This hotel should not be advertised on Hotels.com. The pictures on their site are not indicative of the property. I arrived and found nobody on the property. No lobby. Someone from a car rental place on the same property found someone from the hotel for me to check in. There is no spa. The "sauna" in the room did not work at all. The "door" to my room was sliding glass like a patio with a very un-secure lock. I got back to the room around 11pm from going to the Hotel Zone. I wanted to grab a drink before bed at the "lounge"....no lounge was there. I went inside to take a shower....no hot water Used the bathroom around 3:00am....roach ran from the shower. Went to check out this morning. Not a human in sight. I simply left my key on the bed and walked away.

This is a good start for one night only, but no more than that . We did not receive any towels and the shower flooded the floor around the bathroom. You cannot get to the property from the airport in a taxi for less than $50. All of the Cancun taxi drivers have a super high fixed rate so I would suggest getting on the shuttle for the parking facility that is connected to the hotel,. “Park inn” cancun parking orange shuttles will take you firectly to the hotel. There is no front office desk and the property is currently under construction as of August 2023. The property had good air-conditioning and good hot water and comfortable beds. The restaurant in the strip mall is actually really good! Its called ‘Canton’

Para empezar no es un hotel como. Cual son locales comerciales y los adaptaron para cuartos de hotel y abajo gusrdan carros del estacionamiento del aeropuerto muchicisimo ruido toda la noche no lo recomendaria por nada no cuentan restaurante yo solo. Me quede una noche no hay ni recepccion

This property should be considered a hostel. Each room has 3 or 4 beds- it’s a converted office space. No hot water. The only way to get to it is through a parking lot. Host seemed inconvenienced by us

Perfect as a stop over hotel, very close to the airport and transportation options are available. There was no staff in the morning and could not find anyone to help fix the cold shower. The hotel is fairly clean but seems old and in need of maintenance. Hope this review helps to improve issues with their staff and their facilities for future customers

Rubin allowed us to get into our room early. The beds were super comfortable. Having a restaurant and a small shop close by made life that much more comfortable. Having a shuttle to the airport was also great.

Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, hay humedades, cucarachas, cero mantenimiento, los baños son una porqueria, las habitaciones huelen feo, no hay nadi que atienda ni nadie que resuelva, estaba dentro de la habitacion y alguien mas abrio con la llave, al parecer duplicaron la renta de la habitación, tomé la decisión de salirme y no hospedarme mas ahí, perdi todo el dinero del pago, pero ni siquiera habia nadie a quien comentarle, deberian de bajar este tipo de propiedades de su catalogo, los hace ver muy mal.

Baño sucio, la regadera no servia, el agua no se iba. No nos dieron toalla, jabón, nada. En recepción te escuchaban pero no resolvían nada. Él aire muy frío y no podía regularse. La habitación sucia como si no la hubieran limpiado en días. Lo peor unas cucarachas y una de las camas terriblemente sucia con manchas de un fluido raro. Y alrededor no hay nada. Ni tiendas. En la mañana hay un restaurante cercano pero sucio y comida cara. Es decir si vas pensando que tendrás un lugar donde comprar algo, al menos una botella de agua, no hay. Tienes que caminar por la carretera con autos a alta velocidad para llegar a una tienda. Todo terrible la verdad.

The hotel should not be listed on your site. It is located behind an unrelated security stand, no street view so it already was sketchy. We didn’t knows where to go as there was no sign just a man yelling at us, “hotel?”. They let us leave our luggage there for sole but had co enter to put it bit in the click in room in a corner. No one else was at the hotel so it was safe enough but was left out in the open when we returned they e us pay in cash. They quoted us a price that was double what was on your website, we said no and showed him the price on your website, then he said ok and came down a little. The rooms did not have basic items such as garbage cans, towels, shampoo/conditioner, working lights in the bathroom…There were missing outlet covers, broken furniture, stained sheets that were not tucked in, no comforters, and only one pillow per double bed. The last straw was bugs all over the bed. We tried to get the money we’d paid 10 minutes earlier when we checked in and they said no, your website would return our money. You refused. Run from this hotel. Do not be fooled because of the proximity to the airport and cheap price, it’s NOT worth it and should be removed from your site.

Pire et hotel et service de toute ma vie. Nous avions réservé pour 5 et nous avions 3 oreillers et 2 serviettes. Meme après avoir demandé à l’hôte, ça a prit 1heure avant d’avoir 3 serviettes additionnelles et nous avons jamais recu des oreillers de plus. Le secteur n’est pas sécuritaire, il y a des chiens errants qui se battent en face de notre chambre. L’état et la propreté etait le pire hotel que j’ai jamais louer avec un prix élevé! Prenez garde, les photos ne ressemble à rien à la chambre que vous aurez.

I booked this hotel just to spend the night before going to my resort, huge mistake. The area is unsafe, the room dirty, no towels, no seat on the toilet, we found a spider on the bed. The bathroom is in deplorable state. We got late at night otherwise we would go somewhere else. I have never been in such a disgusting hotel. This hotel does not deserve even one star. Expedia please check on the hotels before offer them in your website. The hotel is nothing like the pictures.

The hotel I have tonight is an absolute disaster. The water sprays all over the bathroom floor from the toilet when the shower is on. The toilet doesn’t flush. I have a bucket for that. And the woman didn’t get a remote for the a/c in the room until after an hour of me being there. I go to get in the shower and there are no towels. I have to then get dressed to go ask for a towel. The hot water lasted less than a minute. And not to mention the black mold in the closet.

First thing is we asked the girl at the front desk(she was not there had to look for her for 10 min) to arrange for taxi in the morning to take us to the airport. She asked us to pay 200 peso which we did. Get up wait outside no taxi came! Called the girl said it would be there in a few minutes but the taxi never came had to wave one down off the street. This girl stole 200 peso from us plain and simple. The place was full of giant cockroaches. Had to wait 15 minutes for toilet paper, no TV, internet very poor couldn't use was to weak of signal. The hotel itself is very hard to find. the Taxi that brought us tot the airport had a very hard time finding it. The place looks like an old hospital of office building that they're trying to remodel. The door handle fell of on the inside of the suite had to just hold it on to get out. It dropped on the floor when I closed the door. Maybe they will fix it now. Terrible place to stay over all very bad with the way the front desk girl stoled our 200 peso.

Someone from a car rental place on the same property found someone from the hotel for me to check in. There is no spa. The "sauna" in the room did not work at all. The "door" to my room was sliding glass like a patio with a very un-secure lock. I got back to the room around 11pm from going to the Hotel Zone. I wanted to grab a drink before bed at the "lounge"....no lounge was there. I went inside to take a shower....no hot water Used the bathroom around 3:00am....roach ran from the shower. Went to check out this morning. Not a human in sight. I simply left my key on the bed and walked away.

I liked that it was at a convenient location. I didn’t liked that my room wasn’t ready when I arrived (no bedding) they didn’t have enough clean towels and there was no hot water. The rooms are very bright at night and there’s a lot of noise outside

This is a good start for one night only, but no more than that . We did not receive any towels and the shower flooded the floor around the bathroom. You cannot get to the property from the airport in a taxi for less than $50. All of the Cancun taxi drivers have a super high fixed rate so I would suggest getting on the shuttle for the parking facility that is connected to the hotel,. “Park inn” cancun parking orange shuttles will take you firectly to the hotel. There is no front office desk and the property is currently under construction as of August 2023. The property had good air-conditioning and good hot water and comfortable beds. The restaurant in the strip mall is actually really good! Its called ‘Canton’

This property should be considered a hostel. Each room has 3 or 4 beds- it’s a converted office space. No hot water. The only way to get to it is through a parking lot. Host seemed inconvenienced by us

It’s ok just for one night. Guy on the front desk was very kind and also the first driver. The driver that helped us back to the airport was zero kind and so rude. Room is so big and it is nice but the bad room (it was very clean) smelled so bad due to drainage

This place is totally misrepresented. The room was like a warehouse big with 12 foot ceilings. Three beds spread around looked like a hostel. A/C not working, no towels or soap in bathroom. No windows just large glass sliding doors to enter with big canvas drapes that did not open. Room was damp and beds felt wet. No way my wife was staying there so we left and stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott down the road. This place should be removed from the Expedia website and my money should be refunded!

Rubin allowed us to get into our room early. The beds were super comfortable. Having a restaurant and a small shop close by made life that much more comfortable. Having a shuttle to the airport was also great.

Hice la reservación ya que solo necesitabamos una noche antes de entrar a nuestro resort, reservé, pagué, avise que llegaría tarde, un señor me dijo que la recepción era 24 horas, llegamos y sorpresa, no había nadie, estaba cerrado, una chica que estaba en la caseta nos comentó que desde las 6pm no había nadie, que otra pareja se acababa de ir, así que nos quedamos sin hotel a las 3am, pedí mi reembolso, pero me lo negaron, pésima experiencia

First thing is we asked the girl at the front desk(she was not there had to look for her for 10 min) to arrange for taxi in the morning to take us to the airport. She asked us to pay 200 peso which we did. Get up wait outside no taxi came! Called the girl said it would be there in a few minutes but the taxi never came had to wave one down off the street. This girl stole 200 peso from us plain and simple. The place was full of giant cockroaches. Had to wait 15 minutes for toilet paper, no TV, internet very poor couldn't use was to weak of signal. The hotel itself is very hard to find. the Taxi that brought us tot the airport had a very hard time finding it. The place looks like an old hospital of office building that they're trying to remodel. The door handle fell of on the inside of the suite had to just hold it on to get out. It dropped on the floor when I closed the door. Maybe they will fix it now. Terrible place to stay over all very bad with the way the front desk girl stoled our 200 peso.

La experiencia fue terrible, llegué con mis ďos hijos y mi esposa al hotel de noche después de un largo viaje. En recepción me dijeron que no tenía reservación cuando tres días antes la hice y pagué. El trato fue grotesco, feo y violento. Me dijeron que no había habitaciones y que debía desalojar las instalaciones. This property is a scam, was unbelievable rude the person that answer me over the phone in the front desk. They advertise that have paid transportation to the airport but was none! Also they told me that does not have any record of my reservation! The value to be close to the airport was null. I was in need to make another reservation and stay in a different hotel. Expedia must make the effort to reimburse me and stop doing business with this property!

Horrible. Estuve 1 hora buscando el hotel. El lugar no tiene anuncio sobre donde se encuentra. Está ubicado dentro de un estacionamiento de Vans, muy peligroso para llegar ahí. Nadie conoce el mismo, incluso llamando a la línea de clientes, indican que pertenecen a Hoyo Room, en donde te dicen no podemos hacer nada por usted, busque otro hotel. En mi caso llegué tarde de madrugada al hotel, nadie me abrió, ni hay servicio por la noche. NO RESERVEN EN EL HOTEL, es un truco y te roban el dinero.

Perfect as a stop over hotel, very close to the airport and transportation options are available. There was no staff in the morning and could not find anyone to help fix the cold shower. The hotel is fairly clean but seems old and in need of maintenance. Hope this review helps to improve issues with their staff and their facilities for future customers

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at ever! This place should be removed from Expedia immediately due to false advertising of the rooms. We arrived at 1:20 pm check in is at 3pm and if we wanted to check in earlier we would be charged xtra. There was no one to greet us in a run down reception. 1 hr. Later a cleaning lady came and told us someone would come at 3pm to check us in. There is 1 small restaurant to eat at and the nearest convenience store u have to walk to on a dangerous road. The room had a ceiling with mold and a leak of water falling into one of the beds. No microwave, no kitchen, no coffee machine, no tv, no internet, no fridge and they charge 500.00 pesos for a 5 minute drive to the airport when we can get an Uber for $8 American dollars. We stayed 1 night and left the next day. The only pro was being close to the airport. Do your self a favor and don’t stay here no matter how tempting it is with the price. The guy who checked us in also kept our change and said he’d give it to us later and never did.

En la app aparecia que estaba dentro del aeropuerto y no es así, se encuentra en la carretera, el Wifi no llega a los cuartos, la regadera no funcionaba bien, y el baño no está cerrado por la parte de arriba así que era muy incómodo hacer del baño con toda la familia dentro del cuarto, No se hicieron responsables por el error de la ubicación en la aplicación de expedia y tuvimos que pagar traslado al aeropuerto cuando se suponía que estaba adentro.

There was absolutely no water in the room. no water in the sink, no water in the shower, and the toilet didn’t flush. the bedsheets were dirty. the name of the hotel is a load of crap. the hotel is located 3 miles away from the airport & the taxi cost us $60 each way. we ended up moving out the same night we moved in because of how unsafe we felt. the locks didn’t lock properly. made us believe that the whole hotel was just a scam and that we were going to get robbed at night as soon as it would get dark outside

Baño sucio, la regadera no servia, el agua no se iba. No nos dieron toalla, jabón, nada. En recepción te escuchaban pero no resolvían nada. Él aire muy frío y no podía regularse. La habitación sucia como si no la hubieran limpiado en días. Lo peor unas cucarachas y una de las camas terriblemente sucia con manchas de un fluido raro. Y alrededor no hay nada. Ni tiendas. En la mañana hay un restaurante cercano pero sucio y comida cara. Es decir si vas pensando que tendrás un lugar donde comprar algo, al menos una botella de agua, no hay. Tienes que caminar por la carretera con autos a alta velocidad para llegar a una tienda. Todo terrible la verdad.

he visitado muchos hoteles en mi vida al rededor del mundo....este es el peor de todos, una calificacion totalmente negativa, no se hospeden aca con decirles que no habia agua en el sanitario habia un bote de 5 galones para un hotel que me cobro 100 dolares la noche terrible, no habia agua caliente en la ducha ni tenia iluminacion, no tenia ningun amenitie mas que 4 sobre de shampoo, no habia jabon de manos para lavarse nada absolutamente nada mas, en el cuarto mas grande da a las gradas de acceso y la luz encendida toda la noche, no hay nada absolutamente nada que comer ni tomar ni siquiera un pomo de agua nada en absoluto, la recepcionista una persona pesada, me ofrecio que mandaria a alguien de mantenimiento para ver la luz de la ducha y nunca llego nadie. camine para encontar que comer y peligrosamente por la carretera a cancun, la publiciadad dice que se puede ir una caminando al aeropuerto lo cual es una gran mentira el aeropuerto esta a siete minutos de mismo sali a las cinco de la manana a pie cruzandome la autopista a esperar que por suerte pasara un taxi cabalmente un conductor paro y me hizo favor de llevarme< total un desastre RECOMIENDO QUE NADIE SE HOSPEDE ACA
he visitado muchos hoteles en mi vida al rededor del mundo....este es el peor de todos, una calificacion totalmente negativa, no se hospeden aca con decirles que no habia agua en el sanitario habia un bote de 5 galones para un hotel que me cobro 100 dolares la noche terrible, no habia agua caliente en la ducha ni tenia iluminacion, no tenia ningun amenitie mas que 4 sobre de shampoo, no habia jabon de manos para lavarse nada absolutamente nada mas, en el cuarto mas grande da a las gradas de acceso y la luz encendida toda la noche, no hay nada absolutamente nada que comer ni tomar ni siquiera un pomo de agua nada en absoluto, la recepcionista una persona pesada, me ofrecio que mandaria a alguien de mantenimiento para ver la luz de la ducha y nunca llego nadie. camine para encontar que comer y peligrosamente por la carretera a cancun, la publiciadad dice que se puede ir una caminando al aeropuerto lo cual es una gran mentira el aeropuerto esta a siete minutos de mismo sali a las cinco de la manana a pie cruzandome la autopista a esperar que por suerte pasara un taxi cabalmente un conductor paro y me hizo favor de llevarme< total un desastre RECOMIENDO QUE NADIE SE HOSPEDE ACA

By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at ever! This place should be removed from Expedia immediately due to false advertising of the rooms. We arrived at 1:20 pm check in is at 3pm and if we wanted to check in earlier we would be charged xtra. There was no one to greet us in a run down reception. 1 hr. Later a cleaning lady came and told us someone would come at 3pm to check us in. There is 1 small restaurant to eat at and the nearest convenience store u have to walk to on a dangerous road. The room had a ceiling with mold and a leak of water falling into one of the beds. No microwave, no kitchen, no coffee machine, no tv, no internet, no fridge and they charge 500.00 pesos for a 5 minute drive to the airport when we can get an Uber for $8 American dollars. We stayed 1 night and left the next day. The only pro was being close to the airport. Do your self a favor and don’t stay here no matter how tempting it is with the price. The guy who checked us in also kept our change and said he’d give it to us later and never did.

Rubin allowed us to get into our room early. The beds were super comfortable. Having a restaurant and a small shop close by made life that much more comfortable. Having a shuttle to the airport was also great.

El proceso de admisión lo realiza una perdona incapaz de informar y aclarar o resolver prioblemas. Habitación sucia, con puerta inservible y con inundación y agua contaminada. prometieron transporte al aeropuerto y no fue cierto, incluía desayuno lo que tanpoco fue cierto. En fin, un desastre. Jamás volveré y no recomendaré
