), but considering we weren't there to just watch tv, no big deal. Super convenient to WalMart and that's always nice.
