AI-generated summary based on recent guest reviews

Reno Suites delivers simple, budget-friendly rooms in a central downtown location, with consistently friendly front-desk staff, but aging infrastructure, off-site parking, and a street scene that some guests find uncomfortable, especially after dark, shape the overall experience.

This was part of the old Harrah's Reno. The rooms have held up ok, but the hallways And elevators have seen better days. Parking across the street is not terrible, as long as it's not winter. Not. Romantic destination, but fine for friends or family in a budget.

The rooms are old. The carpet in the rooms is very dirty and old. Their were blood stains on the walls.

I didn’t even stay there this was an accidental booking and tried to cancel this right after I realized it was the wrong hotel (not even 5 minutes after I booked it) and no one could get through to them. Which was why I chose to go to a different hotel the night before because no one answered the phone when i tried to call them. It took hotels.com three days in a row of reaching out to them to finally get someone to answer and they refused my refund

I stay here every time I come to Reno. I lived here for many years so I don't need a high class glam experience when I visit. It is centrally located near the lives and the Truckee River. Front desk staff is always outstandingly friendly and helpful to me, very welcoming. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, I would not be walking around alone at 2 or 3 AM. It is nice and quiet, and most of us are alert and conscious of our surroundings in any urban area. There is no on-site parking, however as a guest you get a free parking pass at CalNeva, about a block away. The views from the higher floors are beautiful. Rooms are old but spacious and clean. And, importantly in my mind, there is no daily resort fee, which can run an extra $30-$60 per day at casino/resorts.
