The location was perfect for what I wanted to do this weekend. It was great to have a designated parking space for my car. The house was quaintly quirky and quieter than I thought it would be given close proximity to the main road along the ocean. The view of the ocean was an added bonus and it was great to be able to see the ocean from the main area. My only challenge was finding the sweet spot in the old heaters thermostats. Plenty of blankets available to make it cozy. Enjoyed my time thoroughly.

The property was great for two people. We had everything we needed, except for a chef’s knife. We were there for two weeks, so having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus. We were easily able to walk to Lovers’s Point, the Aquarium and downtown Pacific Grove. For the most part it was a good experience!

Enjoyed the view and the closeness to the beach. Easy check in but a bit of a problem with the lock box. The bathtub plug was broken, we could not take a bath. Kitchen was good had all the appliances and utensils that we needed.Definitely would come back again.

Loved our week in Pacific Grove! The apartment was in an amazing, *perfect* location, and was clean and cute and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, comfortable enough couch. We enjoyed the location of Mermaid Loft. Easy drive to Carmel By The Sea and 17-Mile Drive. The space was plenty big enough for my husband and myself. Having a full kitchen is a big advantage, as the area is pricey.

Great location. Just a couple blocks from Lover's Point and 1 block across the street from a walking trail along the coast. Minutes drive to the fisherman's wharf and Aquarium. Carmel was only about 12 minutes. The place was small, but well-appointed and worked great for me and my husband.

Excellent location for PG - a block from the shore line with a beautiful view of a colony of resident otters. Quiet neighborhood. Access to restaurants is quick and easy. Small very functional for two unit. Only ding is the heating system is older and tells a story every time it turns on.

The description is accurate. Check in is simple and easy. This place is clean, cozy and quiet. The views of the ocean without being on the busy main road are beautiful. It's a half block, if that, to the trail that borders the entire stretch of Oceanview Road. You can choose to walk the entire trail, part of it or just sit on a bench and enjoy the sites and sounds of Monterey Bay. The place is centrally located and you can easily walk south to the lighthouse from the rental or walk north where you can get ice cream or a nice dinner. Sanctuary Vacation management personnel were extremely attentive to our needs and checked in on us via text, email and one phone call. They truly wanted our experience to be a good one and they achieved it! The only thing I would say that would have given this place 5 stars would be a new mattress for the bed or perhaps a memory foam topper. All in all, we would stay here again.

Great location. Just a couple blocks from Lover's Point and 1 block across the street from a walking trail along the coast. Minutes drive to the fisherman's wharf and Aquarium. Carmel was only about 12 minutes. The place was small, but well-appointed and worked great for me and my husband.

The property was great for two people. We had everything we needed, except for a chef’s knife. We were there for two weeks, so having access to a washer and dryer was an added bonus. We were easily able to walk to Lovers’s Point, the Aquarium and downtown Pacific Grove. For the most part it was a good experience!

Enjoyed the view and the closeness to the beach. Easy check in but a bit of a problem with the lock box. The bathtub plug was broken, we could not take a bath. Kitchen was good had all the appliances and utensils that we needed.Definitely would come back again.

Excellent location for PG - a block from the shore line with a beautiful view of a colony of resident otters. Quiet neighborhood. Access to restaurants is quick and easy. Small very functional for two unit. Only ding is the heating system is older and tells a story every time it turns on.

We enjoyed the location of Mermaid Loft. Easy drive to Carmel By The Sea and 17-Mile Drive. The space was plenty big enough for my husband and myself. Having a full kitchen is a big advantage, as the area is pricey.

The place is in a great location, just across the street from the ocean. It is clean and comfortable with easy access. The only issue we experienced was that a neighboring property was being renovated and there was a bit of construction noise. Fortunately it was during the day and the work seemed to end at reasonable times each day. Overall, we would enjoy staying here again.

definitely a cozy place to stay! what a treat to be able to walk a long the bluffs to lovers point at sunrise and sunset. this vrbo is a very high value. parking and access was easy and the owner is definitely a professional and has thought of everything to make your stay as convenient as possible. would definitely book again!! :)
