Overall its a good hotel. Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is decent. Beds are very comfortable. Good location. But some details don‘t work for me. I will not go there again. We booked a room with 2 separate beds. But they put us in a room with a double bed. After we talked to reception, they split the double bed. But thats not the same. The room interior is impractical with small bedside tables without space to keep things. Then there is a transparent glass wall between the shower and the bedroom. There is a curtain on the bedroom-side to cover it. But for me this is a no-go. Then there are some pictures of a rooftop terrace in the hotel description. This is reserved for the penthouse suites and not accessible for other guests. I didn‘t realise this when booking (my mistake). Also you can hear the metro (noise isolation not good).

Staff were lovely especially the the bell hopper who was a really welcome relief in the summer heat with his glass of chilled water. Thank you. The only complaint was that the triple room that we had was slightly on the small size, but it must be said we had our best sleep with the curtain blackout blinds.
